Horrible customer service. when you buy, they will take care of you, but when you try to return stuff, the phone line never gets through. I tried emailing them too but no response back. I will never buy anything from them again.

I ordered tank tops from NyFifth online and they informed me that they couldnt ship to a PO Box. They shipped it to UPS store and it was rejected by UPS staff (I recommend working with FedEx over UPS as they caused major frustration). NyFifth customer service emailed back and forth with me the same evening and worked to resolve the issue and is re-shipping my package to my friends address. I highly recommend NyFifth because their customer service is excellent. Thank you NyFifth for all your great customer service!
I ordered embroidered Outback Hats. The hats were of good quality and a had large readable club logo. I would use this company again.
If you like magazines, go ahead and proceed with the survey. Otherwise, they trick you into completing the survey by stating that you will receive $100 credit upon completing it. Magazines are not a value to me these days, and I don’t appreciate being tricked into completing a survey for your company.
They have an entire selection of Jonathan Corey shirts on the website, mens womens you name it. I ordered 21 different colors, sizes and genders and get an email that says Oops, the entire line is discontinued. Take it off the site!!!!

2021-03-25 18:29:47As a surprise to my sorority sisters, I wanted to get 20 hats embroidered with special graphics for a reunion this spring. NYFifth had the particular style hat I wanted in a color that suited the graphics. Just received the order yesterday (at least a week early) and the hats exceeded my expectations. The embroidery was precise and beautiful! The only reason Im not giving a 5 star rating is because communication was difficult throughout the process. Its possible they are short staffed because of the pandemic. Overall--very pleased!

2018-11-16 17:28:46NYFifth did a great job on our project for a very competitive price. They very easily met our deadline, even after I added more items to the order after the first order was completed and received by us.The only reason I didnt give the company 5 stars is because of their policy of requiring payment in full for the entire job BEFORE it is completed. With this being my Companys first time using them, we were a little leery about this policy. Luckily it all worked out okay, but in the future, I suggest that NYFifth takes the extra steps to do a credit check (especially on a multi-million dollar corporation like ours) and extend Net 30 terms.
