I travel across town to use the photo and copy center at this location because the staff provides exceptional service. I am always kindly greeted, receive fast and courteous service, their willingness to help me with projects and personal design have made my life easier both personally and professionally.

Really organized, easy to find what I was looking for, and Charlotte was a BIG help and a cheerful person to help me out! What I love about this particular Office Depot is the sheer size and number of choices. Its amply supplied with every highlighter, notebook, and post-it etc. known to man (Can you tell I love office supplies?!). My happy place is wandering the aisles and checking out the current deals.

I went in today to print a rough draft of my resume. I didn’t have to wait and was helped instantly. Mark at the print center went above and beyond to help me out. Literally the best customer service I seen in years. So much so I had to write this review. I most definitely will go back to print my final copies on fancy paper. I highly recommend this particular Office Depot!

We had an order we needed printed same day and the wonderful gentleman that helped us (I’m so sorry I forgot his name) made it happen and even faster than he quoted us. Additionally, when we went to pick it up, the lovely lady who helped was also incredibly kind and helpful, (I feel so bad because I can’t remember her name either). We will definitely be going back for any other print and copy needs we will have.

I came into this Office Depot location early morning and had iContact with at least five employees and not one person had the decency or customer service to greet me. Corporate needs to be notified about the lack of customer service. When customers are coming in spending their money at the very least should be greeted.

I HOPE THIS GETS TO SOMEONE(:I had never visited Office Depot before... Though now I am glad thatI did! All because I met a VERY nice and VERY kind //FRIENDLY man named Eric at the Valencia // Newhall location. He made sure that I was taken care of efficiently as well as insisted on me taking advantage of my sale item while I had the chance. I must mention that Eric was extremely humble when I said I’d write him a review after I insisted on doing this survey.. he said mostly it would help the store and overall brand nameif I did and left himself out of it!It’s really wonderful that he cares about his work place that much that he puts his name aside.He was patient and present EVEN after a long day- and mind you it was pretty close to closing time... He treated me as if I was the first guest of the day actually!!! Though I don’t necessarily often need office supplies I might just come back in for the wonderful staff - especially Eric, who is a great human being !- Thank you Office Depot.Chelsea Glaze

Very conveniently located near coffeeshops and restaurants. An Office Depot customer at this location can make copies, fax, scan, email, buy Office and household supplies, then sit back and relax all in one plaza. Convenient parking is also at Office Depot along with mailboxes and shipping services.

Same day business cards, even faster! I designed my cards from home on their website while I was having my morning coffee. Submitted my order and by noon my cards were ready for pick up. Now I can spend the rest of the day meeting with clients. Much faster and better than other online and ship companies.

Update: the district manager reached out to me and we discussed what happened. He apologized and says hes talked to the relevant subordinates.TLDR: Wrongly accosted (while at the urinal) for a false accusation of shoplifting, employees remained hostile after we established I hadnt stolen anything.I stop in most times Im in the area just to look at pens. I collect them so I like to window-shop a lot because they have a decent selection.Well, while I was attempting to use the restroom I was confronted by an employee asking if I had anything belonging to the store. I offered to let them search my bags. As he left the restroom he muttered it might just come to that.When I came out, he and another employee were waiting. I allowed them to search my shopping bags and emptied my pockets to satisfy them. When I asked, the second employee said they thought I was stealing stuff because I came in to look a lot and he recognized me.I never got an apology, instead a condescending reminder that if you want something from the store you have to pay for it.Im waiting to hear back from the store manager, because even if I had stolen something, I think its just wrong to confront a person while theyre using the restroom. Why couldnt they just wait until I was done to talk to me? Absolutely boycotting this particular store until I have some resolution.

I do like Staples much better mainly due to the selection, but Ill give them 5 stars for the location and how its never busy. Ive never had any issues here. Its much quicker than going to Walmart across the street or driving down to Stevenson Ranch for Staples

I have always liked going in to Office Max & Office Depot for office needs. I’m sorry the Office Max near us closed because of convenience, but will still do business with the Office Depot which is farther, because of their ink recycling & Reward benefits.

Went here to print some marketing materials and had a mixed experience. Noelle was a dream to work with. She was patient and helpful in reformatting my material so it printed correctly and called a few times to update me on the printing process. The gentleman whose name starts with C was the opposite.

Really poor customer service. Dont try to bring in a coupon, there are exactly 1000 reasons why it will not work, including but not limited to im on the wrong register that product is in this database, not that database we cant print that, only this Receipt? No this computer cant print receipts we cannot print cancelled orders or returned item receipts The staff is not trained properly, the store looks like a bad 90s dollar store and they do not carry 99% of products advertized, so if you have to order something, it will not be added to the rest of your purchase, therefore making it impossible to use discounts. Also everything is way over priced.
