I’ve been going here for more than 11 years. I’ve brought four cars. Whenever I get a quote somewhere else this place does me a solid and always beats it. Not only that their work is top-notch. They will not screw you over. For instance the one time we didn’t use them, my daughter went to Firestone just to get an oil change, they tried to upsell her for $500 brakes for each front and rear (for a tiny little car). Thank God, I know how much brakes cost and Tire pros came through for literally half that. I’ve used them for major and minor work as well as tires. They are reasonable and trustworthy and everything you need in a mechanic. I cannot recommend them any higher. Love this place will go here forever :-).

Northridge Tire Pros have been my go-to tire guys for at least a decade. For reasons unknown to me, I am too frequently suffering flat tires, some coming when the car is no more than 2 months old. The tire pros have been honest, done excellent work and completed the work on time every time. You cant ask for more.

First time here and it was a great experience. I initially had an alignment done by Andys Alignment (Glendale) and something about it never felt right.From my other reviews I clearly state that I work on all my cars, and will only use a shop when I dont have the tool (alignment rack, etc.) I decided to set the steering angle, and make some rear camber adjustments on my 2021 Tesla Model 3.HECTOR did an amazing job, considering Im very OCD with numbers and will even watch. He had NO issues at all with me being there as he aligned the Tesla. I asked for 0 Toe, and to even out the camber on both sides, and he absolutely nailed it.My biggest issue with alignment shops is they dont take care in mounting the equipment on expensive wheels, so I asked can you do this without scratching or marking high end wheels? (Volks, Advans, Workmeister, CCWs, etc). He goes out of his way to tape off the sections of the rim!The car drives as straight as an arrow, the job and overall experience was so good I felt inclined to give him a TIP- so please do so as well!

Came in for a simple tire patch. Quoted $25, paid $25. Job was done in about an hour. Plenty of seating to wait around. Friendly enough office staff.Only odd thing was the amount of info they need to get a simple job done. They asked for name, home address, email, phone, etc. It’s not customary, but I’m sure they have some reason for it.

This is a great shop. I brought my new SUV in to have a set of Firestone Coil-Rite airbags installed in the rear suspension so I could tow without sag. They gave me a fair quote to install these, performed the work flawlessly and had a professional and friendly attitude. Highly recommend their work.

This is an Automotive Complex! I went to Venils Garage and found the proprietor there to knowledgeable, honest & fair! And this is one of the ONLY mechanics willing to work on my SmartCar (most refer me to the EXPENSIVE dealership)! While I hate getting flat tires, I love coming to Northridge Tire Pros. Ive lived in Reseda for almost a decade, and Ive had numerous flat tires (thanks construction crews on Reseda Blvd!).Anyway, the folks here at Northridge Tire Pros are more than happy to quickly patch up my tires. And by quick, I mean last time I was in and out in less than an hour.

Stopped by for a price on new tires, Roy helped me and provided me with amazing knowledge and advice along with a good price for new tires. Even fixed my a nail in my tire while I planned the next visit for the new tires. Great customer service, highly recommended. Left me on hold for 15min before I hung up. The waiting room had one customer and 5 people standing around talking. I know this because I was in the car in the front, due to injury I didn’t want to walk if I didn’t have to. Not that my little $750 that I was going to spend will hurt them but I’d much rather pay someone who has enough work ethic to answer the phone.

Great experience! Roy worked on completely replacing the brake system on the trailer for my boat including the tires, bearings, etc. The guy is honest, friendly, and most importantly - he stands behind his work. Roy has high expectations of his staff, from the work being donec to how the treat their customers and how the keep the work place presentable. I have been going to Northridge Tire Pros for over 10 yrs and I would not go anywhere else. I have 8 work trucks and they have serviced each and everyone of them. I used to go to the Dealership in which I was getting ripped off. When I started bringing them to Northridge Tires they were honest and only had me do the work that was needed to get my work trucks back on the road. There price is very reasonable sometimes almost 1/2 of what the dealership wanted to charge me. Everyone of there staff members is honest and through at the work that needed to be done. I came here at the peak of a very hard and stressful day. The flat tire was just icing on the cake, so when I walked in at 5:35 and they took a look even though they were closed, I was beyond grateful! It turned out to be a quick fix, and then, to top it off, Roy did not charge me for the repair! I have been bringing all my cars here for about 3 years. Oil change price is the best around, great, fast service. Kenny & front staff go out of their way to give the best price possible. Bernard has even arranged to drop me off and pick me up when Ive needed it. I can just give the lovely kerri in the front office a call if Im running late to work and let her know what my car needs and she has my receipt printed when I arrive. I brought my Honda Pilot to Honda dealer and they told me I needed brakes front and rear. I then brought my car to Northridge Tire Pros telling them to do brakes and rotors. I got a call from them 1 hour after I brought my car in and they said my brakes still have 80% left and do not need to spend the $300.00 to do all brakes. They saved me alot of money. I normally go to my Tire pros in Burbank (Which is much better) but I had an emergency problem and could not get there. They took forever. They Did fixed my car however. But damaged other parts of my car because the guy who was told to fix and easy thing that I was gonna do. Didnt know how to do it. After damaging my car I told him how to take it off. And showed him. 😣. Why cant they ask if they dont know how to do something small and not damage your car trying to get it off.

Awesome job northridge tire pros! i wish i came to these guys years ago, i would have saved money and headache. i came in today after recently having a nightmare at a nearby tire store that snapped off a wheel stud and ended up putting on a different sized nut on and now everywhere i go i have to worry about my nuts getting mixed up and crossthreading other studds. i came in to find a bunch of people running around helping different customers and was worried with all the customers waiting for their car that i would have to wait to be seen but i was told that my car could be started on right away. after explaining the different nut size that i have kenny told me he knew exactly what had happened and told the guy working on my car what to look out for and not to mix up my nuts and that one nut was different then all the others. they found a bad patch that the old guys did and replaced it and had the car ready to drive after 10 min with all the tires air topped off. the guy working on my car was extremely nice and very clean. the entire shop is clean and everyone there seems to be happy. the waiting room was nice but i didnt wait inside because by the time i walked in it was already done. the price is the best part! this place has the best prices in LA! and the job for to fix what the others tire store messed up was the cheapest quote i got, and honestly based on how competent kenny sounded expailning to me how the job would get done i have full faith that they know their stuff. all in all you cant go wrong here, i should have been coming here a long time ago and will be telling all my friends and family about them.
