I have bought about 2 dozen Macbooks from David at Northbay in the last two years for my company. All have been in excellent condition without any issues. Maybe it is because I always buy A grade or B+ grade (worth the extra money). Exceptional service during the few times we needed it. Highly recommended.

The manager and seller is arrogant, bad character, selfish. Shipped the wrong item but not confessed as the mistake. Easy to get angry and doing their business is like playing the game....they did n do whatever they want without respected to the buyer who as the king.Never deal again. Beware off!!

These guys have been great over the past 15 years that Ive worked with them. Unfortunately, it seems that they are no longer in business since Ive called them for the past month on a weekly basis (Ben Kim specifically) and have had no response. Terrible that they are gone! This company is closed.
