I ordered online at Office Depot for the first time for store pickup. Printer toner of course, and I needed it fast. After completing my order and paying online, I received an email fewer than 10 minutes later saying my toner was ready to pickup. Amazing. So much better than driving to the store and wondering if they have what Im looking for. The associate in the store knew right where my order was held. I was in/out in 3 minutes. Great job, Office Depot.

Excellent Manager and excellent staff helped me find the right product to charge my iPhone very fast in the car so this prevented me from buying the iPhone 15. The cashier also helped me sign up for rewards! Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful, I will shop again for pens and writing paper for my studying plans again.

There’s a reason this store is highly rated! I could give 5/5 stars alone to Laura in the print shop. She’s helped me on numerous occasions with large last minute print orders. Laura and her colleagues always seem to be consistently busy, but they all take the time to answer ALL the questions they get. This evening, as usual, Laura was patiently helping a confused customer with submitting a print order. The service and efficiency will keep me coming to this location for all my printing needs.

I never received a notification that my Print order was ready. When I called them, the person that answered the phone was not helpful, spoke horrible English and was not knowledgeable enough to talk to. Hope she is a new hire because that was unacceptable. I never have spoke with her before and I been using their print services for over 3 years. But if this is going to be the experience each time Ill use a different company. Not sure what the problem is up there. But Im not happy with any of it. It claimed my order would be ready in 20 minutes. Well its 24 hours later. Smh.

I went to Office Depot because I needed to choose paper style for my grandmas funeral program to print and cut, print a 24x36 poster, and print a 24x36 photo for her casket portrait. Chris, who assisted me during this difficult time in my life, went above and beyond. He was patient, compassionate, friendly, professional, knowledgable, had a keen eye, quick, and just overall a nice person. He really helped me make decisions that I was having a hard time with given I am overwhelmed with coordinating my grandmas funeral. After printing rough draft after rough draft, we finally decided on paper style, and he made it happen. The poster (laminated and mounted) was done within hours-he called when it was ready to pick up. The next day I brought the final draft of the funeral program in, and it was also printed and cut within hours- he also let me know that it was ready to be picked up. Further, after the 24x36 photo was printed by Reina (super nice, too), I brought in to have the photo cropped, so it could fit into the frame that I purchased. Reina was not in, but Chris had walked into his shift, and went right over to me before clocking in and checked in on me. He let me know that the he would be right back, and within minutes the photo was cropped. I am super grateful for the EXCELLENT customer service that I received from Chris, and Reina. Thank you, and I will be back for more business today.

Unsure whats going on with their print/copy paper prices, but theyre incredibly high ($25 for a single pack of paper vs the exact same brand selling a three pack for less online). Definitely check prices before buying here.Clean location with plenty of parking and helpful staff. A huge space, there is plenty of inventory - Ive never found them to be out of anything.

Went to buy ink for my HP printer a 2 pak was $66.00. Got home and opened the box expecting two cartridges and I got them alright . When I poured out I got trash from cartridges they were used! Some one glued the end closed! I had to get a ride there to buy. Then it took another week before I could get back to exchange. That was a very rotten thing some one did. Before I left the guy opened the box to make sure they were new.

I tried to figure out how long it would take to get a marketing postcard printed through Office Depots website and it was impossible unless you place an order. I had put through a faux order until checkout to find that I could pick up the next day, which didnt turn out to be the case when I placed my actual order. At that time, I was told it would take 10-15 business days. I called the Manhattan Beach copy center to see if I could get them in 3 days if I placed this order online now and I was told they would do it for me. Once I placed the order and they had my money, I called the next morning to make sure everything was going smoothly but it wasnt. My order was sent to a 3rd party for printing and then was quoted a price 3x as much to get it by the morning they originally promised me. When I went to online customer service to see if they could actually speed up the delivery, the best they could do was shave off 2 days. If I hadnt found a local business that was able to print (for less than what Office Depot charged!), I would have been left without a marketing piece for a 235 person event and I would have lost a lot of money. Office Depots website is difficult, their staff is clearly untrained and their customer service is inept to do much when there is a problem because they dont actually print everything in-house. I recommend cutting out the middleman and go elsewhere if you need a dependable printer!

Horrible, say they have items in stock get there and then tell me they dont have it. Thier website online says they have it at that store too. They waste my time for an hour aimlessly looking around, looking at boxes that arent even close to the right size. It was 2 x 3ft 1in thick and mngmt was looking at boxes 1x1 x.5. I could have told them that wasnt right item before it was scanned total waste of time. Not very customer oriented dont expect much help.
