This is my favorite card room in Southern California. The people that work here are very nice and the players are less nasty than those I encounter in the LA cardrooms. They have very affordable daily tournaments that are a great value.

My Pops is a wheelchair and loves to play blackjack. I called ahead and Alex was kind and so helpful. He assured us a wheelchair table would be open and was welcoming upon arrival. Sunshine, our dealer was so friendly and kind, chatting it up with my Pops. Both made the day better. Thank you ☀️

Oceans Eleven was a wonderful place with an awesome, non-smoking gambling area. The staff were nice and friendly, and the restrooms were clean and refreshing. Everyone had a positive attitude and welcomed us into a wonderful day of playing card games for the day. Thank you for your generosity. We will be coming back again.

Don’t bother looking at their website. They change tournament times or cancel tournaments without posting online or letting anyone know. Before you head there, you absolutely have to call ahead because they don’t like to let people know when a tournament is canceled. Not sure when they stopped caring. But they definitely did. I guess they just want a bunch of people calling the phone all the time instead of just looking at their website. I learned my lesson.

I was passing through San Diego and decided to stop at oceans 11. I started out at the bar and ordered a drink from Rosie and she was superb. The food was excellent tried the potstickers. And the beer was exceptionally cold and delicious.Management at the poker game were very professional. Matt the dealer was professional and fast. Everybody was having fun. I would recommend and I would come here again if ever in town.

Visited their outdoor casino, very nice setup considering they had to move everything into a tent. Casino staff were happy to be at work. The mask was required 9/23/2020 and was enforced upon stepping into the premises. I did go into the actual Casino to use the restroom and they are also renovating the place which looks nice. I had a great time and will definitely be coming back 🙏👍💪🤝

Back open for poket and table games. Poker tables seating 9 players. Monday night there were 7 tables playing with short lists for most. Remodel looks good and brings the place up to date. I applaud them for jumping on the remodel during the shutdown. A nice fresh look.

My personal favorite spot for a poker game in San Diego County. The food used to be really inexpensive and pretty good quality. The quality is the same but its almost doubled in price.Drink prices are good if you want to hit the bar.Poker games are lively and always some kind of game going essentially 24 hours a day. Decent action but youll also find some pretty rock solid players so bring your A game.

Theres always some game going, and the dealers are generally players themselves, and handle a game well. Their floor staff, and management however leave something to be desired. They are rude, and are negligent in their duties.

Great poker room. Daily tournaments and cash games run 24/7. Spin the wheel drawings 2 days a week, monthly player incentives, and bad beat jackpots(50k hit tonight while I was here). Oh, did I forget to mention, sit at live for 2 hrs, get a free meal? Their food- mind blowingly good. Tuesday night steak and lobster for free? Prime rib Monday? NY steak wed? I had lost 60 lbs before I started coming here, its now working its way back on.

Great place ! Do not live in the area, so took a chance at Mr. Taco. We didnt want to eat too much so went for beef tacos and Carne asada burrito only. The taco was so full of beef and fresh lettuce, and lots of cheese. The Carne was tasty, lots of flavor. We chose to eat outdoors, although the indoor dining room is very inviting. Everything was so clean and fresh. Lots of staff, quick service. I want to go back !

Jammed down from Dana Point at 5am knowing we had to be back by 7am (quick trip).We were borrowing the brothers economy car of my buddy Chad for better gas mileage than my truck would have gotten on the way down driving fast.Hit McDonalds at 5:15 in Dana for coffee... DARN IT, the lady at the drive thru opened window to tell us they dont open until 5:30am. No coffee for us!I didnt gamble but watched C turn the $180 he went with into just over $4500 in about 30 minutes in a very quiet Casio. With only two Black Jack tables open. Three people at one and the two of us at the other.There was a poker table going too.My friend was kind enough to order me breakfast from the waitress cruising the floor and it got there sizzling hot. Had to ask for a to go box though since Chad had dropped back to about $3K and swore when we got there that hed quit while he was ahead today and not give most of it back as can happen when you get cocky and overstay your welcome with the Luck of the Cards.Fun time, cant wait to do it again!Super kind and attentive staff for so early in the morning!Class act all the way!

The place has been updated and improved since I last visited many years ago. The staff was friendly and visitors seemed to be enjoying themselves. This was an information getting visit. I liked what I saw, so I will definitely be going back to play in the near future. You may want to give Oceans 11 a try yourself.

Hate is a strong word, we were not looking for a game of poker, with a bid in the thousands. We hoped to find some blackjack for my wife, and some slots for myself. Oh well no poker that night, definitely not what we expected. If you are looking for a game of serious poker with a serious buy in Ike 15k, go for it ….you may enjoy. This place was not like the movie, it reminded me of our- high school lunch room — turned onto a game of poker, for the grandfather’s & a few grandmother’s of the high school students Fro that cafeteria—their food tasted good but we both ended up with very upset rumbling stomachs the next day& night! Very bad place to play. They trick you with the $25 easy play for new customers. You have to pay another $25 cash plus cash to get the easy play. They dont explain up front. I had $250 chips. I was told you can only play on two tables. Its a mess

This place is great! I was driving by and saw the offer to get 25$ for free if you spend 25$. I stopped in even though I only had 15 minutes and decided to put all 50 on tie in Baccarat. It hit and I immediately walked out with my 400$. How cool. Mind you everyone wont get so lucky this place is definitely legit. The poker room looked too notch too, Ill be back at the end of the month to try that out. Cool movie, cool casino, I recommend Oceans 11 Casino. :)

Some really strange stuff in this room. They dont let you table change and keep your winnings. Essential going south is legal if you change tables.The list managing is a bit off. For a tiny casino like this, the place was pretty clean and easy to navigate. Plenty of seats. Cheap alcohol. Trust me, it isnt as shady as it looks. We all came up with some of us over $200 on $50 buy-ins. Lived in Oceanside for years and never went in until last weekend. $6 for a double shot. Great staff. Be nice to them and theyre definitely nice back. Had a great time.

This casino has been in Oceanside since I can remember and my mother worked here as a card dealer for 17 years. This place isnt the most attractive casino but its close and easily accessable to North county residents. They do not have any slot machines but if youre into card games, this is a place to go. Many locals are used to the casinos on Indian reservations but this one is not so the rules and regulations are slightly different. Players here range from beginner to expert. I personally dont play here any more because Ive decided gambling isnt for me but when I did play i tipped my dealer well, and treated the staff with respect whether I was winning or losing. They and their families appreciate and deserve it.

I went to call a bet. The dealer communicated the bet was X. I went to call only to be told it was X times two. I pulled back my bet. My chips never made it to the inner ring. The dealer took my cards. The ruling was that not only did I have to leave in the chips that I put in the circle but I also had to match x times two... Even though I did not have any cards to play the hand with because the dealer had pulled my cards.

This used to be my spot. People are cool but overall its just way overpriced now. Used to have 50-60 dollar tournaments and now thats $240. Then to eat/drink, the prices have increased nearly double or feels like by 30-50%. I had like 5 jack n diet and those ice cubes were pretty much what I paid for... Hardly even a buzz and I normally get buzzed after only 1-2 shots! Not worth returning here since Im in the middle of Oceans 11 and Commerce Casino. Rather go to commerce since its the worlds largest poker casino as well.

I’m a regular here since it’s so close to my house. It’s nice overall. The Staff is gives great customer service. But to be honest, the live games are literally Inches away from not being worth playing due to taking away the benefits like free food after two hours of play. Playing 20 hours a month only gets you $40 and playing 100 hours only gets less than a thousand dollars. It’s nice they have drawings every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. If I lived closer Jamul Casino or Sycuan Casino I would be inclined to go there more often since they have better rewards and tournaments

Great food and staff. You can actually bet on horses and play poker at the same time. Poker players r seasoned and good. Management is excellent. They must be doing something right having blackjack, horse racing, poker, entertainment, and great promotions to say the least but my favorite is location. It takes 9.3 seconds to get off the on ramp and in the parking structure. Which is important to me since I dont have to waste my time with the intangibles.

I can ONLY speak for the cafe area, if thats whats its considered.... Its very small and located in the horse racing section, and the food and service are AMAZING. Very fair prices. Also they have a full service bar that stars fairly early in the day and goes well into the night, if thats your sort of thing. I do NOT know anything about the casino itself as Ive never even ventured into it.

I actually used to be a blue-chip prop back in 2015, after returning from a combat deployment to Afghanistan. I miss the murals and friendly atmosphere. I think its a bit too bright inside, but it is a casino, so that probably wont ever change. But I must say that they are very well-staffed and the welcome sound of service? is constant. Other places like Seven Mile & Jamul had me asking for service from multiple dealers in a row in the poker room before I could finally get a drink order. Then it was at least another 10-15 min until they showed up (smh). Not so @ Oceans: you could probably have a steady flow of drinks if you wanted (go figure, this was the one night I wasnt drinking, sigh).

Homey, not fancy kind of place, great for regular folk who want to play card games, no slots, lots of poker. I went with a poker fanatic. Lunch was a fish soup with clams muscles, scallops, and someone said the fish was halibut, a bit spicy. Could have been a veritable aquarium, except I downed the bowl in 15 heavenly minutes. Costs about $12, one of the more expensive items on the menu. Only served Friday. Don gamble anymore, but if you do and you lose, you can console yourself and you wallet by shopping at the nearby 99 cents store and next to it a neighborhood walmart.

He deals to where you have no choice then the least favored wins he even says lets start getting people out and he said yall should give me the money. If you play tournament and a chubby Mexican deals he is cheating. I have dealer friends since 2000s he even shuffles high (he can see cards) before putting in machine then throws cards in the air to you (as of June 2 2022 . Yes that part. I didnt complain officially but verbally and the same almost thing happens and Im in the same seat twice in a row . If you play you will see his unprofessional dude was ordering food had the menu on the table during my play o couldnt play . Knees on my body etc . Im not going back Ill pick other casinos. Large room, im seeing about 15 tables going, free wifi, several large TVs, at least 2 atms, so all the basics and more are there, and dealers seem to be pretty capable and its a fast enough game thanks to auto shufflers. My only negatives : security doesnt really check ID or metals, the place itself is clean and well kept but not particularly showimg any classy or welcoming vibe (more like a large ballroom), and it would be nice to get comped drinks like in Vegas.

I would put zero stars but yelp doesnt give you the option so hence the one star. The place is a REFRIGERATOR, if you want to be freezing playing poker go there. We all had jackets at the table but they had the AC so strong that it didnt matter if you were wearing a jacket. At my table we all complained but they wouldnt listen. The whole poker table complained again with a different manager that was just starting his shift and he said that he couldnt do anything about the AC. He moved all of us to a different table but that didnt solve the problem because the whole room was FREEZING. I guess THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS at all. I am just really hoping that I dont get sick after tonight but I wouldnt be surprised if I do. Outside the casino was cold so it was moronic to have the AC so cool inside the casino and more so when your customers are telling you that it is too cold and your only answer is that you cant do anything about it, REALLY? Are you kidding me? I guess they dont care about the people giving them business. It was the first and my last time that I set foot in there. Never going back. There are better places like Pechanga Casino where their room is comfortable and they do care about their customers.

The dealers try.. they really do.... To entertain and also to deliver. The vibe though seems staunchly and unbelievably uninviting. It took me years to warm up to the place and remodel combined with COVID measures have added layers to the regular cliquey cool-kid feel and I fear Ill always be an outsider.

I am from Texas and this is the worst place I’ve ever been to I hung out at the Ocean’s 11 casino trying to bet the horse races for two days in a row I had to deal with a waitress name Rosie she is the worst and has a real bad attitude and a very hateful attitude all she concentrated on was her mom being there She could care less what we as customers need. I don’t know how she has a job there but I promise you in Texas she wouldn’t step foot in the bar the way she is. will never be back thank you

This casino has to remove several players from premises including floor manager Rowland who has witnessed their behavior and allowed it to continue. Female dealers and servers have complained about being touched by players even after they tell them to stop. The casino owners can end up in litigation.

Great place to play poker, no limit, limit, Omaha etc... they also have a bar area with a big screen for sporting events. Service is very friendly as well as dealers. Another room with black jack and pai gow, they hold tournaments almost every day and serve drinks until midnight.

A well-run poker room with what seemed to be a dozen tables, mostly well attended. The 1-2NL holdem table is a great place to start for newbees like me. Sit with $30-$60 max, and theyll bring the chips to you. Even though I lost on the river (twice) I enjoyed my time here. Dealers were polite and regulars were welcoming. On the other side you can play other table games like blackjack and other 3-card poker type games. The blackjack has some gimmick side bets to make it fun, even a way to be the house and cover all player bets. Did I mention they had $5 blackjack? Nice place. Big place, and very safe.

When I travel 1 to 2 times a year to San Diego, I always make sure Oceans Eleven Casino is part of the journey.Even though the casino is slightly small, I truly love this casino.Oceans Eleven Casino has all the games I am interested in.Texas Hold Em (Limit), Omaha & Omaha Big O.By the way, I love the pink & blue $2.00 chips when I play 8/16 limit hold em.Also staff is very friendly and the food on the menu is pretty good.If you are traveling and want to take a break, stop by Oceans Eleven Casino.City of Oceanside is scenic as well.

I dont typically take the time to write reviews but I felt that this was one that needed to be done to inform others so hopefully this doesnt happen to anyone else. My boyfriend and I were on vacation and we decided to stop by Oceans Eleven Casino. Their parking lot was full when we arrived and we were told by Joseph who is a security officer who works at the casino to park in the lot directly across from the casino. When we left the casino around 1:30am we discovered that our car had been towed. We had to pay $26 to get to Pacific Towing and we had to pay an additional $385 to get the car out. When we went back the following day to plead our case we were given the run around by multiple employees. The person in charge at the time was named Kathy and she was able to pin point exactly when the incident occurred and who was responsible for misleading us thanks to their security cameras. After multiple days of calling and waiting for a response we received a call stating that Oceans Eleven had no intention of refunding us the money for the incident. I dont plan on returning to Oceans Eleven Casino and I hope this review will help inform others.

, oh thank you I got it now alright bye okay Sarah the receptionist operator / was cordial second trip back Jackie was completely different than Sarah back to Sunday night there was only one man theyre doing both sides I guess well call him a pitbull us his name was Ronald irori I think I seem to find the way that the casino was being run with a fairy on professional and the sense that back in my day we call it the rim shot or something like that if you cant no its close so rimshot rimshot inside anyway you know it seem like everybody was just doing what they wanted to do but yet it was still logged in I said it wasnt chaotic but anyway I was still very very unprofessional oh by the way the year the bartenders very very unprofessional I mean I should there for five minutes in the two bartenders or whatever they were never even acknowledged me until I call them but youre disgusting I think going back Tuesday night and then was playing the same game same dealers everything nothing changed except the the men dealers seem to have an attitude stream leak quick with the cards and everybody else sort of you know tolerated that I guess but Im a little older handicapped and you know I asked a couple of times could they go slower one of the guys there just looked at me like no so then all the attitude started to come out and they seem to go faster instead of slower and I was the main entry in this event here every table I go do I draw I was the only one that was seven people playing at my table so they are very disrespectful very attitude ish end the one dealer at the end went so quick that I X do you know the person thats you know they had to pay sound does this and does that CX time to go slower and then he says to me well how slow you like me to go is it slow enough so I can see everybodys hand and see you on hand so right away so right away we were in on good terms here I guess the attitude come out plus mine but he made after that he made 5 mistakes in nine hands that the girl is sitting at it does the money thing how to correct them so after all I got I get up and left and I will never never go back to your Club again never thank you
