Our 10 (or so) year old hot water heater decided to finally start leaking. I called Plamen first based on his reviews here on Yelp! (fully expecting an afternoon of calling around looking for a price that made sense) - he answered immediately and was available to replace our water heater 5pm that day!He came on time, wore a mask, brought everything he needed.We had a new 40 gal hot water heater installed and a new metal platform + drip pan. This only took him about an hour and a half. Very impressed.Unfortunately our house water was gassy for the next two weeks, but Plamen didnt leave us hanging. He checked in via text every couple days, and came back twice to install/change equipment to resolve the issue.Its now been a week since his last visit and we couldnt be happier.Will recommend Plamen to everyone in my neighborhood.Thanks Plamen!

Plamen was able to replace my 50gal water heater the same day I called to get a quote. I sent him photos, and he sent me an estimate for both tank and tankless (per my request). After discussing with him and doing more reading, I realized the tank was the best fit for my household. He didnt try to upsell me, which I appreciate. He was prompt, professional, and explained everything to me. I would recommend him for your water heater needs. I will definitely use him again, but I hope I wont need to for quite some time! :)

7/8/2020. Second water heater installation. Contacted Plamen by 7:30AM, he was at my house by 9:30AM with a new 50 gallon, propane water heater. Plamen honored a quote from 15 months ago even though he had to re-pipe the recirculating pump and install a new drain pan. All work was professionally done with no extras. Seriously, if you use anyone else for a new water heater, you are crazy.Called at 1PM on a Thursday, 4/11/19 to replace a propane 40 gallon shorty water heater that was leaking. Plamen was at my house at 8:30AM Friday and was done by 9:30AM. He installed new straps, pan, and even drilled a hole through the wall for the drip pan overflow so that we dont get water in the house again. All for $1499. No extras. Plus he replaced a 40 gallon water heater with a 50 gallon water heater. Competitors wanted a week to get the special shorty water heater and $2,200. Highly recommend Water Heater Online.

Plamen and his son were able to replace our old noisy water heater the same day I called. They were very professional and got to work right away. Took them only a hour and a half! Couldn’t be more pleased with the service. All for a reasonable price. Go see them if you need service!

We had a leak at our hot water heater that was 11 years old and need it replaced fast. We call NC Water Heater Services in the morning and Plamen was at our house in early afternoon as promised. After he quoted a reasonable price. He inspected the hot water heater and plumbing and told me the leak was from the pipe from the not water heater to the house and not the heater itself. I authorized him the replace the copper pipe. Leak stopped.He ask me if I still wanted the hot water heater replaced. I told him no I will wait until it actually starts leaking.Price for the new copper pipe and labor, very reasonable.Without saying, when I need a new hot water heater, I will call Plamen Braykov, an honest plumber.

Called on a Sunday when leak was detected and we spoke and Plamen was there at 9 Monday morning. He removed the under warranty water Heater, we went to Home Depot for return and he gave solid advice on best replacement model. Returned home and install was complete by late morning. Very thorough and skillful install. Even noticed a rebuild kit I had obtained for for the pressure regulator and volunteered to install. Turned out psi was over 120psi so it was very helpful. Fair price and excellent install. Can recommend without reservation.

Plamen responded quickly to our Yelp quote request with an exact price. We contacted him on a Tuesday evening and we got an appointment first thing the next morning. Great and fast communication! He moved our hot water heater to the right and strapped it to the back wall instead of the side. He was respectful, wore a mask, and worked very efficiently! Dont hesitate to use Plamen!!

We discovered we had no hot water and a leaking water heater after 9pm, and was a bit concerned about getting anyone here this close to thanksgiving. With a little research I sent requests for quotes and to my surprise had a response that night. He asked all the right questions and I felt comfortable his quote would be correct. They were able to come out the very next day and quickly replaced our hot water heater. Plamen kept in touch throughout the day to let me know exactly when to expect them, worked quickly and efficiently, and you cant even tell they were here. I wouldnt hesitate to hire them again. Im one happy customer.
