Nneka and her team provided an absolute 5- star experience and completely elevated our home search. What an amazing experience! What started out to be a normal sell and purchase took a drastic turn when an unexpected situation happened but Nneka and her team were on it! This team of real estate experts are truly dedicated to ensuring their clients have an excellent experience, and do whatever it takes to make that happen. We cannot express how much we appreciate their support and efforts with helping us to complete both deals in a matter of weeks! Having Nneka by our side during the home buying process was such a joy. She is an amazing realtor who truly knows how to make the home search process as fun and stress-free as possible. When you are buying a home for the first time you want someone who knows the area, knows the business and knows how to connect with the client, and Nneka is all three. She was extremely patient with us and and didnt rush us into making any decisions. She listened to us and made us feel heard through her prompt responses via email and our phone conversations. To say that Nneka (and her team) are OUTSTANDING wouldnt give them enough credit. I dont know how Nneka does it but shes a force to be reckoned with! Her professionalism, responsiveness, knowledge about the market and commitment to providing us (her clients) with as much information as possible really made my husband and I feel like we all were a team. The process for signing up with her as clients to setting up services in our new home were literally seamless. And YES, she offers a concierge service that will literally set up all the utilities and services in your home (as wanted/needed). I heard great things about Nneka from a friend she helped purchase a house a few months earlier and I can confidently say that her team have a solid reputation for the right reasons. I’ve said for the last few years Nneka will be my real estate agent one day & I meant it, 3yrs after I said it, it became our reality! Purchasing a home can be stressful, taxing, tense, and exhausting. However, Nneka made the process exciting, meaningful, informed, painless and straightforward. This is the second property Ive purchased with Nneka as my realtor. And for a second time she was amazing at helping me find properties and tirelessly driving all around town with me to check them out. Not only that, but she helped make the move in process a piece of cake--and I was really intimidated because the place needed some updates. Nneka assured me it was no problem, she had a team at the ready. Right on cue they got in, put in new floors and paint, de-odorized the place. Just like that, I had a bright, fresh new home. And all that for the same amount Nneka had talked the buyer down from the purchase price! This was also during the summer of 2021, when it was a sellers market. However, Nneka was great showing up professional, doing research, and addressing my questions so I could make wise decision without sacrificing quality or time.Update on Jan 27 - Exceptional work. When we were looking for our first home and we didn’t know anything about real estate. Nneka took the time to understand our current needs, financial aspirations and style. She then provided valuable information based on our needs and current financial position. This was highly appreciated as we needed a bit of hand holding because buying a home is such a huge commitment.When we got to the stage of viewing properties, she stretched herself to ensure that we view all the properties that matched our criteria even driving us around after hours. She gave important tips on what to look out for, things that our untrained eyes would have not noticed. She was not just trying to sell a house quickly, but wanted to make sure that we get a home that will really meet our needs and that we get real value for our money.Once we had identified a property that we loved, Nneka helped us make a suitable offer. We were not familiar with the bidding process and were very apprehensive about it. Nneka was very patient with us, showing amazing soft skills in addressing our fears and concerns and promptly responding to our questions.The day after our offer was accepted, the shelter-in place was announced due to COVID-19 which meant that we would be able to close as per agreed time. Nneka went an extra mile to ensure that that house gets appraised and all other processes happen on time. We just sold our house of 30 years and Nneka and her team aided us at every step of the process. For instance at the outset, Nneka suggested it would be best to move out and have our house staged professionally. It turned out that by the time our house was ready to be listed on the MLS, it was mandatory that owners not be in residence at the time of showings! So we were ahead of that potential roadblock right away. She encouraged us, was very communicative throughout the process and was available to answer all questions. She even didnt stop showing the house after we had a viable offer in place in order to have a back-up offer ready and waiting, should that have been necessary. It turns out it wasnt because escrow went very smoothly with these qualified buyers. We feel Nneka got top dollar for us in this very uncertain time of shelter in place.

Unexpected delight! That is what we experienced with Real Estate Experts.Nneka and her broad team of expert resources and associates, including unique lending sources, service contractors, staging services, and escrow services, as well as her internal team of agents and coordinators were able to cover all bases for us in the purchase of our new dream home, while simultaneously preparing our former home to market and sell. And sell it did- just a few days after listing at a price well beyond what we had expected to realize!We don’t typically give endorsements for people who do a good job- this is what we always expect. Kudos are reserved for those who do a great job.We first contacted Nneka on a recent Thursday. She made time in the evening to visit us at our home to explore our interest in a home we found online in Gilroy that looked nice. She set us up with one of her associates (another delight) to visit this home and others in the area two days later, on Saturday. We were in the early stages of exploration, but this home that we were originally interested in looked perfect for us. There were a lot of people examining the home, and we believed that it was unobtainable because we had not even gotten any financing pre-qualifications, and there were already viable bids. Bidding was to close two days later, on Monday.Nneka got us in touch with people who provide bridge loans, and on her word, got them to vouch for us in an offer that allowed us to sidestep all the usual due diligence and time required for financing, thus allowing us to put forth a strong offer to the seller. On Monday (four days after we met Nneka) our offer was tendered and accepted. The purchase was completed in 17 days. Wow! Unbelievable!Then the ball really started rolling. We had to sell our house. Nneka and her team kicked into high gear. They arranged for a staging expert and general contractor to go through the house and determine what we needed to do to get the house market ready as quickly as possible. Inspections were scheduled to identify any issues that we might need to attend to or disclose to prospective buyers. We were extremely busy getting ready to move, and all this work was being coordinated by Nneka and her team with a minimum of required effort from us. We went with all the recommendations that the experts put forth, even those that seemed a bit counterintuitive to us, after being convinced that they would yield positive returns.Our house sparkled when they were done prepping it for listing. The photography was very flattering. It went on the market on a Friday with an open house the following Saturday and Sunday. Many offers were presented. On Thursday we accepted a very attractive offer, and we closed in 7 days. Again, incredible!The speed, efficiency, and expertise that Nneka and her team provided got us into the new home that we wanted, and got our former home sold at a great price unbelievably fast, minimizing our short-term financing costs.We couldn’t be happier with her service, and that of her entire team! Working with The Real Estate Experts while purchasing my first home was such a breeze! Nneka and team did a great job keeping me connected to the latest real estate listings in my area and promptly scheduling an appointment on the same day. I could reach out to Nneka late into the night and have a response in minutes or later in the early morning the next day. I came into this process mostly clueless on how the home buying process would work, and the entire team was patient and thoroughly explained their answers to my questions. The amount of resources available on this team was quite impressive and eased a lot of my worries throughout the process. My only suggestion would be to provide (new) homeowners with a checklist of next steps once our bid is accepted. There were a lot of moving parts once this process began, and it felt a bit disorganized during the closing period. While that may indeed be every new homeowner’s process at that time, I think adding this bit of personalization on at the end will leave future clients with an even more positive experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better team behind me during this shift in my life and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home in the Bay Area.
