The sales team - headed by Ryan Burton - could not have been more efficient or accommodating. They listened to my specifications and showed me two ideal vehicles. They fairly valued my trade-in car. I then chose my financing terms, and left with the perfect car for me. Jose Chavez was very supportive the next day when I questioned a finance line item and he fixed it immediately. I was very pleasantly surprised by both the sales experience and my new car. I 100% recommend North Bay Nissan for a car purchase!

You have to give one star, otherwise it would be zero.Dont go to NORTH BAY NISSAN if you pay attention, read contracts, take precautions, ask questions, consider yourself an intelligent consumer, and enjoy being treated with a modicum of respect when parting with a huge chunk of your hard-earned money, It will not go well for you.In our quest to get my wife a used Chrysler Pacifica, we found one at NBN and the price was decent and they werent forcing us to add a bunch of after-market dealer add-ons (the one positive thing in their favor). Then they found out we werent financing, and suddenly things changed.BOTTOM LINE: The folks at NORTH BAY NISSAN -- Jasper (salesperson), Dave, and Cesar (managers) and Assis (finance manager) pressured us repeatedly, lied to us, tried to trick us into signing inaccurate documents, misrepresented the car as Certified and having been through inspection and detailing (it hadnt), grumbled about us getting our mechanic to look it over (a legal right), unapologetically did not honor promises about pick up date, failed to call with updates, and treated my wife disrespectfully. We finally got the car nine full days after she paid for it. They did, with us making constant trips to the dealership to ask for updates, make the repairs.It should have been a really exciting and wonderful occasion for us -- my wife getting the car of her dreams. But we were merely relieved that the trauma had ended. Even though we got the car we wanted at a decent price - the treatment we got made it the worst car-buying experience either of us has ever experienced.There is good reason to believe the 96 (and counting) one-star reviews on YELP.Read at least some of them.

I wanted a particular car if possible color. I called them and Ace answered. Also had a possible trade in. The car I wanted was not there, but Ace made sure it was by the time we got there. He has me send pix and info on the trade in so they could start looking it up. Did a test drive and continued with the purchase They gave a fair price for the trade in, and Ace made sure the contract was correct as I wanted it per options. When I wanted to check out other cars, just in case... he was on it and walked all over with me. NO pushing. NO attempts to switch or otherwise influence. He explained all aspects of the purchase and made sure I went over the car and could safely drive it and all was in working order.When he said he was going to call back he did. On time. Every time. The finance guy was friendly as well, positive and had all the papers laid out, described each one and we got it done. I didnt want an extended warranty and they did NOT argue or pressure at all. Accepted my decision and moved on pleasantly.

I had the most relaxed & no hassle experience!!! Erika C was top notch! She knew from the get go what I needed,handled all my paperwork & questions with ease! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience & felt that this team of wonderful people really did have my best interests at heart. I did not feel anxious at all! about understanding my contract & all the technicalities that come with buying a brand new car!! Such a great team. I had the opportunity to work with Corey the Manager down there. He was super helpful on helping me get a truck. I also got the privilege to work with Juan the salesperson and Jose in Finance! All three of these guys were amazing! If you need some new wheels this should be your first stop!

Went in looking at the Nissan Kicks. The sales liaison Leroy Green approached and was very helpful. Told him I seen a Scarlett Red one online. He went and grabbed it saying Lets take her for a spin. I was in the still looking mood but did take out a Grey one (had better interior and more welcoming dealer tags.) However just didnt feel right. Been driving a 2008 Nissan Sentra so took a look at the 2024 Electric blue one and fell in love. The SR trim is beautiful and this vehicle was just to comfortable and my style. I took my time this day and Leroy was right there for me hes an awesome guy to just sit and chat with and I hope to see him around sometime.

I took my Rogue in for a lube-oil-filter change expecting the brakes would need to be serviced sometime soon. Today was that day. The service manager arranged the work on my car around others in the shop that minimized my wait. Well done!

Adrian went above and beyond to make my first car buying experience a positive one. We went back and forth for several days about a Mazda CX-5 that was on their partner dealership’s lot, and Adrian was extremely responsive, honest, friendly, and professional throughout. He went out of his way to keep the car within my budget and was patient with my many questions, concerns, and requests. He even picked up the car from South SF himself, free of charge. I never felt pressured into anything and appreciated how open and transparent he was. After a few bad dealership experiences, North Bay Nissan made the buying process feel far less overwhelming and I couldn’t be happier with my car! Finance Manager José was awesome as well. Made the paperwork process fast and easy. Highly recommend North Bay Nissan. Ask for Adrian!

Customer service was excellent. I was early on my appointment. But they still fit me in and got me out within the hour. Extremely fast. I will not go anywhere else but Northbay Nissan. I showed up for a tire rotation and also knew I had a recall notice from a few weeks ago. They thought they might have to order the recall part, but it turns out that they had it and were able to complete the recall and tire rotation all with in about an hour of my arriving. I was very pleasantly surprised that it all was completed. The car seems to have quicker acceleration and I am very pleased. Thanks to everyone! Great Job!
