OC managed to get me perfectly fitting new door gaskets for a 48 year old pickup and I can’t believe it. It took a while to get the gaskets in, but they communicated this immediately and were great. I am so pleased. A 48 year old truck needs a lot of love, so I’m sure I’ll be back for more bits and pieces. Thanks!

Basically got scammed. Ordered a carpet for 450$. Waited almost 2 weeks. No carpet, not even shipped. OK. I call to cancel, they tell me that they will charge me 30% restocking fee. What a joke. When I ordered online, said 3-5days. ONLY AFTER they took my money, they called and said they are on back order. After I expressed my honest disappointment, and seeing that cancellation will loose me 140$, I called back and said I will just wait for it to arrive, THEN I get told that THIS SPECIFIC carpet was sold to someone else in an hours time. Absolute scam artists. They stole 140$~ dollars.

OC Carpets for the win! We were looking for some OEM look mats for our 1966 Dodge Coronet 500. The quality of the mat materials and the craftsmanship are top notch. From order until delivery took about 5 days total. We couldnt be happier with how these turned out and how well they matched. Highly recommend OC if you are looking for that classic OEM color scheme and material look.

Ordered full set of carpet for my 78 suburban.If you do don’t expect it to drop in perfectly, it’s not even remotely close . Expect to trim a lot the molded part is not molded just sewn and the seams are crude at best . The padding is not as good as the factory. Have spray adhesive on hand you’ll need it . Expect wrinkles . The dimmer hole is not there and no grommet for it . Places that should be bound are not . Test your sill plates and trim pieces before you glue ! Wheel well Pieces are very crude . I also ordered a headliner it takes weeks … had I attempted the carpet before I ordered the headliner I probably wouldn’t have ordered it . Fingers crossed it’s better . It’s not the most expensive one out there and it shows . But it can work well for a driver if you take your time check EVERYTHING AT LEAST 4 times before you glue it !! If your a first timer and want show quality, you may want to go to a professional installer and shop for a true molded carpet .

Just made my first order of headliner and sun visors. Planning on the carpet next! Talked with Amy and she was so helpful helping my choose a good factory color for my 85 El Camino. Its great dealing with customer service personally and who know the product they work with. Thanks Amy for the help in my decision for my next order. The carpet came first and cant be happier with the quality and color, the pictures dont do it justice! I just received the headliner and sun visors to install and love them also. I am an older lady of 70 and can do the installation of carpet and headliner, so can you! Next maybe the seat upholstery?

Shopping at OC has been a great experience. I had some trouble in the beginning but they helped me fix everything. I feel that they went above and beyond to do so. The products look exactly like OEM but are definitely made from better, longer lasting materials so its a win win. Im sure everyone who works there is able to handle any task you throw at them but Amy has been the one helping me the most. She is an expert on their products and also on how to deal with cranky customers like myself. I have purchased a complete headliner with ABS plastic backing and a set of sunvisors that I am extremely happy with. Because of Amys winning attitude and OCs great products I will definitely be purchasing from them again real soon.

I emailed the company asking for samples to be sent to me before placing an order, I really wanted to see the colors in person before placing an order. April, The nice lady that received my email request promptly replied and mailed the samples to me which I received in just a few days. She also followed up on the sample shipment to make sure that I received them. After reviewing the samples I placed an order with them. Once I placed the order I had a notice of delayed shipment so I replied back to April asking about that, no sooner than I sent the email I got a phone call from her, she explains shipping dates to me. The service was excellent and I appreciate that. Thanks again, April!Once I receive the products I will update the review on the products.

This would’ve been a five star if it was just for the carpet. I ordered fitted carpet, matching floor mats and seat upholstery. The carpet and floor mats look and fit great, the seat upholstery is another story entirely. They sent me upholstery that didn’t fit the bench seat frame and when I called they told me my frame was from a different year. The truck was purchased from the original owner and everything was completely original and the research I did online showed photos of the frame I have for my vehicle. On their website you have to put all your truck info in when searching for products, year, make, model, cab style and then it will show you what fits your vehicle. I sent pics to customer service so they could forward them to the company that they use to make the seats. After all was said and done they said it was my mistake and if I wanted to send it back it would be a 30% restocking fee and the freight charges. I’mAt least happy that there were no problems with the carpet because the customer service person was a bit condescending and I really would rather not deal with them again.

This company is so service-oriented. I just found them on google to order some carpet mats for an old vehicle I just bought. They called me twice. Once to verify I meant to order two sets in different colors—I did not mean to do that (which is a big deal because there are no refunds on custom items-normal for all businesses). Then they called to see if I was ok waiting a few extra weeks for the color I wanted. Thank you, OC! You all are an amazing find for me on Google. You will get ALL my future business.

They will tell you when your order will ship from manufacturer, depending on what you order, headliner or carpet shipping days are different, but I did receive my order a few days early. I ordered a headliner And carpet for my 95 Ranger and it looks great, better then I imagine.

I ordered a complete carpet set for a 66 Barracuda and all pieces were done really well and fit perfectly. I had one issue with the trunk piece as it was quite a bit off from what was needed. However, contacted the seller and provided pictures and they immediately remade the carpet for me based on a template I provided and the pieces fits perfectly. Nice material and perfect look and color.

I ordered a headliner for a friends truck. When I placed the order it said 10-40 days to ship. 40 plus days went by and still no confirmation so I called and they said 55 days. Day 55 comes and nothing still. I called again and they said it was going to ship that week. It finally shipped and got delivered. The quality is very good but the fitment is horrible. As compared to the factory headliner. We Installed it and all 4 edges are short as in they don’t fit tightly to any part of the roof/window edges. 1/4-1/2” gaps all the way around the whole thing. $503 after shipping and would’ve been better off get a factory one from a junkyard for $100.

Had an issue with my front carpet not fitting correctly due to my nova being a 4 speed automatic and not a 4 speed manual. A super simple mistake. Beau was extremely professional and informative and helped me resolve the issue to have a new front carpet part made. After this experience I know I can trust OC Auto Carpets in the future to help me out and would definitely like to shine light on Beau’s performance for them, he was great to work with and responded to my emails quickly and was eager to assist me with resolving the issues.I would suggest that OC Carpets website puts “Manual” for a manual style carpet and update their photos to show the bulge on the transmission/driveshaft tunnel just to help future customers understand what the difference is with similar problems. Carpet came sooner than I expected but then again, I wish they had better quality control. My carpet was a 2 Piece set with the front section having a sewn edge and can clearly tell nothing was cut straight on these pieces of carpet. The section that has the edge sewn is super wavy the whole length, looks really bad would not buy this carpet again

I would give them 0 stars if that was possible. Had a flat Vinyl floor sent for truck and then I tried to return it since it was molded incorrectly by them. I sent them pictures per request but they wanna say that all the pictures sent were not enough to determine that there is no moldings in the vinyl. The company will not return the product. The company doesn’t manufacture the floor; they’re a third party that enjoys robbing people and doesn’t even stand by their products. They should’ve at least given me a refund if they won’t send a replacement. 10/10 would not recommend.

Bought carpet for a 1997 dodge b1500. Rear fits not bad. Highly suggest not buying the front section. Padding underneath was no where near the right spot. Total waste of money. Had to butcher the carpet to fit. If you cut the carpet it voids warranty. Customer service was respectful. I understand nothing fits like oem, but it wasnt even close. Highly disappointed. I am restoring a 1993 Nissan Hardbody pick up and needed carpet. I ordered the carpet for the extended cab. It arrived quickly and was a good quality. The carpet was a good fit and only had to be trimmed on the edges. After matching the cutout holes in the old carpet I am very satisfied with the fit. I was pleasantly surprised to find formed carpet for a vehicle this old. Two thumbs up!

I rarely write reviews but I review them on a regular basis before I make almost any purchase. I have never purchased from OC Auto Carpets before today. I had seen good reviews online and that is one of the reasons why I originally went with them. I purchased new flooring from OC Auto Carpets for my classic truck. I was contacted shortly after placing my order and Amy let me know that the type of carpet that I ordered (Daytona) has been on backorder/out-of-stock for quite-some-time and they didn’t know if/when it would come back in stock. Amy did an amazing job answering all of my questions and helping me decide what other type to go with instead. Since I already had my mind made up with Daytona, she really went above-and-beyond to help me make the best decision for a replacement. After I finished my new order, I decided to look at their website again and I found that I could order a pre-cut flooring piece for my truck that was slightly longer (without a gas tank) that would actually save me time and effort. That was not an option with the Daytona style. I called Amy back and asked if it was too late to make another change/update. Luckily, she was able to stop the order from being cut in-time and get the new updated order placed. I am extremely happy with the customer service, time, and care that Amy provided to me. I don’t have the carpet in my hands yet, but I can strongly say that OC Auto Carpets genuinely cares about their customers and they provide amazing customer service. I am very pleased with my purchase of the 1981 Datsun 280zx 2+2 black cut pile carpet with mass backing.Customer support informed me my carpet will take a few days to be manufactured and since I paid for two day shipping I should consider standard shipping because it will be near the same time and I would be refunded the difference which was about $150.I quickly received the difference in shipping to my bank account and upon receiving the carpet I was amazed by the quality and fitting. I did very little trimming. It makes the car’s interior look so new, I impressed myself with my first time installation.You made it so easy for me. Emily at B62 Upholstery contrasted the interior with her Easy Rider stitching to finish off the interior. Got damaged during shipping and returned to sender before arriving. Called the service number and talked to Beau. He was AWESOME! Looked into the order and let me know what was going on. OC sent me a new carpet promptly. Looks and feels quality! Went with mass backing for my 96 f250. Contours are correct. Only did four stars as I was under the impression since I added it was manual and 4x4 it would have those holes pre cut. Maybe I didnt read it right though, not that big of a deal. I was skeptical at first since I had brought some carpet from another company online many years ago and needless to say it was not what I was expecting. Luckily this time I came across OC carpets on line. I wasn’t sure what color would match my interior so they sent me samples free of charge. When I finally received the molded carpet I was worried it wouldn’t match the contour of the floor boards but they fit very well! Ill never buy from them again and suggest you dont as well. They ask you for your year make and model but send you a piece of carpet that is no where near what your car takes. I had to trim at least 35% off the material off and it looks like garbage. Talk about a waste of money. I could have saved money going somewhere and paying them to put the right carpet in my car. But now Im stuck with this ugly carved up garbage. The material is low grade and tears really easy leaving carpet fibers all over the place. And thats before I started cutting. If they actually sent the right size piece you needed it would go smooth but instead they instruct you to cut off what you dont need. If you have to cut a massive amount of carpet off for it to fit, then why ask what car its going into? So you pay for carpet you dont need and its not molded at all. Its just a big square piece of low grade carpet. So why do you see their commercials all the time? Because its a scam thats why!!!

These guys will purposely send you a wrong carpet. They charge you 30% for restocking fee. Carpets 250$ that’s 80$ for restocking fee.I’ve bought 2 carpets on 2 different occasions for an extended cab and they did not reimburse me after I talked with them and explained it was their fault I received the wrong carpet. I received a carpet for a regular cab and I have extended.

Recently purchased custom molded cut pile carpets and matching yardage for the door panel bottoms on my 65 Corvair restomod project. The carpets look fantastic but the yardage clearly did not match the molded carpets. Contacted OC Auto Carpets with my concerns and spoke with Amy who instructed me to send photos for their review. Sent the requested photos and was promptly contacted by Amy to let me know that she received the photos and would work with the manufacturer to obtain a resolution. Amy subsequently followed-up to inform me that they were shipping out new yardage at no charge. Shipping each time was lightning fast, which is even more impressive considering the holiday rush. The replacement yardage was nearly identical to the molded carpets. Amys unmatched customer service skills and dedication to sincerely serving the customer was quite refreshing to me. UPDATE: 1-31-2020I received a call from another representative of OC Auto Carpets a little later in the day. This second representative was more interested in seeing how she could help to rectify my situation. While OC still could not offer a refund because of being outside of the manufacturer warranty, we spoke of some options that might be available to me.OC then went on to contact the manufacturer, show them my pics and ask for their advice. The manufacturer did not apparently accept any responsibility for an inferior product, but advised that they felt it wasnt that bad. I was told to razor off existing jute and reposition it, but they did not specify what adhesive I should use to reapply it. OC suggested that I watch some of their online installation videos. OC promised that if the jute was damaged during removal, they would ship me replacement jute for the price of shipping. At this point Im raising my review to 3 stars because of the customer service. If the product installation goes well and looks good, and if OC comes through as promised if necessary, I will return and adjust appropriately. The carpet side does look good as is.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I am very disappointed in the product I received. I paid extra for the mass backing to aid in insulating and sound deadening my truck. I failed to open the package when it arrived a year ago. This is a project Im working on bit by bit and it never even dawned on me there would be a problem with the carpet, contained in its original, unopened box.So I just opened up the box, brand new, and it is a trainwreck. (see photos, new product vs. original) I called these folks just to see if they could help or advise me in any way about their completely inferior product, and they were not at all helpful, whatsoever. I realize now that I should have opened this up and checked it when it arrived. My bad. But, its a jacked up, overpriced product and I wish they could have at least advised me how to fix the problem they caused, or stood by their work in even some small way. I was very satisfied with OC Auto Carpets. They provided samples so I knew exactly how the Essex Beige carpet color would look, they delivered as expected, and the carpet quality is good. A local auto upholstery shop wanted $1,000 to install the carpet in my 4-Runner so I did it myself. It took longer then I expected (it was my first time replacing a carpet) so allow yourself lots of time. I followed the instructions and used the old carpet as a template. Be prepared for the replacement carpet to be heavier and bit awkward to move around and locate. Be sure you have high quality scissors for the cuts. The results are excellent and with the mass backing the truck is quieter then before. Overall, it is a good value for the money.

I ordered floor mats for my 4-WD 89 F-150. They were delivered sooner than expected and look great; best floor mats Ive seen in a long time. Very well made. The passenger side mat fit perfectly but the drivers side did not. The 4-WD shift lever was the problem. I sent pictures and explained the issue and they offered to remake the mat at no cost to me. I created a template and returned the mat that didnt fit well. Within a couple of weeks they sent me a new floor mat. The redesigned mat fits and look exceptional. Purchased an ABS headliner assembly for a Silverado truck, it arrives in a box folded up. Installed and looked decent, but not worth the roughly $650 it costed. Material did not look as good as factory and the shape of the ABS board did not match the factory shape very well. After sitting outside one day the glue on the headliner failed and the material was sagging. This was a customer truck so we decided to sand original headliner down and recover it and reinstall so customer could get his truck back in a timely manner (took about 7 weeks to receive headliner couldnt wait that long again). Tried to make a return with no luck so had to eat the useless expense.

I bought carpets that were supposed to be like the originals in my truck. They werent the right color and the product was way cheaper. After filling my order out online I was still unsure of the color so before submitting. I called the number on the website and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Alex. He was very helpful and was actually able to text a more realistic detail of the carpet colors. Excellent customer service. Within 10 min of placing the order, I had second thoughts on the color and was glad I called. Alex was able to work with manufacturer to hold my order and sent me a few color samples which I ended up liking a different shade of gray better. Once I picked the color, they got the order resubmitted and can’t wait to receive it!!!

I will not do business with OC Auto Carpets again. The part I ordered was wrong. But OC helped me find the part number. Then when there was an issue, they verified it as the correct part number. But it was not. So they would not except a return or exchange without a 30% restock fee and I had to pay shipping!!! 2 $27 parts. They are all about the fine print after the fact. Buyer Beware!!!

This place has been amazing. I ordered carpet from them and it was better than expected. Very good quality and easy to install. I also ordered headliner and had a couple issues on my end with the project truck I have. I reached out to customer service and they were extremely helpful and very quick with their responses. Nice people, but the vehicle-specific molded auto carpet was a waste of money. Huge missed opportunity for a fast and easy drop-in product. The whole reason I waited the 5 business days and paid so much more money vs. just getting a roll of carpet at the parts store, was to avoid the 5 or 6 hours of measuring and trimming cutouts for seat mounts, hvac floor ports, center console, wires, e-brake, molding mounts, etc. I still had to do ALL of that. What is the point? I could have been done a week ago and saved a ton of money with a carpet role from the parts store. At the very least, the molded carpet could have come with printed marks on the back where the cutouts go. Someone already spent all that time to take vehicle specific measurements.. just finish the work once, and sell a premium experience to your customers. Not worth the wait imho.

April was a very pleasant and helpful individual in selecting my headliner. I was unsure about my color, so April is sending some color swatches so that I can choose the the correct color. Aprils individual help is more than what I would have received if ordering this product ONLINE. April suggested I get the order in now to cut some lead time and contact her within 3 weeks to get my color selection.
