NVISION is a remarkable medical company & I felt calm immediately when I walked into their office...The cleanliness was impeccable along with the friendly, courteous staff..They are very organized & willing to answer any questions, that I as a patient needed discussed without hesitation.On top of it all Dr Rowen was exceptional & now I CAN SEE WITHOUTGLASSES.... !It feels so good to not have to grab for my glasses all day long..I highly recommend NVISION for youreye care....They are the best..!

I was so happy with the entire experience, from the moment I started my free consultation until the moment I woke up with 20/20 vision the day after surgery. I could not be more pleased with my surgery. The staff was so friendly and nice. The eye exam that I got during my (free!!) consultation was the most thorough exam I have ever had. If nothing else, it was worth it for that! The office was so nice that I expected a crazy high price, but it was so much more affordable than I expected. They also give a great first responder discount, which I definitely wasn’t expecting. I only saw Dr Tooma for approx 15 min for the actual surgery, but he was so warm and friendly that I literally wanted to hug him after the surgery. (Maybe it was the Xanax?? Lol) I highly recommend this place and I am so happy that I had my eyes fixed. No regrets whatsoever.

Incredibly professional. The entire staff is very friendly. The office is really nice and clean. Surgery lasted like 3 minutes and I didn’t feel a thing. I felt very prepared with the info the staff gave more before and after surgery.

The entire experience was well-organized, streamlined and expertly explained along the way. They had wonderful customer service, kind and accommodating bedside manner and I felt the procedure was accurate to the narrated experience. The procedure was quick and everyone was thorough, ensuring my correction was the most precise measurement customized to me.

Awesome experience. I recommend getting lasik contura here. It was quick, easy, and Dr. Tooma and all of the staff here are top notch. My recovery was very quick. By the next day, I was going about life as usual. I can see even better than with contact lenses and glasses. I can see far and still read up close with no problem. I just wish I would have done this sooner! You will not be disappointed!

I had a great experience. I had gone to other places and I was told that they couldn’t help me with my vision. They have the best technology and I can’t wait for my surgery at the end of November 2019. Everyone working there were very kind and helpful.

Back on July 28th, I went in for a consultation for Lasik at the Nvision in Newport Beach. I met Apollo who was extremely helpful. He conducted all of the tests and was very knowledgeable. The office is very nice and clean and all of the staff were very friendly. I have the Lasik procedure scheduled for August 12th so stay tuned.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions with a smile. Apollo was especially helpful given the fact that I have a very high prescription and was hesitant to get Lasik. I cannot recommend them enough.

NVision to me are well trained, systematically organize. They manage time and has company procedures in place. I first reviewed their website to get an idea of the procedure and cost. After gathering other info and comparing other choices, I made the call, got the appointment I preferred and an email was sent to me right after I hang up. In this email were forms I can answer their questions ahead of time. I like that system because I read and answer on my own schedule instead of reading and filling it out in a lobby day of appointment. I met my counselor, Apollo, and my eyes were checked for candidacy. He was very nice and professional. (NVision will connect/work with your Optometrist). My counselor worked with the info I provided, then my Optometrist called me to scheduled my pre-op and post-op they have connected with NVision. My counselor gave me his direct number I can text or call. I responded to his call and text to answer and confirmed his follow-up checklist before the surgery.All of the NVision team members explained verbally, instructions were simple and clear to understand and follow. Then there is an iPad video for visual. Then there is an organized folder pamphlet.I find it convenient I had the option to buy what I need from NVision (drops and vitamins for my pre-op). NVISION also gave me a kit (sunglass, eye protection) after the surgery and in it was repeat copy sheet of the post-op instructions.My LASIK surgery with Doctor Tom Tooma at NVISION Newport Beach location was very successful. I was able to see right after the surgery and recognized my husband waiting for me at the lobby. I said Hi Honey! I was truly amaze! I remember my first word was “Wow this is so cool” with my happiness. I saw Dr Tooma smiled, a fragile hugged/handshake I walked happily. (Before the surgery I was struggling with my vision because I can hardly see. My distance was at 475 and my reading was 175).I did not feel any pain. I heard Dr. Tom Tooma voice as he kept me informed the steps he is performing and what to expect like seeing the blue light, will get dark and how much time left. I feel so bless and thankful for the work and help he can do.I then called their Corp Office after my surgery if I can buy my vitamins from them. I saw them available online (local store did not have them). However I prefer I pick up than delivered when it comes to medicines. Their Corp Office called me back with a yes because he did not want to put me on hold for too long.I will recommend NVISION and Dr. Tom Tooma to my family and friends.

Finally told my optometrist that I would commit to lasik and was referred to NVision. Not sure if insurance matter or not(I’m PPO) but the consultation was completely fee-free per the receptionist/website. Consultation was just like any other Eye exam plus a couple extra tests and will let you know if you are a candidate or not for the procedure.the procedure itself took at most 10 minutes but entire visit for the day took about 1-2 hours, my optometrist told me that the lasik scar is barely noticeable(which is a good thing!) overall i am very happy with NVision

Had cataract surgery two months ago in left eye. My vision is worst than before the surgery. I have to wear glasses to be able to see the print on any document. The surgeon claims my vision can be improved with another procedure. Really thousands of dollars spent and I cannot see

My eye surgery for cataracts was wonderfully performed by Dr Roen. The entire team is extremely talented. I did a lot of research before I chose NVision and I now know from experience that this was absolutely the right choice. If you need any cataract removal, this is definitely the place to come. Also I’m seeing perfectly now and that hasn’t happened in 70 years!

Dr Tooma has now performed LASIK surgery on myself, my brother, my son (who was able to join the Navy after the procedure) and now my youngest daughter. I would never consider going anywhere other than Dr Toomas Newport Beach office! This is top notch professionalism all the way!Kenneth Morris Temecula California.
