I have been coming to Oak Valley Dental for about a year now & I am so happy I found them! Since my initial appointment I have felt welcomed and truly enjoy the experience. When the dentist comes in at your first visit he actually takes the time to listen to your concerns. Which is greatly appreciated. I get all my cleanings with Cece! She’s amazing! Very personable and gentle with cleanings. Overall I’ve had a great experience with this dental office, I love that it’s a private practice because the whole staff is super friendly and welcoming.

This is the first dentist that I feel completely comfortable with. They’re very punctual, attentive, and considerate. All the other dentists I’ve been to, I dreaded going to. But Jay and Dr. Shu are awesome and I look forward to my appointments as they are very thorough, honest and take the time to explain everything! I’ve also had an Issue with staff leaning their hand on my lip against my teeth, because that would hurt, but here, they are very mindful of that. The front desk staff are also very attentive and great with advice regarding insurance! It’s a forever thing with this place. Highly recommend.

Each time I have gone to Oak Valley, I have been treated with kindness. The care, concern and professionalism of each staff member is top tier. Jay is, by far, the best Hygienist ever!!! He always makes sure I am comfortable and addresses any concerns that I may have, in a caring manner. Not only that, he remembers things that we talked about from previous appointments, which shows that he listens. This is truly the best dental office. From the moment you check in, you will feel welcomed.

My son and me recently started coming to Oak Valley Dental due to bad past experiences with other dental offices. I love the atmosphere of the office and the staff is exceptional. What I like about the office is that they dont force huge treatments on you. My son and me like coming with Scheccid/Cece everytime, the care of explaining what she will be doing every time shows alot. Its worth my drive from Los Angeles to Menifee every single time.

If I could give a higher rating, I would! There are so many wonderful things to say about Oak Valley Dental. From the moment you step through the front door, the entire staff is so kind and helpful! Each visit has been a great experience!! I absolutely love the outcome of the work I had done on my teeth. Dr. Shu did an AMAZING job and Yvette was so helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommended Dentist office! I’ve been going here for a while now and there’s one reason, the staff! From the moment you walk in the door they all treat you like family! I specifically see Jay for my cleanings. He’s the best! He is kind, caring, professional, and extremely good at his job! I couldn’t imagine going to another office! And if you ever have any questions or needs, Yvette is the one you need to talk to! She’s amazing! She’s caring, knowledgeable, professional and just the best! Again, highly recommend office!

I personally love going to Oak Valley Dental. The office is very nice and the staff is friendly. My favorite hygienist in the office is Sheccid (Cece). She is very friendly with great communication skills & leaves me feeling great after each appointment. I would 100% recommend seeing her. 5/5 stars I have no complaints about Oak Valley Dental ☺️

I highly recommend Oak Valley Dental. A few years back, I was looking for a new dentist for myself (and eventually my kids), and I really struck gold by finding this office. Dr. Shu is incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and the staff is extremely caring, kind, and personable. Jay is my go to hygienist and he is really great with my kids. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I love Oak Valley Dental. Dr. Romero-Shu has been my dentist for the last three years. And I wish I could give him and his team a 10 star rating review. They’re excellent!! Three years ago when I first came to him, he saved my front tooth.While my previous dentist wanted to pull it. Everything he does is in house so it’s easy andConvenient., I highly recommend Oak Valley Dental if you want to have the right Dentist Dr. Shu his and staff are excellent.. My dental health is 100% better than it was before. I’d also like to thank Jay for being my dental hygienist throughout these three years he has made my cleanings so easy and effortlessly. I love his personality. He’s fun..And lastly, Yvette, she’s awesome. You’ll see her at the front desk at times she is the office manager.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. If you’re looking for a new dentist, don’t walk, RUN to Oak Valley Dental. They got me in as an emergency as I had cracked a tooth. From the first call to the end result, same day crown, it’s was an amazing experience. From the front desk to the dentist and assistants, everyone in the office was friendly and so nice. Dr. Romero-Shu was efficient, painless and trustworthy. Super nice and explains everything. I have found my new dental home from now on. Thank you to everyone at Oak Valley Dental.
