The house has a perfect layout. The kitchen, living room, and dining area was perfect for interacting with all your guest. The kitchen was a gourmet delight. It had every accessory, cooking ware and appliance that you could possibly need for entertaining. There were plenty of towels for the pool. A bonus point, an umbrella hole in the pool so you could sit in the shade in the pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and nicely accessorized. The place was very clean and well appointed. We will be returning again.

The house is beautiful! We enjoyed waking up to the sound of song birds and the sparkling pool. The outdoor eating area is comfortable under the umbrellas. Sitting outside watching the sun set, surrounded by the mountains in the distance was pure magic. The kitchen and layout of the living area and dining table are tastefully planned and creative for entertaining.Bravo to the Oasis Rental Team!I hope to come back soon!!

June journey: My friends and I stayed here for 5 days while attending a friends event in Palm Springs. We loved the casual place, the many sitting areas, the pool and the ping pong table. Such a chill place, well done and well kept. Easy to get in and out and super clean with lots of kitchen essentials. Yes, it’s windy in this neck of the woods but we loved it late at night to cool down. Also! A hot tub. Can recommend!

We stayed at their Red House this weekend and it was a lovely stay. The property is better than described and definitely spacious for a family of six. The kitchen and restrooms were fully stocked with amenities and we were greeted with A/C set at 74* and music in the rooms. Overall highly recommended and wed definitely stay here again for our next trip.

We stayed with our two Italian Greyhounds at Suave Agave and have had a wonderful experience. The house is perfect for spending time exploring the Valley - close to everything - clean quiet street - beautiful mid century home in all directions. The housr is very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The outdoor pool area is beautiful and the space around was perfect for our little four legged friends to run and play safely! Definitely a place we hope to return

My family spent Memorial Day weekend at the RED HOUSE in Palm Springs. We got into town a little earlier than expected and spoke with Eva about possibly checking in a little earlier than scheduled.Eva was very courteous and accommodating, and let us check in earlier than expected which made our staycation last longer than expected!The house was amazing and the tanning ledge in the pool was perfect for my five year olds who are still learning how to swim. The yard was perfectly manicured and the home was clean, cozy and comfortable. We would definitely rent from oasis again!

It’s my last night at Casa Azul with Oasis Rentals in Palm Springs and I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The hosts have been super attentive during our booking and stay but the house is so well appointed we never had to ask for anything. The house had everything we could ever need and we couldn’t be more pleased. From the pool and outdoor entertaining area to the beautiful home interiors - every aspect of our stay was fabulous. Our recent stay at the Airbnb in Palm Springs was nothing short of wonderful! We visited with another family, and each of us had two young children, making it a lively group. The house was spacious, clean, and perfectly suited for families with kids.From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The host, Kristin was incredibly welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable. The check-in process was seamless, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home, like the detailed guidebook with local recommendations.The house itself was beautifully decorated and well-maintained. The open floor plan allowed the kids to run around and play freely, while the adults enjoyed the cozy living room and the fully-equipped kitchen. We loved cooking meals together and dining in the outdoor patio area, which had plenty of seating and a fantastic view of the mountains.One of the highlights of our stay was the backyard. The kids spent hours playing in the pool and the spacious yard. There were pool toys and floaties provided, which was a nice touch. We stayed at the Palm Royale and were very disappointed. So I will start with the good. The outdoor space is beautiful and lived up to the pictures. We enjoyed the outdoor space a lot. The customer service was also great. All our issues were handled in a timely manner. Thats why Im giving 2 starts instead of one one. Now the bad. The house is in bad shape. It was not cleaned to our likings, so they had to come clean it again. Then, the second night, the plumbing backed up, and the toilet flowed into the shower. That was fixed the next morning. For the amount of money spent, neither of these issues should have happened. Im assuming they have a septic tank as do I, which does require regular maintenance to avoid that problem.

Probably the worst vacation rental company out there. No one responds if there is any issues during your stay. Employee Christopher contacted back 3 days after continuous emails and phone calls and stated that our issue of the blinds being completely see through was unfortunate but they can not do anything to remedy our situation. Just to be clear this is for the Tangerine Modern home which is advertised beautifully online however with the see through curtains bad AC system our trip was ruined. Especially with the insane amount we paid for this house.

Bad value for price. While the Oasis guest services team was attentive, that did not make up for the problems with the property. First, the pool and hot tub heating system was old and broken. For two days of our week stay, the entire system was broken, rendering this only amenity the house offered useless. While we received a complimentary extra day to compensate for the first day without pool and hot tub heat, they refused our (reasonable) request for a days rental refund for the second day without pool and hot tub heat. In addition the pool and hot tub heating issues, the house did not have a working fireplace, had a kitchen and bathrooms that had not been renovated for decades, lacked enough cooking and eating ware, and had frosted bedroom doors and window shades hat blocked zero light (meaning you woke up at sunrise). The house also came stocked with limited kitchen, dish washing, or laundry items (i.e. trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent), meaning we had to purchase many of these basic items our own for our stay (the first time weve ever had to do that for a house rental in Palm Springs). At least the bed were comfortable. When paying in excess of $8,800 for a house rental, we expected luxury. Unfortunately, it wasnt. This is our only impression of Oasis Rentals properties and will likely be our last.Stay details: Monterey House, December 24, 2023 - January 2, 2024

We had such a great 3 night relaxing stay in this home. We walked into the front door in amazement because of the large row of glass door windows that had a very nice open view of the backyard pool which really made it feel like a paradise oasis. The rest of the house was very impressive, clean and well taken care of and felt like we were in a brand new house. We would love to return and bring some new friends and family to enjoy!

I booked a gorgeous home in Palm Springs for my family for a quick gateway. The service was amazing. Everyone was very nice and very quick to respond. My kiddos loved the home and the yard was their favorite. We spent majority of our stay outside. Both indoors and outdoors was very clean. Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We stayed at the Agave which is a gorgeous four bedroom home in Palm Springs. The house is very clean and well stocked and we had everything we needed for meals. The BBQ was very clean as well. The beds are very comfy and everyone had a great night sleep. They have an awesome large screen television which was great for a family movie watching. Plenty of towels for the pool and hot tub. Badly needed family getaway to Casa Bianca for Thanksgiving week. Amazing views of the mountains and no power lines. Traveled with our 2 teenage kids and 2 small dogs. Kids each had their own big bedrooms and we had a beautiful view of the mountains. Everyone was happy. Great kitchen to cook and gather in and great outdoor grilling space. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, kitchen stocked with pots, bakeware, plates, glasses. (Suggestion: should have more serving platters.)Palm Springs has so many architectural gems big and small. The design of this property where the front yard faces the mountains is brilliant. The pool is small but fits the space. Yard is great and well landscaped and mountains are spectacular!! Great house and well managed. Very close to downtown and centrally located. Great neighborhood for biking all around PS!Bonus: got a much-needed late checkout after Thanksgiving.Thank you!!!

This place is heaven! I feels like a luxury resort you have all to yourself. The house is beautiful, spacious and designed to perfection. And the outside is equally great. The pool is incredibly relaxing especially with the sound from the waterfall feature. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. I stayed at the house on East Cactus for a long weekend with a group of girlfriends and we had an amazing stay. The house is spacious, stylishly decorated, and in a convenient location. The outside area is perfect for lounging in the sun --- beautiful pool, lots of seating, a hot tub, and even a fire pit. Eric, the property manager, was especially helpful and easy to communicate with. He was at the house to let me in, and gave me a quick rundown of some of the houses more high tech features (nest thermostat, drop-down theater-style screen, etc). The house on East Cactus is absolutely stunning and was perfect for our Palm Springs vacation. It’s perfectly located close to everything. The yard is very large and private with a nice pool, spa and fire pit. Ample outdoor seating options let you recline in a lounge chair or sit by the table or fire pit. The interior is flawless and well decorated. There are four good sized bedrooms with comfy beds and crisp white sheets. Everything is set up to make your vacation stay perfect. Eric, the property manager, was very helpful. He was always promptly responsive over text or email, and arrived on time to let us into the house and give us a thorough walk-through. We really couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Palm Springs. Highly recommended!

Indigo Dream was absolutely perfect and even more beautiful than the pictures! We stayed with 3 other couples and had plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor space is well designed and very comfortable for use throughout the day. The house has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We stayed at Retro Classic. The house was clean, large and had everything we needed.Great neighborhood and quick driving distance to grocery, dining and shopping. My family of 3 rented Ten Palms in Palm Springs and it has been the BEST experience. This was my first time renting from Oasis Rentals, so I was a little nervous! The house was amazing and Eric our property manager was Over accommodating! We had one hiccup with the spa, I contacted Eric and it was fixed within 10 minutes!!! We had a memorable and fun February family vacation at Ten Palms! Four adults fit comfortably into the three bedroom/three bath layout. This home is furnished with everything we could possibly need.Picture this: Before sunup, coffee and computer time was spent in the office nook, which is well lit and features a comfortable desk/chair setup, as well as a printer. Next, hanging out in the front yard, enjoying watching the very active bird life was on our agenda. We whipped up full breakfasts in the well equipped kitchen. (Having that island with extra sink and garbage receptacle made it easy and fun for the four of us to prep our meals as a team.)After our return from daily outings, we enjoyed late afternoons by the pool soaking up sun. We grilled up delicious dinners in the outdoor kitchen and then dined inside with the lovely gas fireplace on to make it cozy in the evenings. With a smart TV in every room, we had the option of enjoying movies together around the fire as a group or opted for a quiet evening retired to our own rooms. A little moonlight soak in the hot tub was a luxurious bonus on many occasions. (From there, we could see the Palm Spring tram making its lighted way down the mountain.)We wanted our trip to be a happy and healthy one so we even joined World Gym (just a five minute drive away OR fifteen minute walk) and kept up a daily routine. Ten Palms became our luxurious “home away from home,” where we had the opportunity to get relaxed, refreshed and reconnected to our family. I would definitely book Ten Palms again!

While the house is beautiful, the yard is where you will spend your time. Private, well landscaped, and with a saltwater pool and spa, a fire place and a fire pit, it’s like finding yourself on an awesome desert island. Myself and 3 fiends stayed at the Morgan House for a week in mid July. The house was more than we expected. The landscaping was beautiful, pool was perfect, the kitchen was supplied with the tools needed for a weeks worth of cooking at home. Rented a house for the Thanksgiving Holiday week and were thrilled that we chose to stay at the Downtown Hideaway in Palm Springs. The location is amazing - 5 minute walk to the middle of downtown and at the foot of the mountains. Check in was super easy - Christopher met us when we arrived and gave us all the instructions necessary to get settled. The kitchen provided us all the necessary tools to host a wonderful family holiday dinner. The pictures dont do the pool area justice - it tucked into the mountain and is just the right size. We had such a great time and the quality of the home was beyond our expectations that we are already planning for next year. Oasis Rentals provided superb service and would highly recommend.

Staying at the Palm Royale house in Palm Springs and it’s been a great experience. Everything we could have needed was provided and the house and furniture was all clean and up to par upon arrival. The pool didn’t even need to be heated and the hot tub heats up very quickly. Eric, our PM, was great to work with. We will definitely stay here again.

We are wrapping up our amazing girl’s getaway at Indigo Dream! The property manager, Eric met us upon arrival and was so friendly and helpful giving us the tour of the beautiful home. Indigo Dream house was everything we needed in a girls vacay. The house has a very calming feeling to it and it came with everything needed to enjoy ourselves. We were able to relax and enjoy each other’s company to the fullest. The pool was our retreat for most of the day, and we utilized the kitchen every night. It’s close to grocery stores and downtown Palm Springs too. Car service took minutes to book. Eric with Oasis Rentals met us at the house and gave us a tour and helping guide so that we could enjoy our stay. He was easy to talk to and fast to get a hold of during our stay as well. This is the second time weve rented through Oasis Rentals. Their curated luxury rentals are awesome, way better than trying to use AirBnB to find equivalent quality/value. When we arrived at this lovely home we were so warmly greeted by Ed, one of the Oasis staff, whom immediately made us feel right at home. He showed us how to work everything in the house from the heavenly misters outside to the the lights, fans, t.v., air conditioner, etc! In the 25 years weve been renting homes in Palm Springs, there hasnt been a better agency to work with than Oasis! They really take care of your every need in a very timely manner and seem happy to help.The house was immaculate and the backyard was spacious and beautiful. Being able to walk to town everyday was fantastic as well as enjoying the nearby beautiful Ruth Hardy Park. It was just the perfect get away.We arrived on one of the hottest days theyve had so far this summer so, unfortunately, it took about 48 hours to cool down. That was the only unpleasant part of our stay, however, after that the air conditioning worked just fine.I definitely recommend this house and I definitely recommend Oasis Rentals!

The home is perfectly located near all your shopping needs and is equipped with all essentials for relaxation and entertainment needs. Huge television in the living area and TVs throughout so we didn’t miss a pitch watching our Dodgers while vacationing. The huge kitchen and island was perfect for home cooked meals and late night beverages where everyone could be included. The rooms were awesome with en suite bathrooms to boot! We had a lovely vacation at Tahquitz River Retreat. The home was well appointed and decorated, very comfortable (especially the couch in the living room), and no street noise. I like the carpet in the home verses tile because it feels warmer on bare feet:) We also enjoyed the use of the hot outdoor shower. Neighbors were close, but quite as well. Nearby walking path and included bicycles were a bonus. Good location for driving to grocery stores and nearby Downtown. We had a few amenities missing (hand soap, dishwasher soap), but Eva the property manager took care of those immediately! She also went above and beyond and left us some grapefruit after me begging a request! The floor in the master bath had dark curly hair (quite a bit) when we arrived. Eva offered for the house keepers to come back, but by then my daughter had cleaned it so she could take a shower. The home has two excellent airconditioning systems, but we are more of an open to the outdoor type of people, and all three sliding glass doors as well as some of the windows did not have screens :( also 4 of the mini blinds were broken in the down/shut position in the kitchen, dining, and living room, 2 of the crank bedroom windows were broken as well. All-in-all a very lovely home and would recommend it to others.

It was cold at the beginning and the property manager, Claudia, rushed over with extra heaters for the unseasonably cold nights. We only needed them for 3 nights. Found the perfect spot to avoid the poolside and tableside crowds flocking to Palm Springs near festival season. The Casa Tiempo house is perfectly appointed to give your trip a moved in feeling. The star of the property is the fantastic backyard pool, lawn, and patio. Its plenty large and plenty private to just sit and soak up the sun. Make a run to the grocery store or have your boxed dinners forwarded to this home because cooking a fantastic meal is a breeze. Nearly every dish, pan, or appliance is here and will save you hours of searching for reservations at one of the limited, tasteful dining options in town.Tons of bedrooms and the floorplan of the home favors the big glass doors facing the giant backyard. The home is very clean and seems to be well maintained. You have 1 parking space on the property and its a bit of a chore to get groceries from parking to the kitchen as the garage and back entrance are restricted.If your top criteria for a home selection is the pool area. This is a top choice. Spa and pool are clean and well maintained. Tons of sunlight exposure and the landscaping is well planned for privacy and visual appeal. Two outdoor fire pits make for some cozy evening gaming. Very happy with the outdoor space.Couple notes:1)Assume your coming and going is being monitored. The doors all have sensors and the property owner watches for doors opening that are not locked.2) Even though the property management book describes how to operate the pool, dont touch or even look at the panel on the wall. The operation demonstrated in the book is incorrect and you will hear from the property manager if you try to get the pool running. Just assume its running and leave it alone.3) Ask ALL rental managers if there is construction at any nearby homes. It should be a requirement to disclose any nearby construction, but assume SOMEONE around you is remodeling. Power saws and swimming pools have a way of finding one another.

The home was stayed in was amazing, but we had two major issues that still have not been addressed with any appropriate response from Oasis Rentals. On our stay, the fire alarm/carbon monoxide detector went off in the early am. The alarm did not alert the police/fire. The property coordinator did not respond to repeated texts and calls. We called the police and vacated the house in fear it might be carbon monoxide, thankfully it wasn’t, but the alarms persisted. The property coordinator called us back after nearly 1.5 hours, which is unacceptable. We had to remove the alarms to get them to stop. He agreed this was the correct course of action. Also, nothing in the manual indicated any emergency procedures. The property coordinator confirmed this when he came, and turned it up. Then the filter and water feature stopped working. We texted about this, and after several hours we were contacted about how to fix it. We’ve asked to be refunded a portion of the pool heating costs, but there has been no reply to three emails.

This place is a SCAM.We stayed in one of their properties for a month. They told us we would have to pay utility bills for the duration of our stay, for which we gave a deposit. Weeks after we checked out they sent us an email telling us know how much of our utility deposit we would get back.They claimed we spent an absurd amount of electricity, which if true I have no problem paying for. Given that the house we rented had solar panels, I wanted to see third party proof of what they were charging us. When they told us about the utility charge they said that it was state law and we would be paying exactly what the city charges them. I believe they are up-charging us to keep more of the deposit.I have emailed them multiple times asking for proof of those charges, they have not responded. I have called and spoken to multiple employees, all who tell me they will check their email and get back to me.I have not heard back from them, they dont answer their main phone or their email. They only answer the phone number they give you once you are about to check into the property.I see they take the time to check reviews on all platforms which is mindblowing since they dont take the time to email their customers back. I dont trust them and I would never stay in any of their properties again.

*PLEASE BE AWARE OF RENTING WITH OASIS.*Unfortunately our experience was far less than professional and satisfactory with Oasis.While Casa Lola is an ‘older’ home with updates, there was an air conditioning issue in the back room - essentially NO A/C functioning in that space during extremely high temps, plumbing issues - main bedroom toilet overflowed all into bath hall & room (Oasis Rentals admitted knowing about this issue prior to our stay & even had a plumber out earlier that week), and the door to enter the back room could not be open or closed without substantially pulling and slamming it closed by an adult - not good if having to exit during an emergency or even access the bathroom in the main house during the night.We were in contact with Oasis after our stay and requested a refund or even partial refund for the issues we encountered, yet they refused and said they’d only be able to offer a return to Casa Lola for 1 night’s stay.First of all, with our experience (waiting up for a plumber to arrive later than 11:30pm, no A/C at allin back room therefore NO SLEEP, etc.), WHY would we want to return for another night?This was very disappointing and without going further into the email correspondence with Oasis and the gaps of time awaiting a response/answer, it was also apparent of how unprofessional and irresponsible this rental company proves to be.While we hoped for a relaxing weekend for our family, it became more of a hassle than anything.We’d advise guests to check with Oasis prior to signing their contract, if all is functioning well in the particular home you are looking to rent.*PLEASE BE AWARE OF RENTING WITH OASIS.*

I dont even want to give Oasis rentals 1 star but the system wont allow there to be none given.If you are considering renting from Oasis rentals, there are far better options out there for you. A few other rental agencies that are more professional.One of the biggest issues with this company is that they CANNOT be reached by phone. If you have a question you have to leave a message or send an email and wait for a response which is sometimes more than a day. This does not work since they have a 24 hour turn around time that they want a signed contract back.We booked a property online a week ago. I do not have the capabilities to scan and print from home so my husband printed it off at work, brought it home, we filled out everything. After reviewing the contract we had a couple questions about the 3.5% credit card fee so I called Oasis rentals and spoke with a representative who told me I had until the end of the week (today) to get them the signed contract and payment to them. This was sent it to them yesterday which is within their 7 days payment rule. They are correct in that the contract was not sent in within 24 hours but it was the weekend and these people knew we had booked online and we were obviously interested. Once I sent in the signed contract and credit card info I received an email back saying the property was already rented out. At no point did anyone contact me before renting this property to someone else.I have sent multiple emails which most have been responded to but they are not willing to help me in any way. And again, no one will return any of my phone calls. This is more business taste. Whoever I spoke with earlier in the week messed up and these people will not take ownership.I would absolutely not deal with these people, ever.

We rented a house for Coachella. Oasis rental were the worse rental company I ever experienced. The property manager wanted to get the deposit back. Obvious. he had drinking problems. He stormed in to our house in the middle of the night accusing us for being loud. Called the police who came out and shock their heads about the crazy property manager. He carried on with his lies and kept the deposit. We had done nothing. Do NOT rent from these people. They are liars and will destroy your Coachella experience. The internet did not work all weekend after numerous calls to the rental company. The pool was dirty. All they want is to over charge you and take your money and they do not care about you as a client. There are other companies you can rent from. I have rented houses in Palm Springs for 11 years. Dont deal with this company. They lie and still your deposit. The manager is clearly on drugs and will make up any excuse to keep your deposit. We stayed at a property located on for 4 day, all lawyers an business owners above the age of 40 years each. And manager came by the house a late hour while we were relaxing and he started banging on the door and yelling at everyone about noise and being loud, which was crazy. He even went as far as to call the police on us the renters after telling us to go inside the house like kids. He even went as fas as to say we are doing drugs, having party and disturbing the neighbors, which all houses are empty and for sell. After noticing his behavior, we could smell alcohol on his breath and clothing.We ask him was he drunk and he started to cuss us out and called the police. The police came by and said they had no reason for coming and saw nothing wrong with the house. They agreed that we payed a lot of money to rent the house and should enjoy it and we would not have any problems from the manager again.We checked out of the house on time and left it spotless. The management is still refusing to refund our deposit with no bases to keep it. He is still cussing and sending upsetting emails. We are planning to do a class action suite against this company. The internet didnt work, the poll was dirty and the management is a thief.Oasis Rentals is not the way to do go with their leadership!

Wish I could give them no stars. If you are considering using this company to help rent your home DO NOT. If I saw a home for rent by them, even if it was the best home out there, I would not rent it because of Oasis. We found a place through VRBO that we wanted to rent that was handled by Oasis. When we gave them our dates they asked if we could shorten it by one day for the next renters due to Coachella. Since that one did not work they sent us a bunch of other listings for us to choose from. Through these we found a placed that worked. We booked it online that night. The next morning they sent us an email saying that there was another pending renter for that time so we would have to shorten our time by one day and that all of their properties would not be available until the 11th due to Coachella. This would have upset us, but what is making me write my first ever review is that instead of admitting any fault they were more concerned about writing us emails telling us how we needed to go back and reread the emails as they had informed us. I did reread them and copied them to him back to show that this information was never conveyed. Chris gave us an fake polite answer to just get us to go away.
