Wow! The level of customer service I received from Tommy, was incredible!! He was extremely kind to me and greeted me as I walked in for my first time, and helped me quickly find what I was looking for (copier paper). He also helped me signup for the rewards program which saved me almost 30$ on the paper too! Amazing! I am so impressed with the experience and will certainly be returning here for my needs in the future.

I was bummed when Staples closed their location in Irvine but not anymore. My experience at OfficeMax in Irvine has made me a loyal customer. And its all because of Liz who went above and beyond and helped me with a copy job and find exactly what I was looking for. Great location, great service, great selection!

I bought a six (6) pack of shipping tape that was on sale. Got to the register and asked clerk several times when I saw it rang up at full price if the sale price would show before I paid. Said, yes. Still did not see it, told to put my payment card in and it would go through automatic. I did and was charged full price! Next had to go with clerk to look at sale sticker, confirmed it was on sale, now has to get a manager to approve a refund and re-charge me again with my payment card for the sale price. Could have just refunded me the difference in sale price rather than charging me $40 in shipping tape. Still waiting for refund back to my card. The most inept, stupid, shopping experience of my life. The store manager was not a genius either! I reminded the store manager that they need to check their sale stickers and make sure the prices ring up rather than inconvenience customers. So I spent 20 minutes in store for one item and still awaiting refund. Go somewhere else!

I came to this store looking to purchase a specific item. I had a picture and a sku number. The manager was on the sales floor talking on the phone. I waited until he was done and asked if he could show me where the item was he never said hello or anything. He walked me to an end so and pointed. That’s it. The item was out of stock. I went back to him a second time and asked if someone could look for the item, perhaps it was in the stock room. He mumbled under his breath as I approached him. After asking my question he directed an associate to help me. The associate walked over to the end cap, scanned a label and said ‘it’s out of stock’ then he simply walked away. I chose an alternate item and went to the only open register. I was directed to a closed register where someone did eventually help me check out. No thank you or nothing. The first person who helped me was a manager but I did not get his name. The type of products Office Depot sells can be bought at staples or amazon, maybe even Walmart. I will never give Office Depot another dime of my money and it is completely because of this horrible service.

I started going here because it was around the corner/convenient. Went to staples for the same reason at my old place. This crazy story is before I got my recent job. I nervously asked for help from the print center to print on resume paper. That day they gave me a pass when I needed it most and wished me luck. Now I bring all of my printing for personal and office items and I will drive further just to come here.It always makes my day when Jessie is there. She is the sunshine of that store that makes you feel so welcome. She puts a smile on your face instantly. She genuinely asks how you are doing and cares. I have never seen better retail customer service than with Jessie and her team.(To be honest, I never thought I would write a passionate Office Depot review in my life.)

The people in this place are very kind, especially Mr. Johnny, he helped me print what I needed urgently, I recommend coming to this place when you need to print documents.

The computer system at Office Depot does not seem to accept Office Depot coupons. At least they didnt yesterday when I tried.
