Excellent Product. Quality of Support is Superb. Once you learn the product it very easy to use. I like the email notification and it is very easy to modify or update your backups scripts.
I had a small but very annoying problem that I believe I was responsible for creating myself. I shut down my PC before realizing that there was a daily image backup of my C:\ drive in progress. After that every time I booted up the PC, I got an error message asking me if I wanted to overwrite the current image. I tried everything I could think of to eliminate this problem including un-installing/re-installing the program, changing the backup schedule, location & name etc. Nothing worked.I then contacted Novastor Tech Support for Help. Ben P. got back in touch with me very quickly and had me download an app that would collect info to send him the logs from the software to assist in diagnosis.He then suggested, a quick fix. Unfortunately that didnt work and we scheduled and on-line support session for the next day.During the support session, he reconfigured the Novastor software to ensure it was properly installed and working as it should. Unfortunately the error was still there after reboot, but we knew the Novastor software was working correctly and so the problem was external to Novastors program! However while checking the configuration of NSs program Ben noticed another program that he thought could be causing the problem.However since it was not NSs program, he did not want to un-install it. He suggested, I could try after the tech session ended if I wanted to. After the session ended, I uninstalled the suggested program and the error stopped.So I am very impressed with NSs tech support. Not only did they solve my problem very quickly, but they also able to determine that my problem was originating from software that was outside their area of responsibility. 2019-01-03 23:23:08NovaStor NovaBACKUP has saved me more than once. Very easy to use. I do weekly full image backups. This literally backs up the entire PC for an easy restore after a disaster like a failed hard drive. I highly recommend!

2018-10-03 22:10:29A Must Have BackupI have been using Novastor Pro PC backup for over the last 7 to 8 years and I say without a shadow of a doubt, it works completely every time and will do a crash recovery backup that works every single time. This is the best safeguard for not losing any of the data on my hard drives. I could not ask for a better software company and support people as the Novastor Support Group. Right now I could format my C: drive and boot up with my Novastor disk and put everything back as it is right now! I highly recommend Novastor.

2018-08-02 21:15:49I have been using Novastor backup software for my PC and network drive for a number of years. Of all the backup/restore software Novastor is the user friendliest that I have found. A few months ago I had to reinstall Windows 10 to my PC as a clean install which required formatting my hard drive. Luckily I had made a backup with Novastor’s Novabackup the week before. Once Windows was reinstalled a restore of my personal files was a snap. If you are looking for a user friendly robust backup software please take a moment to review Novastor’s product.

2018-06-21 00:32:16For the cost and being able to backup a Windows 10 system, it does very well. There are two things that I would like it to do. One is recover from a full backup. I am using Symantec Norton Security, which NovaStor will not recover. However using a disk image recovery of the C: drive then a specific recovery from a full backup followed by a differential backup recovery can do about the same thing. The second thing I wish that it could do is create a database of the files that have been backed up. Then the time specific file recovery could be much faster. This is not necessary to do a time based recovery, but would make it faster.

2018-08-03 15:52:00Used it for years, including tape. Now backing up a file server and 3 virtual machine (Business Essentials version). Support was very responsive when I needed them. We now do our backups to NAS and RDX cartridges.Lou
