Great store and people working there. I had an issue with an online order and through their help I was able to get if fixed and had my camera in no time. A new favorite camera store for me. Also, five stars to Ronnie for his awesome help.

The team at OC Camera really know photography. I cant say enough about the team. I have been both a photography enthusiast and professional for over 40 years. While the shop is very modern and professional, there is a real sense of history here. From the vintage displays and traditional service, to the learning programs offered to their customers, to the social events where industry professionals share their work and knowledge, OC Camera is the one stop for all things photography.I have been able to order and purchase the latest Nikon mirrorless cameras and lenses very quickly, even the hard to get lenses that many of my colleagues are waiting months to purchase.The staff at OC Camera are the difference! Best store in south O.C. The selection of used equipment is really good, generally having a wide variety of equipment on hand. They also host events for local artists. If you are looking for film, they have a selection of film too.

Dropped off 2 lenses to have filters cut off as they were stuck after dropping my camera bag. I had someone pick up the lenses for me and when I got them, one of the lenses was not seated correctly in the barrel and was very loose. It wasnt like this when I dropped off the lens. Roozbeh took the lenses examined it and wrote an estimate to remove the filters.When I called Roozbeh, he said they tested the lenses and they both worked perfectly and that I obviously caused the problem by dropping the lens (which was in my bag at the time so there was no other damage aside from the filter being stuck). I told Roozbeh that if the lens was quite noticeably very loose in the barrel when I dropped it off, he and I would have clearly noticed and he should have noted it on the estimate as a body repair shop does when you crash your car. Roozbeh was extremely rude and dismissive and kept cutting me off by saying repeatedly that I dropped the lens and it was my fault. I became angry with his accusatory rhetoric and tone andI told him we were going to have a problem if he didnt fix it. He hung up on me.Later I sent Roozbeh an email reiterating the above and his response was the same. And asked him to do the right thing and pay for the damage. His response was: You dropped your lenses. All I did was remove the filters. We did not damage your lenses. We are not accepting liability for the damage you caused when you dropped the lenses. We will not cover any repair expenses. Any damage that was caused, was caused by you dropping your lenses.1) The barrel of the lens was NOT loose and noticeably wobbly when I dropped it off.2) Roozbeh said nothing and noted nothing on the estimate, nor did he suggest that there was an issue with the barrel being very loose neither when I dropped it off, during the time he had the lense, or when he returned the lens.3) Roozbeh had the lens for 5 days and when it was picked up, again he stated the he tested the both lenses and they worked perfectly.4) He couldnt possibly have tested this lens with the barrel wobbling as it was and determine it was working perfectly.Read his 1 and 2 star reviews.

Super knowledgeable sales people, killer inventory, beautiful new location, they often have an exhibit with images from incredible photographers to enjoy and offer classes and workshops as well… OC Camera is the best!!!I have purchased both new and used Nikon camera bodies and lenses as well as several accessories from them and never once have I had an issue with quality or dependability of my purchases. They are trustworthy, operate with integrity and are extremely friendly! Photographers of all skill levels can most definitely find something they will love.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Found them on a search for the Leica Q3. The ey alerted me when stock was arriving and shipped within 24 hours. Response was fast and they were very easy to deal with.

The man I spoke with was incredibly condescending. I’m looking for film for a Christmas gift and I asked for a specific size, brand, and number. The guy on the phone acted as if I was so ignorant he couldn’t possibly answer my questions. I don’t know much about film cameras but a simple “we have a verity of 35mm for different photo settings ranging from this price to this price” would have been perfect. I know the holidays are a difficult time for people… but I can’t spend hundreds of dollars at a place with service like that.

OC Camera is one of Orange Countys best for photography enthusiasts. I have been shopping at OC Camera for several years, initially at the Mission Viejo location and now the new store in Laguna Hills. Roozbeh and his staff have always been very helpful and knowledgeable regarding my photo needs. The new location is larger and offers even more options with the addition of an art gallery and future classes. Highly recommended!
