I recently received a notice of nonrenewal from my homeowners insurance company. I was told it was due to my agent no longer writing policies for them. I called around and quickly found out that a claim for a roof leak 4+ years earlier made me undesirable or risk-worthy. I found Oakview Insurance Services online, determined that they wrote for multiple companies and figured Id give them a try. Ali Davila picked up the phone and I bet within 15 minutes she informed me she had an insurance company that would take me. Silly me, I started off shopping around for insurance and it turned out to be more of who would take me! I had insurance the same day. But the story gets better. Im saving quite a bit of money to boot! When I called my old agent to please cancel my current policy to secure a refund (the one that sent me nonrenewal effective January 2024), they informed me that the previous company is no longer writing policies in California at all and that was the real reason for the nonrenewal.That seemed to be a common theme. I think all the California fires have made securing insurance quite an ordeal here in California. The bottom line is Oakview is phenomenal. I was stressed and Ali took such good care of me. I highly recommend Oakview and in particular, Ali Davila.

Let me start by saying that I have gone through a lot of auto Insurances just trying to find the lowest rate. I can absolutely say I will not be leaving oak view if I can refer as much people as I can will do so. They are not like other insurances company that charge a down payment plus your months rate. They simply charge the months rate and when adding a vehicle to a current policy they don’t charge either! Very happy I found Oakview and Rachel is the sweetest thank you again!

I was originally denied life insurance Insurance by AARP which uses New York life. That is when I called Oakview and connected with their life insurance agent, Rich. When I told him my story he immediately knew the company to apply to. We applied and instead of waiting a week or two for an answer.. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I simply called for an auto quote, but Rachel went above and beyond. After gathering basic information and providing a quote, she asked more specifics about my job. Turns out that my career is eligible for a major discount. She continued to talk to me about further steps I could take to save money. Rachel is knowledgeable and competent, friendly and thoughtful. I highly recommend Mariah for all your insurance needs. My family had been with another insurance company for many years. When we got our renewal this year (with two teen boys, one with an accident, added) we about had a heart attack. Our premium had almost tripled!! After a referral from a generous soul, we contacted Mariah. She shopped our policy all over the place, with all different senarios and she was able to get our premium down by about a 1/3 !! We were so greatful. After the new policy began, we ran into a snag with my record and she rework all our policies and was able to keep our rate the same. (I know she didnt make any money on this deal, but she kept her word about the original quote).Mariah always has been available and goes out of her way for her clients. She has us for clients for a long time (and my sons too if they every get a job and their own insurance lol)
