2022-08-25 19:25:11Best customer service either via phone call, emails or in person installations!I’ve had Internet service with this company twice now and each time that I’ve interacted with staff members they have given me their undivided attention, kindness, professionalism and follow through.When you’re living in a small town and Internet provider’s are few, it’s nice to find a company where customer service is a priority and effortless. I find the pricing reasonable and the quality of the service top notch giving my family and I all the quality service we need for our streaming, gaming etc.

2023-01-24 21:44:41100$ a month for 1 MB/s of download speed? Im grateful OACYS is the only provider which could reach us at the time, but the issues are too much, the past few days we have barely even had a fraction of a MB.Switching to Starlink seems like a better investment, you pay practically the same amount while getting more out of your money.

2023-01-27 20:17:37My internet has gone down two days in a row & no text or email is sent out. We rely on our internet & it would be nice if you would practice good customer service & let your customers know when there will be an interruption in service! I received a good response from this internet provider. I am changing my review to 5 stars because they have went out of there way to keep me informed of why there was an interruption in the internet service for several day. I don’t do social media so email is how I would like to be informed. Thank you OACYS Technolgy for addressing my issue & resolving my issue in a timely manner! I will certainly recommend this Company! Thank you!

2022-12-29 20:07:44Oacys has always been helpful,patient and kind with me in regards to my computer issues and my account issues. They have never been rude,and have always been professional. I reccomend them every chance that I get. They are a 5 star quality company with a small town companionship with their customers. Thankyou!!!

2022-05-20 00:26:17People have all been nice.......but nothing but problems, they cant fix my issue. Have to load web pages up to 10 plus times, speeds vary, equipment fails.....etc... Starlink is coming, cant wait to cancel this.Update: Got Starlink, easy to install and working great. No more failure to load web pages, no streaming issues, no dropped connections. Canceled my service and Oacys will not provide a refund for the remaining time that I had left on the monthly bill that I paid in advance because they said I used too much data already. Not a good business model with the other options currently available such as Starlink that has no data limits, is roughly the same price and absolutely dwarfs their service in both upload and download speeds. Im in the mountains and pushing 200mbs download and 15mbs upload.

2014-12-27 03:50:35I used these guys for several years without problems. Sadly, their limited bandwidth and charges for going beyond the limit made me leave for other wireless service providers who dont limit my use. I see they have changed their billing structure somewhat which may help. Overall, this is a good service if you can stay within their guidelines..

2015-11-27 21:32:33Just got internet service installed this morning. The Sergio the installer was polite and quick with the install. I did not have the wireless router at the time of install but Sergio explained to me what I had to do when I connected the router. After getting a router I called the help line and spoke with Martin who walked me through the router connection process. Very satisfied overall.

2019-07-26 01:48:22Service technicians are indeed friendly. Heres the issue. Its 2019! Streaming tv shows & movies is how customers are utilizing the internet. In addition to working from home on laptops & computers. What appears obvious is complete surprise when internet speeds drop to a snail pace. Even when we werent home for 5 consecutive days, our account showed data being used. Oacys provided router is inaccessible to customer. You must call their office & give them your password. So, in 2019, this company THROTTLES SPEEDS & will unflinchingly reply that too much data is being used. As much as I dislike big internet providers, if you live in Porterville, stick with Spectrum.

2017-07-12 12:45:17Had Oacys installed yesterday (Friday) and now my wireless printer wont work, and cant hook up our smart tvs. Called for help they said we should have told the technician to hook up the printer, when we were told before ordering it that they would hook up all devices. So now they want to send out a technician on Monday for the printer and charge us! We are not technicians, so were unaware that using the wireless printer would be an issue. The smart tvs say to press the wps button on the router and there isnt one so Oacys said we have to contact Directv for that issue. We are very unhappy with their technical support. We will probably have it taken out if we cant solve these issues.Update: I hooked up our printer but still couldnt fix tvs. Then had a lot of connection was interupted on our desktop. Called Oacys again. They sent out a technician and the router wasnt set up right. The signal was bouncing back and forth between wired and wireless connections. He fixed that and 1 of the tvs $160.00 more spent. Now my printer wont hook up to wireless again and I couldnt fix it and cant print. What a mess.
