Purchased a laptop through this seller who was selling through Walmart.com. At the time of purchasing this product, the seller (Notebook Avenue) did not have in the title that this was a refurbished product. The name of the product simply said, Lenovo Thinkpad t460 i5 6300U 2.4GHz 8G 128G SSD 14 HD W10 Pro CAM WiFi BT - laptop.Other laptops I looked for clearly state in the TITLE whether or not the product is refurbished and I believe it is misleading not to do so. Purchased the product based on the very descriptive title which told me everything else I needed to know (windows, processer, etc.) so did not read their description which isnt listed until mid-way down on the page.Got the product and you can imagine my surprise when its very clearly used and dirty. Emailed the company and received a quick - though snarky - response that they very clearly state it is refurbished in the description. Props to the group for responding so quickly...but again Ill state that it is very misleading to have all of the other details in the title but not listed the one word that makes a difference - refurbished.I bought this for a gift for someone. I would be mortified to give them a clearly used computer. It had food and dirt all under the keys, clearly had something stuck on the top of it like a sticker that was removed, lots of scuffing, and one of the USB inputs is bent.The seller has refused to grant a refund so Im stuck with it. Will clean it off and keep for a backup I guess, but very disappointed. Would not recommend this seller.

We are a returning customer now, a small AZ based high-tech start-up, not even out of the garage phase yet... and the Notebook Avenue provided us with a tough-as-nails Lenovo super-cruncher, the W530. We love it, want the next one.It came to us new, for all practical intends and purposes, I mean - no scratch on it. They really refurbish! Also, the OS came in with it, awesome. We had to switch one part to Linux for work, but kept the Windoze as well... It has been months in the lab, being connected to all sorts of weird equipment and surviving!We are happy, we are confident that if anything went sideways, Notebook Avenue stands by their good name. So, now we are back and hey, another 6 months before another one? I plan a couple of hires at some point, they could use come awesome inexpensive top quality computers...!

I was looking for a sturdy Laptop for navigation software to use on my boat. The staff at Notebook Avenue helped me select my Toughbook.It arrived and looked almost new and runs so well that I hate to leave it on the boat.

My newly bought Lenovo was having some battery issue, so spoke to Lenovo and they recommended me to this place.Since I had to go on a trip with this laptop the day after, I had to get it fixed ASAP. They were very polite and helpful, told me they will look into my laptop right away and once I drop off they will back to me with-in the next hour.(It hasn’t been an hour yet, so will continue my review once I get the call.

I just bought a second laptop from Notebook Avenue, and I couldnt be any happier with either purchase. The first one was for my wife and the second for myself. Both laptops were practically new and were in very nice condition. The best part is the customer service. The laptop I initially received did not have the correct video card, but the issue was resolved quickly and 100% professionally. In fact, they went the extra mile and when my replacement laptop was sent out with the correct video card, they also included a few other upgrades at no charge. At all times, the sales rep I worked with (Shawn) was professional, knowledgeable, and responded to all my questions quickly. Notebook Avenue was far better than dealing with even Dell when buying a new laptop. I highly recommend them.

Really uncommunicative. I bought warranty outside of the first year of warranty that came with my laptop so I ran into some problems, which is my fault and I dont blame them at all. But they were very uncommunicative about what information they needed from me so its taking a really long time to fix my laptop! I thought my laptop was in the process of getting fixed but it turns out that they needed some more information from me, so it turns out they were just uncommunicative. Had I not called I wouldve just assumed that they took a long time. Its been over a month now and I still havent gotten my laptop back. Sometimes Im hung up mid sentence during a call.The first time I went here was great actually it took about a week, but this time around I really dont feel like coming back again. Very okay service.

Went to this place of business for warranty service on my Lenovo laptop. Fixed it in less than an hour while I waited. This is not normal because they didnt have to order replacement parts. But Im a satisfied customer. They are very polite and professional.Bob

I have a Dell Laptop that is 7 years old. I called Dell for some help on the sound card. Dell told me just buy a new computer and they would not help me.I found Notebook Avenue and called, I spoke to the Technician, he told me to bring it in and he would look at it. I less than 3 hours it was fixed he also cleaned it, it looked like new.Thank You

I also had an issue with a laptop battery that I had from another retailer and Notebook Avenue helped me get a replacement the same day! would highly recommend them! Ordered a Dell latitude laptop for school and I couldnt be happier! Price was affordable compared to some brand new laptops and the laptop looks in great condition too! Barely any scratches or blemishes at all. Called Shawn who gave me very helpful customer service and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Thanks guys! They repaired my Lenovo desktop computer in a timely manner and for a fair price. They even refunded me almost half of the initial amount paid after learning a suspected repair was not needed. The technician went over the repairs and answered my questions. He even helped me troubleshoot a problem with my laptop free of charge.

I ordered a ThinkPad Yoga laptop from Victor Hernandez. The FedEx contract carrier had some personal problems with finding our house, which hasnt moved in 20 years. Either that or integrity issues in that he claimed that we were not home when we were. Regardless. Victor was on top of it, as her had taken the time to follow up on the shipping progress, knowing that we needed the unit to go with our daughter to college. Anyway we got in perfect condition, in fact it looked new our of the box. She loves it. If they still have one, Im going to get another. I wouldnt have thought that the 12 display would have served, but I believe it will be perfect for the truck.Notebook Avenue?.... yea, absolutely!

Was direct here from Lenovo to replace my failed hard drive. I also had an ASUS with the same issue. They quoted me a great price and timeframe. Nick was true to his word. Only issue I had was the battery in the ASUS was dead and would not charge. I called Nick back and he quoted me again with a great price and quick turnaround. He made my day as the ASUS was being repaired for my Mom to use and I was able to get the battery replaced in an hours time. Thank you Nick and thank you Notebook Avenue

Purchased refurbished laptop. Found a software issue after 37 days ownership. Wouldnt warranty after 30 days. They would and did wipe laptop to spec which was courteous, but it never fixed their software problem as described to them. So buyer beware. Have a 3rd party inspect when you get it. These testers are letting a lot slide through the cracks.

I am very dissatisfied with this company as I have already paid for shipping once to have our Joy Rider Self Balancing Scooter repaired (only after two months of owning it). It currently is malfunctioning and although it is still under warranty, they will not compensate shipping costs to have it repaired. I will not be purchasing anything from Notebook Avenue again.

I am a computer person - everything I do happens on my desktop computer and on the Internet. In short, my entire life, business (photography/graphic design), work and stock trading currently take place on my 3-year-old PC, and are stored in that unit and on ext. HDs.Then, during this summers smoldering heat wave, my PC suddenly died! It worked fine one night and was dead the next morning. I had just completed 90% of a project and was racing against time to meet the deadline. Long story short - my PC had suffocated from LAs air pollution. Realizing that I was now depending solely on my smart phone and home WiFi, with no cell phone signal inside my home, I was close to panicking. My friend eventually couldnt bare the sight of me being a nervous wreck anymore and offered me her ancient laptop for the time being. This saved me in many ways and I was able to meet the projects deadline.In the end, it took two whole weeks for my PC to be up and running again because one problem caused another.Thats when I realized that there was no way I was going to suffer through something like that ever again. I needed a solid and reliable backup plan. And so I began looking for a LAPTOP that would not only meet my needs, but would be within my modest budget.I searched for two months without finding what I was looking for: So I decided to keep looking in the hopes that something would turn up around Black Friday or Cyber Monday. I continued to research and compare, and finally came across Notebook Avenue, who offered a refurbished version of the laptop I was looking for. I contacted the company on Thanksgiving and received an answer from Mike that same day!! Wow, now THATs what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Mike patiently answered all of my questions and also informed me that theyd be offering an additional Holiday discount for that laptop. Needless to say, I was sold! The laptop (Lenovo T530) arrived within two days of ordering, was well-packaged and is in EXCELLENT CONDITION. Ive been testing and using it ever since and it WORKS FLAWLESSLY. A Warranty of 3 months is included - an extension to 1 year is optional. I am very happy with my new laptop and most grateful to Mike and Notebook Avenue for offering a great product at a very reasonable price. But most importantly: I now have peace of mind - and thats priceless!

I dont like saying this, but these people are not to be trusted. One of the people there, I cant remember who, kept lying to me about what my repaired laptop needed and what i could salvage from the broken laptop. I sent a dell latitude E6420 that had a broken back lighting, and I asked them to remove the processor and place it in the laptop they would send me. this employee, or manager (Indian accent) told me it wasnt possible. which i later discovered that it was. the laptop they sent me in place of the one with a broken back lighting didnt even have the speakers in the laptop. I called them, and how someone says they tested everything and somehow forget to install speakers is beyond me. the processor was even slower than the one i paid for, and he kept telling me that it was faster due to the SSD, which was an obvious expose-able lie. the next one they send me was even slower, and even though the man with the accent said they tested everything, the WI-FI card wasnt even installed! So I asked to have someone else help me and he sent me a wi-fi card. Now, this laptop CANNOT run things that are in DX9 in full-screen, even though it is an DX11 and under capable card. and things near the SSD are making screeching sounds. I tried confronting them on the issue of the screen and how it would occasionally just shut down, but the man with the Indian accent told me the warranty was expired and that they could just repair it for free. like Im going to take any more risks with him. I might as well just buy an entirely new mother board and replace it with less risk of losing valuable time and money. I dont care what their on hold message says about their service, its not worth it.
