Joe is both very knowledgeable and extremely fare in how he deals with his customers. He could very easily have done work that was unneeded but he was upfront and honest about what needed to be done and what was not necessary. I absolutely recommend that you see Joe if you need work done on your vehicle.

Brought my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Nolan’s with overheating issues and cylinder misfires. Joe was professional and straightforward. He kept me informed as he diagnosed, provided options, and set expectations. While performing a large top end repair and a lot of preventative maintenance he communicated about each thing he was doing and quoted pricing. The car is running great with no issues and the pricing was fair for the amount of parts/time invested. I will certainly bring my car here to Joe for any issues in the future.

I took my 2006 Honda Accord to Joe twice for an AC problem. He and his assistant did everything they could to fix the problem. He researched and tested but was unable to locate the exact issue. His pricing was reasonable considering the time and effort involved. He was kind, understanding and work was done timely. I would recommend him and definitely go back.

I think Im done taking my cars to the dealer. First time here with my daughters Kia. Didnt try to up sell me. Did the services I asked for, an inspection and gave me the green light on the vehicles overall condition. Its been my experience with other garages that they discover other problems and I get surprised with a huge estimate for work I didnt anticipate. Not here. Definitely will be back with my other family cars.

These guys are totally on point, the prices are so much better than I’m used to, they fixed my body damage with out having to order whole new piece, I even had the satisfactory of knowing that my car was locked inside of a safe warehouse building overnight, I will definitely be back there for all my auto needs, Joe is super amazing and accommodating, and his staff is almost to hip for the house, (typical downtown Fullerton), so I can’t recommend them enough. I chose to come here because they had great prices and reviews. I was able to get an appointment the next day and I received excellent service! Pick up and drop off was super easy and Joe even texted me with updates! He provided amazing communication and answered my (many) questions throughout the whole process which eased my nerve a lot. I live in oregon but my daughter lives in California to attend college. We found nolans on the internet with good reviews. We called and set up an appointment to have have her brakes replaced. They were able to take her in right away, fixed the car quickly and were reasonably priced. Back a year later needing her radiator replaced. We experienced the same results. I dealt with Joe. He was great. It makes me feel great to know I have a place for my daughter to take her car that us reliable, responsible and reasonable.

Prices were well within comparable ranges, we ended up paying about half what we expected based on research. I went to get my tires rotated at a place in Brea, and while they were doing that, they gave me a quote for $1700 of additional work I needed. I knew that I shouldn’t trust them, so I went to Joe who I’ve been going to for 6 years since I moved to Fullerton. After checking out my car, he said that no work needed to be done and that he didn’t feel comfortable doing anything to the car. I appreciate his integrity and that he won’t take advantage of me! Nolans Auto Service is the best! Yesterday when I got into my car, I noticed that the low tire pressure light was on. I had to go to work and was hesitant about driving on the freeway. When I called Nolans Auto Service, Angelo said to come in any time. There were many cars there, and it was obvious that they were very busy. However, they both stopped what they were doing and checked all my tires. They even unloaded my messy trunk and put air in the spare tire! Joe would not take any money, and I told them I would see them soon. Nolans Auto Service is the most reputable and reliable Repair Shop I have ever used. I would not take my car anywhere else!

He is an honest and great mechanic. my brakes were history. when he put my dodge durango up on the rack, took all 4 tires off he showed me the worn down brakes front and back. if he could save the calipers he would and there would be a drop in price. i appreciated that he took the time to show and explain to me. This was my first visit to Nolans. They answered the phone in a timely matter, they gave an estimate of how long they would need my car, they called before starting any work with an estimate of cost. They called when the work was completed (which was in less time than they estimated). Only down side, there didnt appear a way for them to bring you home or pick you up, if they needed your car for an extended period . Would definitely return.

Joe and his staff are very knowledgeable with domestic and foreign vehicles. Based on my interview, they attend automotive classes regularly to learn about new vehicles. I tested them by questioning Joe about the use of a physical key on my keyless entry vehicle. They passed. 🤙🏽Made an appointment, picked up my vehicle on time. I will definitively return.
