You will not leave this dealer without a car. I can guarantee you they will work with your budget and help you find a car. Franco and Ray were very helpful in helping me find a car. I thought I was about to leave empty but I got a car I was happy with. They will do whatever they can to make sure you leave with a car you are happy with. The owner David was so charismatic and really helped me find a car within my price range.

I had a very positive purchase experience here.But now that Im bringing the car in for scheduled maintenance, I find that the service department tends to push extra repairs that are not needed. And this happens every time I bring it in.Ive had the car for about 6 months. It was a certified used Rav4 with less than 50K miles on it.Each time I come in for an oil change, I get a laundry list of recommended repairs with charges in the neighborhood of $800-$1,000.A certified used vehicle with this few miles on it should not need this many repairs already.Buyer beware.

Absolutely disrespectful staff.I took my girlfriend’s car in because a piece of the undercarriage of the car had ripped off and was dragging underneath. When I arrived, I was told the service center is closing in 20 minutes and all the techs had already left for the day. I asked for several different options, not involving same day service, so that I didn’t have to send my girlfriend to work the next day with a piece of the car dragging underneath, and they were very dismissive and said there was nothing that I could do, no loaner to lend, or anything unless I scheduled an appointment for another day. I asked when the next availability was that was not weekday and during working hours and they said they had Saturday. When I asked about Sunday, they quite literally laughed in my face and asked me “Would you want to work both Saturday and Sunday?” To which I replied, of course not, but I don’t have a lot of options here.I ended up leaving, still dragging the piece under the car.Think twice before coming to this Toyota service center. They have proven that they would rather you drive a car that’s hazardous to yourself and other people on the road than actually do something even remotely helpful.

Went in a couple weeks ago and met with a sales guy. Negotiated a deal on a brand new tundra we had contract signed and everything they told us that the bank approved the loan. 6 days later they call us saying that the bank denied the loan and tried making us go with another loan with higher interest rate and almost $10,000 more. They threatened to repo the car even though we where more than willing to return it but the “manager” said she was only giving us around 20% of my down payment back even though it was their fault for giving us a car before the bank approved it. It took us well over 5 hours of arguing to get them to agree to return us our money which they didn’t return until a week later because their finance person somehow hid the money and they “couldn’t find it”. Finance guy also ran my credit without my authorization and they have yet to fix that situation. Highly recommended you avoid this dealer and instead go to the Thousand Oaks location where I and other friends went to buy a car because they truly know how to treat customers.

Last time l went for a service, they said some Fluids were leaking, l denied the service, l checked my car for next two weeks nothing was leaking, l went to another technician, nothing was leaking, today l spoke to the one that was in charge to do the oil change ( because l had bought long time ago 5 oil changes if you are wondering why l went back… ) the guy mentioned again the leaking; l said that it was NOT true, he started yelling at me telling me that l was calling him a liar … l said you in fact did, my car has nothing, today when they gave me the technician report ….. the fluids he had said were leaking in the last oil change were perfect … how can that be? Because it was a lie! After him yelling at me he said if you don’t know there are many dealerships youCan go to …. Very disrespectful this individual so my rate is 1 because l can not rate it Lower. Costumer service is non existent.

They do this ritual when they know youre going to buy a car where they all start clapping and they have you ring a bell. This is before they even give you the out the door price. Dont ring that stupid bell until youve seen the contract, because it will be thousands more than what you bargained for. Also, dont let them sucker you into the prepaid maintenance plan. They will make it seem like it covers all maintenance, but when you get the actual contract, you will find it only covers oil changes and is a total ripoff. Theres also the Mandatory alarm system that cant be removed, and they try to pass that cost on to you at an insane markup. Horrible experience here.

WORST EVER! Do NOT recommend. They don’t care about people they only care about making money, commission and their sales! I purchased a vehicle Sunday, the car screen was glitching. The sales rep said it’s a small fix and that the car will be ready Monday. Monday comes no call, nothing. I have to call to find out the cars not ready for pick up but they reassure it’ll be ready to Tuesday! I get a text indicating that the car is ready but hours later they call to inform me it’s not! Fast forward it’s Thursday and still no car and no updates (only updates I get are when I’m calling).

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this car dealership, and I feel compelled to share my negative review.From start to finish, interactions with this dealership were frustrating and unprofessional.the finance person I dealt with was extremely seemed more interested in making a quick sale than actually understanding my needs as a customer. It was clear that their main objective was to make a sale rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. the negotiation process was a complete nightmare. The dealership was unwilling to budge on their prices, despite the fact that I had done extensive research and found similar vehicles at other dealerships for significantly lower prices. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me and my lack of knowledge about car pricing.Once I finally decided to purchase the car, the car price went 10k more than the actual price, which they couldnt give any breakdown for it. was a complete waste of my time and left me feeling frustrated and exhausted.Overall, my experience at this car dealership was extremely disappointing. the negotiation process was unfair, and the paperwork process was disorganized. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a car to steer clear of this dealership.

Yesterday I went to Northridge Toyota to get some touch up paint for my 2009 Toyota Camry. While I was there I decided just to look around the lot at the new and used cars. It just so happen that I ran into Hosssein. He explain all the different features of the cars that I was looking at. Now know I just wanted touch up paint. Well I did see a car that caught my eye and he suggested to take a test drive. I wanted to say no but I gave in and said okay. Big mistake???. I really liked the car the next thing I knew we were hammering out a deal. He was very patient and professional with me because I was so undecided and it was not my intention to buy car that day. They really cared about earning my business as a customer which I really appreciate because customer service has really gone down in recent years. You could not tell it about these two. They were both caring, and I decided and determined to say no and I walk out of the dealership and as I was driving home I turn around and went back to the dealership and bought the car that I had admired that afternoon. Yes it is a beautiful car but it was the professionalism and the caring concern and great customer service that made me go forward to purchase the car from Hossein. Appreciate David also that help finalize the deal.How do you go to a dealership to purchase some touch up paint for an old car? This is not your typical post.1# when someone calls to affirm an appointment dont sound frantic and scared.2#when someone pulls up dont allow for standing in two sitting representatives to do a standoff trying to figure out who gets the new client.3#when having somebody sit down make sure that your seating area is clean and tidy that means no damage to the furniture because a seating area that looks like a busted up diner is not going to draw people in.4#if the client tells you that they are not here to play games gives you a rough estimate and tells you that they have been through physical and mental trauma they are not looking to mess around dont mess with them.5#if someone gives you a price range theyre looking for and tells you how much the cars actually worth dont tell them that the extra effort of selling it themselves compensates thousands upon thousands of dollars being taken off the price.6#if someone calls the manager after everything that has happened and tries to solve the problem over the phone dont treat them like theyre your mother and just say okay well take care of it before theyre finished telling you how to fix it because you dont know because you havent listened to it all.In conclusion this is the short version you guys failed every aspect of sales and if you need to get in touch with me several of your management as well as lower representatives should know who I am from this post on May 27th at 10:00 a.m. I was there.

The worst car buying experience ever. After buying a $60K pre-owned BMW, I flew in from Denver to pick it up. First they refused to deliver it with full gas tank and the car had not been detailed. After some arguing, they did fill up the tank and cleaned up the inside a bit. Then I started the long drive from LA to Denver. Within 2 hours the A/C gave out. It was July, so I had to drive through the Nevada 105 degree heat without A/C. That same first evening after turning on the LED headlights, the left headlight high beam gave a malfunction and turned off the high beams for good. Long story short, I had to spend $3,500+ to replace the bad LED headlight and fix the A/C, not to mention the wasted time, stress and inconvenience. Bottom Line: Northridge Toyota does NOT stand behind the cars they sell and will weasel out of any responsibility as soon as they can. Never again.

Been in the market for a MT Supra. Spoke with several sales people from this dealership both online and over the phone. Everytime I received different prices for the car. At one point I received a quote for 70k plus for the car which was about 8k over any other quote I received from other dealerships. Have not purchased yet because these cars are not in abundance. I get a call from them again asking if I was still interested. I said yes. At this point I deleted the quotes they gave me because they were the most expensive. Thought maybe they come back with a more reasonable price. The representative had a salesman call me back and this time quoted me 80k! I asked for a breakdown of the quote and simply could not get it. I spoke with a manager and his excuse was the agent thought I wanted a Tundra! He basically then told me that these cars a hard to come by which was the reason for the extra charges. Also said if the car comes in I can come see it but their policy is you cannot test drive the car. So basically if I don’t like the way it drives I’m out of luck. Overall from start to finish this dealership experience was un professional. Even if the car becomes available I will still wait to hear back from other dealerships and will make the purchase then.

This place is awful. Pulled up for my appointment. There were maybe three other cars in the drive-up. Sat for about 5 minutes before someone came to check me in. They put a yellow cone with a Number 1 on it. And then 10 minutes went past. And then 20. And then 30. Several cars came and went with service folks coming out to greet them. But there I am, just standing by my car. Decided to give them a call and complain that I’d been here for 30 minutes sitting in their driveway and her response was, “Oh, ummm… just come in.” Tried the first door: Locked. Second door: locked (they’re all tinted pitch black so you can’t see anything but your reflection). The double doors opened. Sure enough, there they were: all the service agents either talking on the phone, with someone, or on the computer. I stood there for a bit, not a single person acknowledged me. So I walked out, slowly grabbed the cone off my car, and tossed it on the ground in full view of the pitch black windows. No one ever came out. I drove off and they had the audacity to call me two days later, leaving a voicemail, saying I was a no-show for the appointment and that I’d have to call to reschedule. Riiiiiight.

Horrible service by Heidi Buchanan. They wanted to charge me to take off the sticker they put on my car when you purchase it new. And after that tell me it might be longer for oil change bc they are at lunch. Then dont schedule me at that time. It should be a blocked out period or knowing customer is coming in that person should take lunch earlier or after. Will not go there again and will be taking this to upper management.

For the first time I visited Northridge Toyota and really upset about service and price charged. I requested oil change with synthetic oil, tire rotation and top off fluids.Result is horrible. Tire rotation has not done, washer fluids not top off but they charged tire rotation fee and even washer fluids fee.. Now I doubt whether the technician used synthetic oil or regular oil.Could you believe this issues??? I d rather recommend not to visit this dealership. They may trying to cheat you. Be careful.!!!!!

Always have had a great experience at Northridge Toyota, with both the sales team and the repair service department. Over the years we have purchased three family vehicles, a Corolla, a Prius and a Highlander, directly from their lot. The sales team is great and so is the finance department. The real cherry on top is the service department. We like getting our vehicles serviced with them. Weve done countless oil changes, break repairs, ive even had new tires installed in their shop. Noel at the front has been amazing and we always ask for Edward to personally service our cars. We heard he was the best and so we always request him. We have never had any issues and trust the Northrige Toyota crew with our cars. I also really like how accommodating they are with providing Lyfts when our cars get serviced.

Frauds. Zero stars. Sold me a Toyota Certified used Prius, that I paid over blue book value for, as they told me that it had a replaced hybrid battery.Recently, while 400 miles from home, the hybrid battery failed. The repair shop confirmed that the car had the original hybrid battery. Numerous calls to this dealership resulted in apathy and rudeness.They have been reported to Toyota of America, and my next step is a lawsuit for consumer fraud.

I was at Northridge Toyota in Dec 23. I was in the market for a new car. Told them I needed a new car before ChristmasHad my eyes on Toyota Rav Prime. Spoke with Alex and he told me they didnt have the car but they could get it from one of their sister shops. Then, he asked me to come to their office, put down a deposit for a car that was yet to arrive.He insisted that I had to be in the office. So, I went. Again, the car wasnt there. But he wanted to review my options/numbers and have me put down a deposit in person. I was there for about 3 hours. I was then told, Id hear back from them the next day and Id be able to take the car home within 2-3 days. They assured me Id get the car.The next day came and went, no calls from them. So, I called them, they said they were working on it and that Alex and my salesman were out.Ok, so I waited.Lo and behold, a few days later, I finally got an update from Alex and apparently they couldnt get the car from their sister shop. So, they wasted my time.And they had the nerve to keep calling and emailing me til January 24 to see if I was still looking. What a joke. Insisted I go their dealership and yet they couldnt deliver what they said they would do.

I took my 72 year old mother to buy a car and it turned out being the very worst car buying experience of our lives.My 72 year old mother was recently in a car accident and she totaled her car. We were excited to find a perfect used car and purchased it. On the way home from the dealership on the freeway, we discovered that transmission was failing. The transmission was very loud and making grinding noises. It was unsafe to drive.The next morning, I called our salesperson to let him know that we would be returning the car and was assured wed be taken care. We set up an appointment up to return the car and figured that things would work out. This is a Toyota dealership, not a auction house, so we thought. I was wrong.Upon arrival we spoke with our salesperson and the Sales Manager Huss. We were taken on the lot to test drive a 13 year old car with rotten rotors and sweakly breaks. Essentially, we either had to buy another bad used car from them or be forced to keep the car with the bad transmission and they could attempt to fix it. In the meantime, my mother would have no transportation. Exercising our cooling off period did not exist. Apparently, they have you sign off and waive your right to your cooling off period in the finance department on every purchase. The finance department manager did not tell offer to explain any of the documentation I signed. Very deceptive. Be sure to read everything on the IPad they hand you in finance!! They cant be trusted.Huss was unwilling to help. He was condescending and disrespectful. He said we were not protected by the lemon law despite that the car they sold us had a bad transmission. However, I did my research and since we did have an extended warranty, we were protected. At that point, I asked for his manager. Eventually, they canceled the sales contract. We took our business elsewhere. I am recovering from the last 24 hours and definitely will never return.

I have already had 2 instances of poor service.The first was whoever serviced my car left the oil filter loose causing a slow leak and fter a few days spilled alot of oil and had to remedy it myself.The second was very bad information given to me about a warranty I had with the car to the point that I wasted a whole trip going back only to be told I wasnt covered making loose time off work.Overall my experience hasnt been great here. If you dont need to bring your car here dont bother.

After my own experiences and reading through many of the reviews for this dealership, I really wish I could feel the same sentiment.For context, I’ve owned 5 Toyotas including 2 Prius’ and 3 Camrys (my current car is a 2017 Camry). I’ve been a fan of the product for a long time now and have only ever owned 2 non-Toyota vehicles in my early days of driving. These days, it can be tough to find a respectable dealer that doesn’t give you the run around and hassle of having to play games with back and forth haggling. Unfortunately, Northridge Toyota is no different.I put it in an inquiry with multiple Toyota dealers in my area for a 2024 Prius Prime SE as I’m a big fan of the refresh from last year. Towards the end of November, I got contacted by an employee from Northridge Toyota by the name of Jacob. He was very kind and courteous, and very responsive to my texts/calls. He informed me they had a few of the Prius Prime and the trim I wanted inbound. I asked him to send the paperwork on the car so I knew what I was in for. In my humble opinion, I’m one of the best types of customers: I already know EXACTLY what I want so you don’t need to sell me anything. We can simply go straight to the numbers and agree on a price. After seeing the paperwork and a “dealer advertised price” of $34,243 (under $500 of added accessories most of which I didn’t need but was fine with) I made an appt. to go in and pay the $500 reservation refundable deposit once the actual OTD price was agreed upon.As to be expected of most dealers these days, Jacob brought me the breakdown of the MSRP, taxes, accessories and fees showing me a grand total of over $48,000. I can’t even make this up. There was JUST under $9,000 of added accessories including an extended warranty and gap insurance in addition to a roughly $2300 “mark up”. When I asked about the latter the excuse was “short supply and all the dealers are doing it but ours got reduced recently.” While dealers do have every right to do so, it doesn’t make a customer feel any better. I asked for all of the added accessories (again, just under 9k) to be taken off to start. Jacob went to talk to his boss and came back with her. She then tried to convince me that she could sell the car with the added accessories to someone else if I didn’t buy it (to be fair she took off the warranty and gap insurance), which left the OTD price at approximately $42,500. This is for a BASE trim Prius Prime SE. It should not cost more than a Tesla Model 3.Since I wanted to lease the car using the $4,500 incentive Toyota was offering at the time (they wouldn’t show me leasing pricing since there wasn’t a guarantee the incentive would still be there when the car actually arrived - fair enough), I decided to reserve the car anyways in case better incentives showed up (they didn’t but the $4,500 still remains).Fast forward a few weeks later, and for the last week I’ve been trying to get them to cancel my reservation. Guess what happened instead? NOW I’m being offered a lower price (what happened to you can just sell it someone else easily?). I was courteous and asked multiple times to please cancel my reservation. This was met with resistance every time. For the record, as of the writing of this review on 12/15 at 1:30pm I STILL have not received confirmation of the cancellation of my reservation even though I asked for it. This prompted me to write my review.In today’s market where paying MSRP is more often than not unfair (I was willing to pay MSRP, not 5k over), it’s just aggravating to have to deal with this type of behavior. Everyone seems to excuse it because “that’s just how dealerships are”. In my mind, this NEEDS to evolve and change. I’m very close to buying a Tesla and going all electric for a number of reasons, but one of them definitely being no hassle or haggling. There are no hidden fees and no back and forth.I’m still a fan of Toyota’s product but this dealership’s sales department (can’t speak for the others) gets a 1 star from me.

Bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from them the cars solid works great everything. The one thing I didn’t notice which was on the windshield it was chipped and filled in horrible. Was like that before purchasing it, in my excitement I didn’t get a pre purchase inspection like I always do. Well called them brought it up to them (Mario helped me) said they get back to me and never did. So there another 600 bill I have to pay for a windshield replacement. Been 2 days and never got back to me. Aside from that was in and out in less than an hour.Called Mario said he would get back to me never did. The glass is the oem so it wasn’t replaced. Dont buy a vehicle from this Toyota Dealership unless you like no service and lots of issues because of faulty aftermarket equipment they install. The installed Karr alarm system so they could add $3000 dollars to the price of the vehicle only to drain and kill two brand new batteries. Had to take to a different dealer who removed the alarm and fixed the issue. Tried for over 4 weeks to call in and talk to Northridge Toyota who says they will call back but they dont. David sales man don’t let you test drive on freeway because you will figure out vibration and other issues on freeway over 50 miles. They remove all errors before delivery. I personally like to take my time before I review something like a vehicle purchase, because any dealership will try to make you feel as good as possible the day you go to purchase a car - it’s a given, it’s how they all operate, and it just is what it is. Where a dealership really shows if they shine is post-purchase. For better or for worse, that has a ton to do with my experience here. I genuinely love my car SO much, even though I feel like a total dunce getting taken for a ride by Toyota’s crazy, almost inhumane markups on certain vehicles right now (I bought a new 2023 RAV4 Hybrid XSE back in January 2023). These markups are truly horrendous. They honestly didn’t really try to do much for me to help make up for the markup like many other dealerships I’ve dealt with. But their facility is very nice, very well-kempt, their receptionists are fantastic, and the process of purchasing was very painless. I also traded one of my old cars in toward the new, and they were great with it and made that super easy as well. Now for the missing two stars… I brought my new car back a day after I took the roof rack bars off (couldn’t have been more than a week after I bought it) since there was a defect in one of the caps for the where the bars were mounted, and that cap flew off while driving - their service and parts departments had to look into it, and eventually told me I had to buy a complete set of caps for over $100. I went to the Van Nuys Toyota the very next day and they sold me the one cap for $15 no problem. Yikes. A few months later, I sent my closest friend to this location to look at a new Corolla, and he was borderline harassed by the salesperson he spoke with, and others, because he said no when a price was too high for him. These salespeople need to remember that we are not made of money, we are human beings and should not be treated like a faceless sack of money. I was embarrassed that I referred him and likely won’t to anyone else due to this. Anyway, this is a very long review, and whereas generally, my experience has been *fine* post-purchase, and again I LOVE my car, and most employees there are simply wonderful, just certain things make me wish I had gone elsewhere. I would give a 3.5 star rating if it were available. I appreciate all who are doing good things for people there, but as a whole, there’s just something off.

This dealership has been rebuilt in the past year or two with a new modern facility. It is a major improvement from their old outdated facility. The new facility features a open waiting area with free wifi and expresso machines, a large parts showroom, and an indoor showroom.I had my car serviced here a few times and so far the service has been great. I am usually in and out of the dealership within 15 minutes with an appointment. During the service check-in, the service advisor takes pictures of your vehicle to ensure that your vehicle is in the same condition as when you dropped it off.The dealership now uses Uber/Lyft to drop off and pickup their customers which is paid by the dealership. This makes it very convenient for customers since you no longer have to carpool in one shuttle to get dropped off or picked up.The only downside of having your car serviced here is that they no longer wash your car as part of their service. I think having a clean car after bringing in it for service, gives the customer a better dealership experience.

I am looking for a sienna for my family. Sales rep called and told me the exact car I want is coming in few weeks from now. Apparently there is a shortage and the car needs to be reserved while it’s in transit. I was excited and told her I would give them a deposit over the phone. She transferred me Levent Tezer so I can pay. He told me there is a SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLAR MARKUP for the sienna!!!! When I asked what it is he said there are 2 fees. One is paint protection and what sounded like lowjack I told him I’m not interested in those and he said they come installed on the car. That’s a lie those are dealer installed!!! When I explained i opted out of it with all my other new car purchases he said “that’s good, good for you” I get there is a markup but to lie and treat me like I don’t know what I’m talking about is truly insulting. Some consumers are informed not everyone will pay their 7K mark up without questioning it. He was condescending and rude. He could have just said we won’t sell the car without it. Toyota was very accommodating with me, having to reschedule my car service appointment numerous times due to a busy work and family schedule in May. And today, when I went in, and conveyed that I was having a bit of a headache and migraine and didn’t wish to wait in the lounge where the music played a little bit loudly, they provided me with a complimentary Uber to and from, my home. I was so grateful to be able to relax at home while my car was being worked on. The new manager of my customer account who I’m working with, Joe Medina is also great to work with. Make sure you check your car prior to leaving after your service was done. Northridge Toyota’s service technicians are extremely lacking when it come to completion of their tasks. Techs forget to tighten bolts on wheels, skid plates, oil drain covers, etc. The last three times I’ve serviced my Toyota at Northridge Toyota I’ve had problems with them leaving bolts out or not torquing lug nuts. One time my wheel fell off after having Northridge Toyota rotate my tires…. Save yourself the headache and look for another dealership to serve you.

I got a premium service package as part of my deal with Alex A. According to his manager, he inputted the wrong service plan for my vehicle.So when I came into my car serviced, the service department only sees that I have the basic package. Fairly confused, I reviewed the paperwork and shows something is wrong.I was ping ponging between Alex A, Tim from the service department, and Mike (Alex’s manager) trying to this resolved all day. I would not recommend their service center. Their service center lacks communication and wastes people’s time. I had an issue with our suv that was created by a recommended shop Toyota northridge referred me, they ended up braking the clips on a the seat panel. The representative wasted our time five times on just going back and forth until it was resolved. It came down to wasting time without doing anything 3 times made us wait 2 hours before stating parts needed to be ordered or nothing got done. Their service members are lazy, I approached two reps for assistance on findings the original person that was assisting me only to be told to wait or possibly went on lunch without checking. I also witnessed another customer given her keys and told to go outside and ask another person for her car only to be redirected twice before getting her car, which could have been resolved if the rep would of called for her car to be brought to the front or shown. Northridge service center is filled with lazy and arrogant reps that don’t care for the clients. Avoid if you can.

My boyfriend bought a brand new 2022Corolla last year with a full service package costing him a small fortune per month.Someone reversed into the bumper recently so we asked if they wouldnt mind pushing the dent out as part of a routine service. No body work necessary, we knew it wouldnt look like new, just a simple fix.The kind of thing you see online using hot water and a plunger. They refused, No we dont do that here. They said. But what about when you have used cars with basic cosmetic issues that you want ironed out? l asked. We were told thats a totally different department. So which is it? We dont do that or its different department.So if a car I wanted to buy had a cosmetic issue you wouldnt fix it before I bought itcos its a different department? No, of course theyd fix it cos they want your money. Clearly however, Once you spend your money they no longer care. So the moral of the story? Dont spend your cash here, because the simplest asks are too much. Its time to find a new dealership, one thats gonna go above and beyond rather than do the bare minimum. Four years ago I left this five star review from my purchase experience when I bought my moms new Camry.Unfortunately, four years later when I returned to purchase my dad a new Corolla Cross ($34K) car I am not able to leave another five star, but a two star review.The sales and people at Northridge were great. Thats the reason for at least two stars and not one star.However, Toyota as a company and the bodyshop they use is the problem. You see the brand new $34k car I purchased had a big uneven gap in the trunk door frame and the car body it comes in contact with. The sales associate also noticed how bad it was when it was pointed out by my husband. Unfortunately, it wasnt noticed until after the sale was complete and my husband (who pays attention to detail) noticed it when he came to the dealership AFTER the transaction was complete. Northridge Toyota had me come back the next day to drop off the car and sent me home with an Uber (which I appreciated).The problem isnt that it had an uneven gap, the problem is after another day of waiting and finally making arrangements to get there when they said the car is fixed and ready for pick up, there was ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGE!! What a waste of my time, my familys time that helped with pick up, drop off, babysitting the kids for us during the back and forth!!! If they couldnt get it fixed, I wouldve rather been told they cannot do anything about it. Been a loyal Toyota family for over 30 years and I am afraid they may have lost a loyal customer. :(

I purchased a new car here which I absolutely LOVE. The people were also courteous and helpful. Kam was the first person I spoke with and he was invested in finding the car that I wanted. I also worked with Austin and Jasmine. Jasmine was very knowledgeable about my cars features and pointed out specific differences between the LE vs the XLE. For example, the XLE has features such as leather seats and a sunroof which the LE does not. Austin listened to me and he was able to help me negotiate the price to a number that was fair and reasonable. Once we came to an understanding, he spoke to the BIG BOSS (MIKE), who actually came out of his office to shake my hand and congratulate me on the purchase. Thankfully, all of the people I worked with treated me respectfully and catered to me. They even arranged for a Lyft to pick me up. I am looking forward to going back to Northridge Toyota.

The on-line service reservation system let me pick a time but would only confirm an earlier time. When I arrived at the time I tried to select, the service intake person told me, undoubtedly correctly from their system, that my appointment was for the earlier time. He just told me to pull forward but then did not come back while taking others who came after a while and pulled in line behind me. Finally, I called to him and asked if I should come back. He left and came back with a piece of paper on which hed written the service phone number and hours, and recited the hours they were open. I thanked him, told him I had that information and left. He could have just said earlier when I came in, Im sorry you had trouble with the reservation system, but we had you down for an earlier appointment. If you would like to wait, we can try to fit you in but it may take [x amount of time], or you can call for another appointment. Would you like the number to call? That would still have been good service. But telling me my appointment was earlier and then essentially ignoring me makes me think I should switch to another dealer even though I have bought two cars from this dealer and have come here for service for many years.Update:I was never offered an Uber, not given a choice to wait, nor any assistance rescheduling. I was only given a piece of paper with the hours and service number to call to reschedule on my own.

RAV 4 hybrid models being high in demand, it was hard to find a good deal. After reaching out to almost all the dealerships in Los Angeles. Harrison, Jasmine, and Haz were able to provide the best deal and service. Within a week of meeting them we could drive home our RAV 4 hybrid woodland edition.Harrison and Jasmine had an admirable quality of empathizing with our preference as a first time car buyer. We had an appointment with Jeimy to look at a Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid after a few days of back and forth conversation which included sending pictures of trade-in. We were appalled with their practice. For the Cross Hybrid they are marking prices up $7500 from MSRP “because we can, this is our first one and there are no cars”. Yikes. On top of this markup, they added a lot of fees. So for a car with an MSRP of $32, 000 they wanted $54,000. Save your money and time and look elsewhere.

I called theand they haven’t done a thing about it.If you are buying out your leased vehicle - BEWARE of price gauging. They tried to charge us $2,250 for an inspection fee. We were only able to talk them down to $1,000, which is still absolutely ridiculous, especially considering you get a free inspection with oil change at most places.Particularly disconcerting, is that they hide this fee in the price of vehicle and don’t break it out clearly. Never have I had a more frustrating or unprofessional experience with a sales department. I put down a deposit for a Highlander Hybrid XLE several months ago. Spoke to Mario and sales manager Randolph and each time different story. Can’t remember which car I was even interested in or when it might deliver. Finally asked for something in writing saying where I was in the cue and told they would send right away. Now I’ve called maybe 5 times following up and nobody responds or calls back. Example, I had a pin hole in one of my tires, which is something repaired for free at many places like American Tire Depot or Costco… they tried to charge me $40!!! I just drove my car to an American Tire that did it for free for me… they also tried to charge me $70 to change my cabin filter… something you can get from any outside mechanic for $30…Overall, they have proven they are just trying to price gouge their customers and then asked me to review the service I got… so here it is! Cant get simple things right.Toyota told my wife her car was out of spec for alignment (without any proof and the car drove perfectly straight) but she took it in and had them perform the alignment anyway to be safe($140). After getting an alignment our car pulled to the right. We brought it back and told them it might be due to them rotating a newer tire with a little more tread to the front right (previously on the right rear) and if the alignment is in spec to put it in the back. Well the FOREMAN rotated it to the left front and said it was all good. Stating drives straight on most roads. After picking it up the car now pulls to the left. No alignment print out either. Im a 17 year master automotive technician and know that tread should be even on the drive wheels (front). I explained that to the service writer but she kept talking about how a newer tire should be on the front ( why?) But clearly the best at Toyota cant get this simple thing right for us. Even after me specifically telling them to put that tire in the rear if alignment checked out. Glad my wife has a great mechanic in her back pocket! 😅Guess Ill just have to do it myself! Came to the service department to take a look at 2 issues. I waited a day. The service manager finally gave me back my car and said the tech updated software to fix it. I started to drive home, when I saw that the issue was not fixed for one. Second thing. The tech left his USB stick in my car. Seems did not bother to pay attention to what I said.Discovered that when came back with statement no problem AC blows cold and hot air.That was not the concern I had. After 3rd time I state WHEN both batteries are fully charged then it should not occur based on what you have said, did I get what you said correctly? And would start over with if battery is low AC would behave this way. Never said yes or no. I did get a nice printed paper of the tire pressure, likely need to change a filter next service. I gotta say, your parts desk guy (ANDRE) is TOP TIER when it comes to chasing down hard to find items and part numbers. Northridge is one of the few (and I mean FEW) dealers in all of Socal that has a parts guy who is better than Google.If youre a real Toyota enthusiast, going to the dealership usually means accepting defeat but I never feel ashamed to come here and ask for help. Ive been coming here for years for those odd impossible parts buried in the service manual. Andre will flip the screen around and point to the piece you need before you even finish your sentence. Amazing.

Ive used several dealerships during my time owning my Toyota Tacoma and this dealership by far has treated me the best. Their service department really does take care of the customers and thats why I keep coming back to them. Ive had other dealerships try to pull some fast tricks on me, the problem for them is theyre not aware of my mechanical background so I know when its bs. Northridge Toyota though has been straightforward and honest about everything and Im glad to work with them when its time to have my transmission or other items I cant do at home serviced. The staff is also polite and courteous, the wait times are generally short too. I definitely recommend them for quality of service and trustworthiness.

Great experience here. Shawn helped me out and was able to work with my busy schedule while working out the best deal for me. I’m 100 percent pleased with the service. I bought a 2019 Corolla and I’m super happy with my purchase. If you need someone to work with you and not be too pushy but show you all your options and help you make the best decision, Shawn in the best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The whole staff was very friendly and I didn’t feel overwhelmed like I had at other dealers in the past.

I went to this Toyota dealer around the ending of May looking for a Toyota Tacoma and the best customer service anyone can ask for. Was fooled by (Neema Talari) salesman after seeing several trucks that did not interest me, as he ran my credit and told me I had a adequate credit score and I approved to order a new Toyota Tacoma the way I wanted and would arrive by the ending of June. Just to be called 2 weeks after ordering the vehicle that I would not be able purchase my vehicle anymore after my credit was ran the same day we sat down to order the truck. They will waste your time and dont care if you dont purchase anything after hurting your credit. (Rudolph) sales manager never returned my call. Worst customer service i have ever experienced!!!

I brought my car in for an oil change and was told it needed the engine air filter replaced. They quoted me $55 to replace it. I was told the part was roughly $20 and the rest was labor. I’m not a mechanic, but replacing an air filter has typically been fast and painless and certainly not worth $30-35 in labor. I declined the service but called back for an understanding of the cost and the assistant service manager explained that they charge .3 hours of labor at $135 or $145 per hour to replace the engine air filter. That would calculate to 18 minutes. He said that they price all labor from a table and don’t have the ability to charge differently. The amount they charge is unreasonable in my opinion. I bought a genuine Toyota air filter for less than $19. From the time I went into my garage, replaced the filter and returned to the kitchen it was less than 4 minutes. Northridge Toyota’s service department needs to charge more reasonable fees. They have lost this customer.

First time doing maintenance with this Toyota dealer. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I was greeted with a smile by every employee which is impressive for 7:30am lol Daphne is fantastic! She made me feel welcomed and went over everything with me! I got a follow up call and text about my service while it was happening. They provided Ubers for me to and from work. And the work was done when they said it was going to be done. Inside is clean and neat, I was able to pick up a drink a snack for breakfast. Overall Northridge Toyota is definitely my dealer of choice!

She was patient, thorough, and friendly throughout, and worked with us to get the car equipped just the way we wanted it, and then she made me an offer that I couldnt refuse. I sold them my car after I bought a new one with another dealership. They told me the check would be ready in the next few days and me coming back the following Saturday (it was a Monday) I could just pick up the check and leave. I came in that Saturday and they made me wait just to tell me that the check wasn’t ready but I could come in the next Monday (two days later) I was unavailable and now I’m here (the next Monday) and there is still no check to be seen. I’ve been waiting another 20 minutes and they are all scrambling and I still don’t think they have the check. I’ve called in asking about it and no calls back. Then they just told me they sent it the day before so I was waiting for no reason. Do not recommend selling your car to this dealership.

Our car buying experience here at this Toyota almost deserved one star. I came in with my sister a few days ago to help her buy the car, and was first helped by the sales agent Victor Gonzalez. He was very rude and very impatient since we walked in, and he seemed to look down on my sister due to her language barrier. He was also rushing us, and when I asked why we were being rushed, he answered, His Time is Money. As a military veteran and previous car buyer for many times, I have never been disrespected like this by a sales agent at any dealership. We almost walked out of the dealership for all the disrespect towards us, but luckily, we were helped by another agent Mark who was extremely patient and helpful. He helped us complete the car purchase from beginning to end, and even redid another detailing for a small stain in the car. Mark deserves 5 stars for the experience, but Victor should not be working here or any other sales department due to his rudeness.

I am a Toyota customer however I wouldnt want to take my car at this particular dealership for anything nor would I want to purchase from them . The dealership itself is inconsiderate to its neighbors. And how can you expect them to be fair and considerate to their customers then? I have called them about blasting their music before. At times they have left the music running overnight too. I live right across from them and my apartment faces the building. I work from home and cannot open my windows and after all the windows closed the people in my meetings can hear the music. If I close all doors and go in my bathroom the music still travels through the exhaust vent and can be heard. I spoke with the management at the dealership and was assured that after 4th of July it will not be a problem. Yet it still continues.

Did not have an appointment but the Toyota team got me right in . Katy the service advisor was absolutely awesome and on top of things. I could tell right away she was a “go to person”. After the inspection a nail was found in one of the tires and thankfully they had it in stock. The whole thing took about 2 hours and they provided transportation to and from my office. Again, I can’t say enough about Katy. She’s a winner and deserves a raise!

I usually come here for oil maintenance and any other services for the last 5yrs. Today I had a terrible experience. My appointment was at 7:30am and I was punctual. There were 5 cars ahead of me and 4-5 cars came after me with 3 lanes of cars waiting. The several cars that came after me were attended before me and I was made to wait with no explanation. I felt discriminated against me. If you can give an explanation why it happened, you can check the cameras in the service driveway. They quoted me to change the car battery at $200, I just think its too expensive and not a competitive price. If you can please get back to me why I was not helped promptly I would appreciate it. I would think twice before coming to this dealership.

While waiting for my car that was brought in for a 10:45 appointment, I called just before noon and informed that all technicians go to lunch from 12-1 pm so my car wouldn’t be ready until around 1:20. It’s absurd that all technicians go to lunch at the same time rather than staggering it so that they always have people working. It caused a one hour unnecessary delay. I will definitely use a different dealership the next time my car needs service.

Stay away from this dealership. Would not recommend buying a car from here and would highly recommend looking else where. Had a bottom line price that they said they couldn’t get originally to but after back and forth negotiating for hours they finally said they were willing to do it. I asked why you couldn’t just meet me at my price originally and be straight up with me but they couldn’t give me a straight answer. Wasted my time and afternoon for nothing. The salesman kept pressuring me into financing through them at Toyota when I had told them from the beginning I was already pre approved with my bank and they kept asking me over and over again. Anyone thinking of buying a car from this dealership should exercise caution if your time is valuable and you don’t want to get the run around. Plenty of other better dealerships out there that won’t waste your time and will just be straight up with you then going through the whole run around like I did here. I really liked the car they had but just the management was very unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars that would be the appropriate rating for this dealership.

I always go to Tim Valdivia as service advisor and he told me a couple of months ago I was getting close to needing new tires and that Toyota has a special in October so that was the main reason for my visit today. I would just like to start off, by saying Alex Ash is a great sales person who was the only one who helped me get the help I needed.However, I bought a used-vehicle 2017 Honda Accord back in September and just the other day, I had an engine malfunction on the freeway. Although I was in a frantic state, I called the Northridge Toyota dealership in a professional but punctual tone to see if this was covered under my warranty. The Finance Manager, didn’t even have my name and my address on record to locate my profile. They made me feel like a family member. I cant believe how quickly and how much trust I had in him, right off the bat.They listened to me and within a few days found the perfect new truck with everything I wanted and more. DO NOT GET THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY!!! They will try to convince you in many ways to buy it, but it is not worth it. There was something wrong with my mile range reader and fuel gauge (they were off). I noticed it and reported the issue when it was under manufacturers warranty. The tech checked it out and found nothing wrong with it. Fast forward to today, the problem is more visible, I called the service department and they said that now I have to pay a deductible + a diagnostic fee. The reason why? Because when it was under manufacturers warranty, their tech was NOT ABLE TO MATCH MY CONCERN.
