I had the wonderful experiences in this location. I tried to print my 10 months statements. I am confused in how to print in the store . Matilde helped me send to the email one month at time, her patience, professionalism, and kindness make me feel VIP even I just spent less than $10 at this store . She sorted all of documents and hand me not only the files but also the humanity and kindness in being the part of office Depot customers . What wonderful experiences I have in this location .

The girl working in the print services on Sat Dec 23rd between 12-1 was very rude & condescending. The guy working in the same section was much more friendly and was able to help me out without an attitude.

I had a printing and laminating job that needed to be completed ASAP. I contacted several printing places and they were rude, confused, over priced. Many of them told me my services would take over a week to complete. I saw Office Depot on my drive home feeling defeated. I came across an employee by the name of Adam. He was so calm, helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. He helped me save money and get the job done effectively. He was so patient and went over and beyond. He got my job done in under 30 minutes. I was so impressed and happy. Will definitely come back!

Floor staff offered to assist me in looking for an item. The item was sold out he told me the days shipments were scheduled so I could check back after the truck would be unloaded, good service!The gentleman at the register was very helpful as I commented I was glad to see a man had left the premises because my car door accidentally tapped his door; he let me know he didn’t like it even though I apologized. The gentleman at the register walked me to the front door making me feel more safe, again good service!

I highly recommend Office Max as a handy place to pickup office supplies. In my review, I also let them know that the price I paid was roughly $3 higher than I might have paid elsewhere. I added that bringing the price down a bit would ensure my returning to buy the very same item again. I am a customer who has been shopping at Office Max for 10+ years so I know my words have merit.

Use this location in particular very often to print fliers. System is easy. I upload the artwork and order online. Then I go pick it up at this location. Friendly staff and always on top of things. I have been doing this for years and I cant think of any issues ever.

Let me tell you guys about Matilda. This woman went above and beyond the call of duty. Although there were additional employees this woman effortlessly went around helping each and every customer in line or with a question. When O asked two of the others for help they just gave me a I dont know answer. But not Matilda that woman eased my frustration 100%. Between the email not sending down to the printers freezing she went back and forth helping everyone easing the wait time while the others just focused one the one person right in front of them although waiting for them to do whatever it was but Matilda in between wait times she was helping the next then the next while still checking on the person she was initially helping. She made us all feel seen and made sure we were all able to leave with doing what we came to do. So it is only right that I give And let me tell you Im Addition to all that she was also answering the phone calls and helping them. That Girl rocks. Matilda you are definitely the it GIRL. Went to find a phone charger and was helped by a friendly staff guy. Then I was browsing around more and couldnt seem to find the old skool Bic pens that I love ...? I didnt wanna bother the dude at the top of the stairs thingy, putting stuff away (but as Murphys Law would have it, he was the only employee I could find), so I asked for his help. And HE was also super nice. Turns out they dont carry the better Cristal pens in store anymore, but I was able to order them online. And I was stoked to discover that they would be shipped to my house for FREE! Thats rad.

Yesterday I went into the store asking for a specific google image I could have printed and cut out that would fit on my shirt for a costume I needed to make. The sales associate Maya was so helpful and patient as I explained what I imagined and hoped for. She didn’t rush or seem uninterested while she was helping me find a high quality picture of the image I wanted. Overall I was very pleased with how helpful the staff was and the quickness of the service.

Not sure who the manager is, but Im pleased to say that he/she is doing a wonderful job selecting & training sales associates. NO FULL REFUND IF YOU RETURN AT THE STORE. I will never made any purchase at the office depot again. I try to return an online order at the store but they were unable to give me a full refund. Instead, they as me to create a return order online which takes 2 days to get approved. I dont know why it is so hard to return an item and it required the COMPANYTO APPROVED YOUR RETUN. Almost feel like they make the return process very inconvenient to discourage you from return the product.

I hate this place. I have been going there for years, only because its nearby, and I have never heard a thank you when checking out. I know we have given up on parents teaching their children some manners but I thought a large company would train their staff to appreciate, or at least pretend to appreciate the customers. I know I didnt spend a hundreds of dollars but I did spend enough to your wages for the next hour, but that doesnt matter, they couldnt care less.

Today the store smelled. I shop at this Office Depot quite frequently because its super close to my house. I walk out annoyed each time. Theyre always under-staffed and dimly lit. The store is in a constant state of being stocked. They often look like theyre moving or about to close down. Most employees look unhappy working there. Theyre located right next door to a university. Youd think they would up their game. Im willing to bet theyre losing tons of sales daily.

Very quiet. I guess nobody really goes to an office store these days. Love to do prints here for work and personal use. The price is perfect. No jacked up ridiculous prices. Simple B&W prints are 12cents a page compare to $1.50 at UPS stores. Crazy right? Everytime I go in I am greeted, which is nice...I notice the store does smell very...officed like paper and that storage couped up smell, but its an office store right?? If I wanted to go to a store that smells great maybe go to Target or somehting that has fragrance. /shrugs. Horrible Experience .. My Iphone 6 battery was not at full capacity & the screen was cracked. I took it in & they offered to fix it.. i picked it up & the figure scanner was not working & the shut down button is not operating either. We went there to buy an office chair. There was a young lady sitting in the chair we wanted to look at. She had a toddler with her who she was allowing to run all over and play on everything, the lady was barefooted, filthy dirty feet propped up on another chair. She just sat there and played with her phone. We asked the Mgr to do something so we could check out the chair. He went over told her she needed to leave (clearly she wasnt buying anything). Then he asked us what we were interested in, we said the chair shes sitting in. Now during COVID-19, I asked if he had disinfecting wipes and he said yes and he would wipe the chair down for us. He walked away and started helping another customer, just left us standing there. Then he was back at the register, completely ignoring us. And the lady never left the chair! We walked out and wont be going back. We went to the other Office Depot over at Harbor/Orangethorpe and bought the chair. State Colleges loss. They could use a lesson in customer service.
