Since the age of 12 I have been self conscious about my nose. I finally decide last year to do something about even though it’s scary going under the knife. I had spent months researching for a doctor that I felt safe going with and that is when I stumbled across Dr. Sepehr. It was really important for me to go to someone who was qualified. I first thought the reviews were too good to be true but they are true.During my initial consultation I felt immediately welcomed by his staff and by Dr. Sepehr. Dr Sepehr listened to my concerns and gave me real life expectations which was important to me. What I like about Dr. Sepehr is his expertise is the face, so you know you are in good hands. So I decided to book my rhinoplasty with him on December 28. Come surgery day I was really nervous about getting surgery because there is always a risk but he assured me everything was going to be ok. Thankfully everything turned out ok. Not only is Dr. Sepehr great but also his staff. They are so nice and very welcoming. Anytime I had any concerns or questions they would immediately call me back or text me. They are so greatest. So far my nose is healing and looking fantastic. Dr. Sepehr says my nose is still about 50% swollen so I can’t wait to see what it looks like when it finally heals. I can tell you honestly that it was worth every penny and I would do it all over again. My only regret is that I didn’t get it sooner.

Dr. Sepehr is amazing, I couldn’t have asked for a better rhinoplasty experience. Dr. Sepehr and his team were extremely attentive and helpful throughout this whole experience. Dr. Sepehr is one of the nicest and talented surgeons. Initially when choosing a surgeon I was very nervous and uneasy about how the end result might look. After finding and meeting with Dr. Sepehr all of my concerns went out the door. He really went above and beyond taking importance in my concerns, small details and goals for the surgery. I’m 12 days post op, and I am so happy with the result so far. Him and his team have made this whole process very comfortable and easy. Dr Sepehr and his entire office staff are 5 star. From the initial phone call to schedule a consultation to surgery to post surgery have all been such pleasant interactions. I saw Dr Sepehr for a revision rhinoplasty 20+ years in the making. I was obviously nervous and his poised confident demeanor and expertise quickly calmed my nerves. I booked the surgery almost on the spot and was able to do it a few weeks out.My nose was a very difficult nose to work with and I could not be happier with the results. Overall an incredible experience. I went in for a consultation during summer of 2022 and the staff was so patient, welcoming, and warm. I always had issues with my breathing and was not happy with the appearance of my nose from the side and top view. Dr. Sepehr took the time to answer all my questions and show me a potential photo of what it would look like. I decided to get surgery December 2022 for an open septorhinoplasty, and it was the most incredible experience ever! Recovery was quick and I feel more confident than ever. My experience with Dr. Sepehr, and his staff has been incredible! I had been researching doctors for my rhinoplasty, and I ended up deciding to book a consultation with Dr. Sepehr. He was very caring, and knowledgable. I immediately decided to proceed with the procedure. I am very happy with the results. After the surgery Dr. Sepehr was very good about checking on me. There was an issue with our pharmacy getting me the correct medication for after my surgery. The night after my surgery he was able to contact Walgreens pharmacy, and get me the right medication. My experience with Dr. Sepehr was better than I could’ve ever hoped for. I went in to receive a rhinoplasty, chin implant, and liposuction along my jawline. I had met with other surgeons beforehand, but they never made me feel as comfortable or safe as I felt with Dr. Sepehr. During the first consultation, it was clear to me he was exceptionally knowledgeable on his craft, and passionate about what he does. Both him and his staff had a very calm demeanor, and were able to ease my anxieties surrounding the surgery. The surgery and healing process went very smoothly. To start off, I cannot praise Dr. Sepehr and his staff enough for their level of professionalism, care, attentiveness, and kindness. Absolutely an amazing team. I had been searching for some time for a surgeon who specialized in facial surgery, specifically rhinoplasty. In speaking with multiple surgeons in LA, I was never satisfied with my encounters. It was extremely important for me to find a surgeon who understood the individuality of their client, rather than provide a one fit for all result. During my consultation with Dr. Sepehr, I was able to comfortably discuss my concerns and outcomes and he took the time to listen, answer my questions, and offer constructive advice. By the end of my initial appointment, I felt confident that this was the team I wanted to entrust my procedure with. I am now 3 weeks post-op and my results could not have been better. Dr. Sepeher is more than a talented plastic surgeon, he is a genuinely kind person. From our first consultation, his calming beside manners has always made me feel as if I am a personal friend. I’ve waited years to have a rhinoplasty procedure and when the time came for me to have the procedure, I searched for the perfect doctor to give me the natural look I wanted. I consider myself to be extremely picky and have very high standards. I didn’t want to go with the cheapest and the most expensive doesn’t necessarily mean the doctor’s work matches the quality of their results. I have been a patient of Dr. Sepehrs for four years now, and I would not trust anyone else with my face! In the injectables part of his practice, he works from a minimum effective dose mentality, and thanks to that, I never look overdone, and I have the most natural (and most beautiful), appearance that Ive had in decades. As an injector, his touch is extremely delicate and his awareness of facial anatomy is superb. I never have to use numbing agents (although, they are an option), and I rarely (if ever) get any bruising. Im 41-years-old, and Dr. Sepehr is helping me age backwards! Not only can I actually breathe normally through my nose now, but I also have a beautifully shaped nose (both front and side profile). I got 1.5 syringes of filler done by Dr. Sepehr recent. He listened to my concerns and filled areas of my face according to my requests, and made suggestions based on my anatomy.We primarily focused on my prominent nasolabial folds, as well as nose filler to correct my slight dorsal hump. I also requested facial balancing/symmetry, and we filled a bit of my cheeks, midface, jaw, and chin.My nasolabial folds look SO much better than they did prior. In June I had an open septorhinoplasty with Dr. Sepehr and I couldn’t be happier! Im currently two months post op and love, love, love my nose and its still in recovery. I had wanted my nose done for years, but had worried I would never find the right surgeon that would give me the results I wanted, but Dr. Sepher met all my expectations and more! He is so knowledgeable, and put me at ease. After surgery I was left with minimal bruising which was very surprising after seeing so many YouTube videos on the procedure done by other doctors. I was a little worried about how I would look soon after and honestly the results werent bad at all! He is so gentle which caused less bruising than I had expected to have. Like many others, I waited so long (maybe too long) to get my deviated septum fixed. Although after finding Dr.Sepehr, I am so grateful to have waited until I found him! The office is beautiful and was actually (mostly) designed by Dr.Sepehr himself which I thought was really neat because it shows just how much he cares. Honestly there aren’t enough kind words in existence to describe Dr. Sepehr and his entire staff. I broke my nose 8 years ago and it created a major breathing issue. I spent years of researching and meeting with doctors before settling on one in Dallas, TX which ultimately ended up being the worst decision of my life. The doctor in Dallas DESTROYED my nose; imagine a bomb going off inside your face. He left me scarred, disfigured, a crooked hooked nose, and in worse shape than before (see review and photos on my profile). That year of being in constant pain and daily nose bleeds lead me to continue my search to try and find someone to fix the mess, and thank the Lord I found Dr. Sepehr.I filled out the form and within 10 minutes Danielle called me back in utter disbelief of my story and photos. She was so kind and beyond helpful! I got my appointment scheduled and flew out to meet with the doctor. Upon entering the office, I was greeted by Danielle and Jacqueline; they were so genuinely kind and caring, it was as if I’d known them my entire life. After finishing my paperwork Dr. Sepehr came to the lobby to greet me-the doctor, the actual doctor came and grabbed me from waiting area, who does that?!We sit in his office to discuss the issues with my nose, and then we discuss the possibilities of what can and can’t be done; I found Dr. Sepehr to be very honest about the limitations, no other doctor I met with was that up front. After the first 5 minutes, I was no longer nervous or afraid to go through another surgery, I had complete trust in this man.I flew out to California for 10 days; before surgery Dr. Sepehr came in to chat about the game plan. The surgery staff was great and all went as expected. Every other day I went in for checkups. On day 7 I went in for the cast removal and let me just say, I cried, I literally cried. I could BREATHE, with zero pain, and my nose was straight again!! Dr. Sepehr did the unimaginable, my nose was such a mess (the first doctor left stitches internally, over a year)!I am now 9 weeks out from surgery and each day I’m happier. My nose is still swollen and will only continue to get better. Dr. Sepehr is a true Godsend, I am forever in his debt. Danielle, Jacqueline, Judy, and Tessa are rockstars, I’ve never met a nicer staff that’s on it, truly a pleasure to work with. I am so thankful I found Dr. Sepehr, I will never let anyone touch my face but that man. If you are considering work on your nose, go to this man, run! Dr. Ali Sepehr is a super star facial plastic surgeon! He cares about his patients, loves his work and is the best at his profession. I have been his patient for about 7 years. I have had Botox and fillers with excellent results. However, I turned 59 last year and wanted to have surgery because I wanted to get rid of my double chin and wrinkly neck. I had a rhinoplasty exactly a year ago. I had the biggest insecurities with my nose & had broken it when I was 11. Eighteen years later, I was finally able to fix it. I chose Dr. Sephers to do my surgery because he was knowledgeable, never made me feel as if I needed it, and I didnt feel like I was just another profit. On my surgery day, I was super nervous but Dr. Sepher reassured me everything would be okay. He walked me through the everything he was planning on doing in surgery & what I could expect after. It took me 3 consultations to be able to pull the trigger with my rhinoplasty and They never made me feel rushed. I know I was taking up a lot of his time, but he understood it was a big decision. The process has been great and I’m now recovering. I didn’t experience any black eyes and besides the first day, it was pretty easy. He let me no what to expect, while also teaching me how to take care of myself. They were also available through text. At 43 years old, I went to Dr. Sepehr for a lower blepharoplasty (lower eyelid surgery) to remove a hereditary under eye bag that has been present since my lower 20s and which, due to the shadows it cast on my face, made me appear chronically tired. Dr. Sepehr also recommended deep laser resurfacing around the eyes to help the skin heal nice and tight, with new collagen generated by my body in the healing process, and some filler. I was referred to Dr. Sepehr by another doctor because this was going to be the fourth surgery on my nose and Dr. Sepehr had the expertise and knowledge to achieve the results I wanted. The surgery was 3 months ago and I am extremely happy with the results and its even better than I expected. I usually dont write such long reviews, but this experience was truly exceptional! I had wanted to do my nose for several years now. I had even gone as far as a few consultations but never felt that I found the right surgeon in terms of artistic skill and bedside manners. I had given up and put it on the back burner until a close friend recommended Dr. Sepehr. Reading his reviews gave me hope; there was only positives. I can tell you after being through the process and their surgical experience, all the feedback is well-deserved.My first call was with Raha. I had many questions and she was so patient in answering them one by one. On the day of my appointment, the office was pristine to the smallest detail. Then came my consultation. I could tell this was going to be different when Dr. Sepehr came to greet me himself in the lobby to escort me to the consult room. He didnt say much for about fifteen minutes until he heard all of my concerns. He then answered my questions. He did a thorough exam of my nose and we went back to the consult room. I was so surprised because I did not feel like he was trying to sell me; he even told me what could not be accomplished to make sure I had proper expectations.Then I met Mia who helps coordinate your surgery. She is so helpful because they didnt have an opening for several months but she kept me in mind when luckily someone had to reschedule and it was very close to the day I had requested.The surgery day was nerve racking but i was so excited and their operating room staff was nice and tried to put me at ease. My nurse actually had her nose job with Dr. Sepehr and it looked great! After the surgery, there was no nausea and next to no bruising. These were the least of my worries but it made me that much more comfortable. As he promised, it was not painful; just lots of pressure, congestion, and dry throat.Dr. Sepehr was very hands on during the healing and held my hand through the entire process. I had multiple follow up appointments which were prebooked. Any question I had, no matter how small, he answered right away to take the guess work out of it and made for a smooth healing process. Needless to say I am in love with my new nose. It is a drastic difference but is so natural that no one can tell my nose is what made the difference in my look. It looks so proportional to my face, like it was the nose I should have had all along. Im so thankful to Dr. Sepehr and just wish I would have found him earlier.

Over the years Ive had a lot of annoying issues with my skin. Three weeks ago I had deep laser resurfacing with Dr. Sepehr. It hasnt even been a month and my skin is healing just beautifully. I recently turned 35 and was looking into getting under eye filler and botox. I had one bad experience with filler before so I was so nervous to try it again. I wanted to wait to post this review until the results had settled and I could get a good photo because the before and after photos on the site just dont do it justice.I was involved in an accident as a child and as a result my nose was damaged inside and out. I was looking for a doctor to perform a lower lid blepharoplasty and interviewed three doctors prior to my consult with Dr. Sepehr. I also read all the reviews on him and was astounded at all of the positive ratings. Dr. Sepehr is a gueniunely kind and thoughtful human being. He didnt take me to a procedure room and poke at my face, instead he took me into an office so he could get to know me and what I wanted. I recently had laser resourfacing done and I am extremely satisfied not only with the results but also with the level of care and professionalism from the entire staff. Dr Sepehr is very skilled and makes you feel confortable and safe during any procedure. I had a revision rhinoplasty 12/17/2021 performed by Dr. Sepher. My first rhinoplasty was performed approximately 6 years ago, and it was not a success. I am Hispanic, 49 years old, and I have thick skin. Needless to say, I wanted this to be my 2nd and LAST rhinoplasty. My first rhinoplasty surgeon (a famous surgeon, who is on television) had over reduced the bridge of my nose to the point where my right nasal cavity collapsed, and the tip of my nose had fallen, and was pointing down. First let’s start with Dr. Sepehr’s staff – on my first appointment, the receptionist was courteous and explained the paperwork that needed to be completed in advance of my consultation. I had made an appointment for upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery). I have never had any surgery of any kind and was a little apprehensive of the procedure even though it was outpatient procedure.After the receptions checked that everything was in order I met with Dr. Speher who was very through in explaining the procedure, the risks associated, and answering all my questions. He made suggestions on additional treatments I may be interested in to accomplish my desired goals, but I did not feel pressured to agree to them if I did not want them. I decide to add botox and fillers as recommended.The day of the procedure, the staff was very courteous and reassuring. The surgery went well and I was given specific instructions on after care. I had surgery on a Saturday and Dr. Sepehr called me on Sunday to make sure all was well with my recovery. There were subsequent appointments one week after the surgery, to remove the sutures, then three, six weeks and six months after the surgery. At every appointment, I meet with Dr. Sepher who checks progress on healing. At each visit I was given specific and detailed instructions on what to do for after care and to promote faster healing.Dr. Sepher is very patient and gentle. He is a dedicated doctor who truly cares about his patients. I was at first surprised at how different I looked after the surgery and as was healing. I felt that although my eyelid-sagging was gone, I had lost my “almond-shape” eye. My eyes do look rounder. You have to understand you will look different and perhaps you will be the only one who notices a “drastic” change. Most of my friends simply notice that I look more vibrant and that I don’t have “tired” look anymore. Needless to say I use to hide behind my glasses all the time and now I wear my contacts more often! I am very pleased with the results and overall technical expertise of Dr. Sepehr. The scarring is minimal and I can only credit that to Dr. Sepehr’s gentle and accurate surgical skills.I highly recommend his services. Did my upper and lower eye lids (blepharoplasty) & lower neck lift at the same time. Inherited a turkey neck which was getting worst with age as well as hooded eyes and some slight bags underneath. I had been disfigured by a plastic surgeon in 2012 who left me with a severe “alar retraction” which is a common abnormality that occurs with aggressive rhinoplasty, or as a “botched nose job”, and the disfigurement of my right nostril got worse over time. Im not a newbie to lasers.. that said I had the CO2 laser performed last Sat - July1,Dr. Sepehr discussed my previous treatment experiences (how my skin reacted/recovered), potential down time and what post treatment care products I should use. I had my eye lid surgery done by Dr. Sephr and could not say enough good things about my whole experience with the surgery and Dr. Sephr.I must say I was a bit nervous when I showed up on the day of my surgery. I had the Fraxel face procedure and had great results. I started taking the prescriptions before and after the day of fraxel so I did not have any breakouts or blisters. I am a 59 year old Latina woman with olive complection. I had sun and age spots as well as crows feet on my face. I followed the Drs instructions by preparing my face one week prior with a special lotion. Prior to having the lazer treatment, I was given a numbing cream for my face and a sedative. When the Dr. concentrated the lazer on my spots, the intensity was hotter buy not painful. On the 2nd day following, my face had a brown thin film; on the 3rd day I began to peel.
