Filing for bankruptcy it’s not an easy thing and it’s even harder trying to find the right attorney to represent you. John Varley was great from the start, and made me feel comfortable going through a process. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help with bankruptcy case

Lennie & John are amazing! Extremely easy to talk to and very personable! I owned and operated a business in the past and I was forced to retire because of health. I had great results and success with John Varley for attorney representation to get my personal bankruptcy case approved and completed for Chapter 7. My case deal was a very reasonable total case cost considering the amount of effort and follow up information processed. When you are in financial distress it can be difficult to think straight and make good sound decisions. That in itself is very stressful let alone not understanding the legal process which complicates life even more. John was able to explain the law and outline in clear language the steps in the process and was able to completely place my mind at ease. I contacted John mid year of 2009. I had been laid-off late August of 2008. It took me till June of 2009 to find another job. During that time I expended all of my savings and 401k trying to keep my house payments current. On top of that I had credit card bills that were pulling up along with an equity line of credit that was attached to the loan. With John’s help, we were able to file for bankruptcy and get approved.So, fast forward approximately a year and a half later and I’m calling up John looking for help because I’m behind again. I confessed everything to him and the trustee ( in front of my wife for the 1st time). John drew up the new paperwork and I went in front of the Trustee. He allowed me one more chance and I promised him I would not be late. 5 years later I finished my commitment and came out of bankruptcy. We have not missed a payment yet.
