Used Kelly blue book instant offer it directed me Yuba Nissan with a tentative offer 5,093. The assessment plugged into the car app was very accurate along with having three or four conversations with the dealership as well as submitting pictures. I arrived at Yuba Nissan and was given the new offer of 1,200 on account Yuba Nissan doesn’t sell 09 Toyota Camrys (why they never mentioned this is ridiculous). So if having a accurate price quoted to a prospective customer is NOT IMPORTANT YOU or if one likes to have their time and gas wasted this may be the spot for you.

Not happy at all with the purchase. We went to see the cars and went for a test drive. Sales man did not mention it had a dent in it at all and the car was dirty from the outside. As soon as we signed the papers the vehicle was washed and you were able to see the dent right away. Since the contract was signed they said they can not do anything about it. As soon as we left the lot the car also started making a loud noise when you turn the steering wheel to the right. I took it in On saturday so they can look at it and they said it was the axle and they just put some kind of grease so the noice can go away. I took the car and the next day is started to make the same noise. So they gave me an appointment for today 07/03 and apparently a mechanic from the morning took a look at it and they called me asking to go drive the car because they didnt find the noise. So once i arrived a different mechanic went on a test drive with me. We dont know what they did to the car and i was told they can not do anything because tbey did not hear any noise. As soon as i left again it started doing it. I will be going back and also calling the bank to let them know a vehicle that is not in good condition was sold to me. Not happy at all with the way things are being handled and the fact that we were told no accidents or nothing wrong with the car but yet it has a dent and a loud noise when driving it..... and i keep getting told they can not do anything about it..... not satisfied at all. If i could return this car i would.

We purchased a 2024 Rogue last week. The Rogue was more affordable than the Volvo we had in mind to purchase, but with all the features we were looking for. It was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Eddie was patient, detailed and extremely knowledgeable of the features on the car. I have nothing bad to say except your oil change price went up to $61. I’m paying $18 for the guy to change my oil. I found that ridiculous I probably won’t be going back. The last two times that I’ve had my oil change they forgot to reset my oil light, so it never even came on so we’ll see what happens this time.

I purchased a brand new Nissan Rogue 2023 from this dealership, and they sent me home with a car that has a different color paint job on my back door. When I approached them about this issue I was ignored, gaslit, and ultimately told after months of pursuing the issue that it’s not their responsibility as I took the car off the lot in that condition, and I should have said something before taking the car home. This is wild to me considering I was sold the car very late at night and it would be very difficult to notice a different paint job at night on a white car. Now I am at a major loss considering I have a damaged car that was supposed to be new, I paid sticker price. Don’t buy a car here, save yourself a lot of trouble.

Oil change service was quick & easy, I had a problem with my passenger side seat-belt and they were quick to get an inspection and a replacement. It took a bit longer than expected but they were very nice & even gave me the option to have a rental which shows they give more options than just “we’re keeping your car overnight sorry for the inconvenience”. They handled everything with good problem solving skills and amazing customer service.

It used to be a great place for me to go and get my Nissan serviced. Then they rebuilt my transmission and it jutters. They told me there was nothing they can do about it. Last time I went there I needed 2 of my tires patched. Since I purchased them there and they promised that I would get the same treatment as Les Schwab Tires I figured I would get the flats fixed at no cost. Not so, they wanted to charge me 40 bucks per tire but then told me one of the tires needed to be replaced. I took it to Les Schwab and told them I needed patches and they patch both of them. They never said I needed a new tire. 20 bucks later it was done Yuba City Nissan wanted $250. Seems like they were trying to scam me. And they wouldnt stand behind the work of the rebuilt transmission.More details, okay:You rebuilt my transmission and I came back a week or two later to let you know that there was a jutter. Which means that the rebuild was unsuccessful. The judder was mild so you said bring it back when its more pronounced. I did, you told me its not covered, its been too many miles. Clearly your service department does not stand behind its work.

I had my oil and filter change + decided to get my tires rotated. At home I found out I was missing a hubcap. Either 1) they didn’t put it back on or 2) installed it incorrectly and it fell off. This is the second time something like this happen. When I went to get a new battery, they forgot to put my battery cover back on. Luckily they still had that but my hubcap is nowhere to be found this time. A little upset because I know I went in with 4 hubcaps but found out the next day I only had three.

Update:4/20 : They dx the problem as a low battery.They charged us an additional $245 to replace a battery THEY drained and claimed to check while repairing the vehicle. We picked up the car around 6pm today (4/19) then left to pick up a family member in Fresno and got as far as Elk Gone, when it died on the highway and we are currently waiting for our 4th tow in 5 months, on the side of the road at midnight on 4/20. Tow #5 to Nissan at first light.4/19 : We have had our 2015 Nissan Versa in the Yuba City Shop 3 times in the last 5 months, to the tune of $6,000 in repairs. $5500 of that just done last week. Leaving the gym today it died again and will not start. We towed it back to Nissan today and we wait to see what theyll fix and not fix this time and how much theyll charge me.

Let me start by saying that the sales rep and the sales manager who worked with me, made the sale happen. so Im happy with that. Now the only reason Im giving them 2 stars is because, I had a concern with the car prior to the purchase. that concern was hazing on the paint on both passenger side doors. the sales rep assured me that it was a wax/polish residue that that detail dept did not do a good job removing as he was wiping some spots off. he assure me that if I purchase the car, that it will be taken care of. The day we purchased the car, we couldnt take the care due to the car key was lost, so we were told to pick it up the next day and they will have it detailed and clean for us before we pick up the car. Picked up vehicle, haze is still there, called sales rep and we were told to call the sales manager on duty. he was busy so we left a message, took the car home. We didnt hear back for 2 days. I contacted sales rep who did not return my message, talked to sales manager that we purchased the car with. He told me that he will talk to his manager and get back to me. Now, here we are 2 weeks later and still havent heard back.My point to this is, what good is their word if they dont keep it. Another business with no word of honor, just to make a sale.

I asked via phone call, via text, via voicemail - is EVERY THING DONE? I want to be sure all I am doing is coming in and signing papers. I had an appointment!!! I got there - no one came out to greet me - so, I texted after 10 minutes - Im here. I was told there were customers ahead of me - so, lets take a test drive. OK - during the drive - I said, I really needed to get this paper work done. Im in a hurry. We get back - I had references to fill out. I asked why this wasnt given to me before - its standard - well - I had asked SEVERAL times - is EVERYTHING done. THen, no one in finance was ready - nothing was printed - they didnt even know I was coming. I rushed through the paperwork - have no idea what I signed - and then - they still needed to find a screw driver and switch out the plates. My expected 10 minutes there - was TWO HOURS.Ive emailed the finance guy - 3 times now - as - I was told I had to finance a minimum of $7K - and if I financed - I would get $500 off - that was forgotten about. AND I was told I would get $500 for waiting 2 hours - not sure if Ill ever see that. And I had a question about my warranty. NO RESPONSE.The office was so hot it was miserable. No one greeted me when I got there. I had paper work still to do when I had confirmed it was done. Nothing was printed and ready for me. The plates werent changed. ANd no reply to emails from finance.NOT ONE WOMAN WORKING THERE - the entire experience felt like I had been held hostage in hell (it was so hot). And you already had my 17K - there was nothing I could do.I WAS HELD HOSTAGE!!! Horrible experience!!! I am due, $1,000 and a reply email - still...

Lack of customer service and integrity. I went into this dealership for an appointment to sell my car through KBB partners. First thing I noticed when I walked into this place is how staff seems to ignore customers. I stood at the service area literally in front the counter and there were at least six staff behind the counter. There may be one customer chatting with a staff and the rest just didnt bother to look up or even do a courtesy greeting or ask if I needed help. Definitely need a lot of training here. If they worked for me, this wont happen. Management may be the issue. Staff is a reflection of their managers.Back to the selling process through KBB connecting me to them... In the end, they really try to lowball me on the vehicle, even for a dealership, its extremely low - I walked the f out. Now that I have time to look at the other reviews on this dealership and with regards to selling your vehicle to them, I recommend you steer clear of this place and drive farther to Elk Grove or other dealerships. Remember, you have options!

I went to Nissan after getting serviced at Walmart and having issues with the way my car was running after my oil change. Cesar was amazing and within 5 minutes, he found/fixed the problem, rode with my for a test drive to make sure it was running great. My first visit for service (recall) at Nissan; I was impressed from the moment I pulled up. Was greeted warmly and professionally by an employee who was dressed appropriately (I always like when employees wear clothing identifying they work there!) I was kept abreast of the progress on my vehicle and received a call when work was complete. Picking up my vehicle was seamless and another employee walked me out to my car (very impressive!) and then opened the door and gave me my key fob. Once home I realized how clean my vehicle was, both in and out!! My daughter has always raved about your service and now, due to my recent purchase of a Nissan, I was able to see exactly what she was talking about!! I would recommend your dealership for any service or sales needs!!

Updated review. I had been going to this location for regular service for a couple years. It was always great service. After my regular guy left I was reluctant to continue going there and for good reason. The customer service is no longer worth the overpriced service. People were rude and unhelpful when I went to inquire about an expensive maintenance. I know losing 1 customer is not a big deal but I will not be returning. I have left my original review under here so for reference on how far the customer service has fallen.Original review. I recommend Nissan to everyone. I went there for an oil change and the customer service was so great even though i didnt buy my vehicle there. I went back recently for a few issues and regular service. My car guy went above and beyond to get things paid for by the warranty and reduced my cost by more than $100. The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. Overall I am happy with my purchase. I think that I could have or should have gotten more personal attention but there was some miscommunication to start the process so it got the process started behind the ball so to say. By personal attention I mean, the person who suggested that I sale my truck for 2000, should have met me in person and the financial manager could have walked me through each financial figure as it came up so I was better equipped to understand how much taxes, license, down payment, trade worked into the financial breakdown. But it was my first new car, and I think I will approach it differently. Honestly I want to come back for a larger vehcile soon, while my wifes vehicle still has value but as a result of this experience I may start the process in roseville nissan instead and go from there.

Purchased a 2023 Nissan Sentra - had the car less than 2 weeks - and part of the front bumper fell off - and all the screws fell on the ground turning into the bank parking lot. Ive emailed the manager 4 times in 24 hours about it - as I cannot drive the car with a part dangling off - NO RESPONSE!!!! I walked into Yuba City Nissan very disgruntled after a truly terrible experience in Roseville. I was Instantly greeted kindly and warmly by the salesman Zac who was very helpful with finding me the car I was looking for. His manager Jason did not blink an eye when asked if they could match the offer I had from Roseville (the only one within budget that they handed me as I was walking out the door).Zac, Jason, and Serge all took it upon themselves to make sure I was taken care of and given excellent service. We finished all the financing and paperwork that night, but the model of car I wanted needed to be driven in from the bay area the next day. Zac had excellent communication throughout the next day, keeping me updated on when the car would arrive. When I came to pick it up, Zac was right there and ready to hand me the keys and help set up the personalized features of the car.If you are wondering if it is worth the extra 30 min drive out from Roseville, it absolutely is!

I really need the money or else wouldn’t have sold my car. The manager Jason has not been returning my calls after I went in there and spoke to him since I wasn’t getting anyone to answer when my check was ready to be picked up. That was over a week ago I have called left 3 messages and no response. I just want my money that they agreed on paying for car I sold them. I brought my vehicle in for an airbag system trouble light. They said that there was no way to diagnose the problem, other than to replace parts. They wanted me to spend $4800 to replace 2 components, them told me that was the beginning of the troubleshooting process. They said that there was no other method to identify the problem. This will be the last Nissan that I will ever own. I do not want to deal with this situation ever again

The service department is amazing. I’m always treated as family when I come in. The entire service team is excellent. Patrick always comes out of his office to say hello. He took time out to have one of his service technicians come out and check my oil, just to be on the safe side. He shared his phone with my daughter to look up a tv program. We were really treated as we walked into a family member’s house. I have been treated so well, at the Yuba City Nissan dealership that I decided not to go anywhere else and bought a 2021 Nissan Rogue.

Excellent service. We went in for a simple first time oil change, and were treated like welcomed guests. The gentleman who helped us when we first came in was friendly and very helpful. Price seemed reasonable. We waited in a nice waiting area, with television, coffee and free snacks and soup. It took about an hour and a half, which is a bit longer than my Honda dealer takes, but everyone was so nice, we didnt mind the wait. My van was even washed and carefully vacuumed on the inside as a courtesy. I will definitely return and recommend others come here. Thanks, Nissan!

Brought my car in for an oil change, a recall service and other maintenance. Inside was hot apparently the AC is out, the chairs are vinyl making it sweaty underneath the legs and really uncomfortable for anyone wearing shorts. they did offer cold bottles of water to anybody waiting which I found very nice on a hot day. as a woman I am always leery when I take my vehicle in to have service done because I have gone through some not nice situations and have heard horror stories from my girlfriends, but they were all respectful and I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of as Ive had happened at other places. as somebody that has always performed maintenance on their own vehicle it was nice not to be treated as just some ditzy female that doesnt know what shes talking about for once. they do offer shuttle service for anybody living locally that would like to just bring their car and drop it off and go home. They did over charge me which I did not realize until after I left the dealership but when I called them about it they made it right they added $25 to my one rewards account to be used on my next service, which was more than I was overcharged. Everybody that I spoke with was very nice, one of the sales guys even tried to find a charger that would work for my phone because I left my portable charger in the car and my battery was dead. the only reason they didnt get five stars is because of the uncomfortable waiting situation I was really uncomfortable while waiting for my car to get done.EDITED TO ADD after checking my rewards account I was never credited $55 towards my next purchase like I was told I would be given since I was overcharged. Very disappointed...Second update: I received a call from the service department manager Patrick. He was calling to follow up with me about my service and when I mentioned that I was overcharged but didnt receive the credit on my rewards account like he said I would, he not only gave the promised amount, he went over and above and added enough that my next oil change is on the house. He was a very nice guy and very thorough with his customers.

I have gone to Nissan for years now and have always been very happy with service but this time, the service was just below average. Not only did it take over 2 hours but I did not get an overview of what was done. I had to ask in order to get the information. Also, I got the tires rotated and they did not even bother to check the tire pressure. The lights came on as soon as I left. Also, I did not get a service sticker indicating when the next service should be and when I called, the person I spoke to seemed bothered that I would even ask.

The service used to be great…..now the apparent new crew is horrible. I scheduled my routine oil change for the first appt of the day (it was 7 or 7:30am). I waited in the lobby until it was completed. The problem was I had to wait OVER 3 HOURS. Yes, I complained nicely but the 3 staff at the counter did not seem to care, merely telling me “it should be done soon.” While in the lobby, I submitted a complaint on the YC Nissan website and was contacted immediately….by a salesman who wanted me to trade in my car. I explained to him I’m not looking into a new car right now, I just wanted my car’s oil changed in under 3 hours. He said “I understand….but this is a really good time to trade in your car.”🤦‍♂️👎👎

Poor customer service before the sale. We ran into multiple inconsistences dealing with the first sales man and asked to switch to a different one to complete the purchase. The first sales man kept trying in insert himself into the dealings even though we had made it clear that we did NOT want to deal with that individual.The day after the sale we discovered the touch screen on the radio did not work (Something we failed to test before the purchase). Luckily they were willing to help by replacing the radio and billing my 3rd party warranty plan $1,000! I Was told several times during this process by the service department that the replacement part would arrive in a few days only for it to not show up. This makes even less sense when you find out they are getting the part from another dealership THEY own thats 2 hours away. Process took almost a month from start to finish.3 months after the sale I tried to make an appointment for one of my complimentary Oil Changes. I wanted to schedule the appointment on a Saturday so I wouldnt be without my commuter vehicle during the week. I was told that I should schedule the appointment on a weekday as Saturday was their busiest day and they may not be able to have it done the same day. I scheduled an appointment for a weekday, as requested, and had my wife take the vehicle in. It took 2 hours, WITH an appointment... on a WEEKDAY... Seriously? Im sure they were dragging their feet since this was a complimentary oil change.I urge anyone reading this to be very cautious dealing with this dealership and recommend that they take their vehicle somewhere else for service/maintenance.

Some repair can get a little hectic, but in the end its worth the money spend. Worst customer service EVER. Went to look at a vehicle and could not find a salesman. Someone finally came out but had very little knowledge of the vehicle. Wanted to take it for a test drive but it would not start. Was told to come back the next day after they have the battery replaced. Went the next evening and it was still not fixed. It took a week to get it fixed and we were told it was just the battery. Come to find out when they attempted to jump start it they messed up the electrical in the dash. Each department blamed the other for the delay in repairs. After it was fixed we asked for the service order to confirm what the issue was and that the recalls were fixed. Of course this went missing and the blame went elsewhere. Was told they would find it and text me when they had the work order. Never heard another word from them. Would not be surprised if the recalls werent fixed. After getting the vehicle we then noticed that when they took the paper that has the specs and price of the vehicle off the inside of the window they scraped off some of the tint. They tried denying that they even had the paper on the window and after some arguing finally agreed to replace the tint. When we asked how long it would take we were told to ask the person in charge of the tinting since it was his business. Throughout this whole thing we were the ones having to reach out to get information and updates. Very disappointed and will never do business here again

Other dealers get a simple oil change done in an hour or less. 2 hours is just unacceptable nowadays.I had previously scheduled an appointment for an oil change a week in advance. My oil changed lasted a span of 3 hours. I inquired as to the delay, and they basically said, they forgot. Also, on a previous visit for an oil change it took them 2 hours and blamed it on covid. My Husband and I just went in today for a car. It has been a long and often frustrating process. When we went into the dealership we were greeted warmly by many staff members. We asked to work with the person we spoke with on the phone and they were more than happy to get him. Alex Luevano remembered us from the phone call with details. He was happy to work with us. He spoke knowledgeably about all the vehicles on the lot we had questions about. We took our test drive. During our test drive we stopped to help a person at the local bus stop. I used to love this dealership for my maintenance needs. However on 5/25/21, they completely dropped the ball. I went in for an oil change and the multipoint inspection. I arrived at 11:30 and was told my car should be done around 1. At 1, they came to notify me that there were some issues with my vehicle. They said that my rear shocks were leaking, and that they were covered by warranty, they had the parts in stock and they could fix it that day, but it would take a couple hours. I didnt have that kind of time, and after much back and forth, including talk of a rental (that they did not want or could not provide) I chose to make and appt. for 6/3/21. Also noted on my inspection sheet was that there was a critical issue with my brake fluid. It said it was extremely dirty. They quoted me $169 to flush my brake fluid. I took my car to a mechanic friend, who checked my fluid and showed me how clear my brake fluid was.While checking my brake fluid, I noted that my coolant reservoir was extremely low, almost completely empty. I looked at my inspection form, it showed that the coolant was fine. When I called the dealership, they told me it had been checked and it was fine, and that I must have a leak and that they would look at it when I brought it back for the shocks. There is no evidence under my car of any leaks.I have requested to file an internal complaint, and was told the service manager would call me back, but at this time I have not heard from the service manager.

We just had a excellent experience at Yuba City Nissan.I’ve been looking at local dealerships and a variety of cars all week. I happen to see the Nissan sign and decided to pulled in to look at the Pathfinder.Juan the sales manager greeted us on the lot and quickly looked at the numbers on my trade and gave us a good offer. He wasn’t wasting our time and got the ball moving quickly.He hooked us up with Serge Klimkov who showed us a pathfinder and took us on a test drive. After driving that, we talked about all the options and other models that might be a better fit. Serge was really knowledgeable and experienced, and our casual conversation was interesting. I recommend you look him up!We landed on an upgraded Pathfinder that would be a better fit. The car is out of the area and will be here tomorrow and we are super excited about the purchase! They gave us a great price on our trade and the customer service there was great.Al in Finance made The experience fast and easy which is no small feat working with the car dealership finance department!At this point, it’s all a positive experience and when we get our SUV tomorrow, I look forward to it being the same. I feel like working with this hometown dealership will make a huge difference in feeling like our long-term purchase needs were met. So glad we didn’t go to the Roseville Automall!

I went into get an Oil change. I just purchased a 2013 rouge in Sacramento and my service light came on. took it to Nissan and had them take a look. I walked into the office where I was greeted by a Man witch took my info down. As I was sitting there I received an email regarding my vehicle and all the Services it required the total was somewhere in the 2000s So I looked around on Nissans Web Page And found a Customer Care Card No-one offered me this,nor did it get Motioned. I requested to get info about the Credit card as I just purchased this vehicle cash so my money were tighed up at the moment. Long story short PLEASE have your Customer Service Reps Explain The Service Charges And Why or what it needs. I called the Deal Ship where I got my Vehicle very Upset they Sold me a Car that had Broken parts and or Service Needed. they explained to me that my car had Reached 60000 miles and All the parts listed Werent Broken or Leaking. The Service light came on because it was time to service all them parts. We/I could of Saved some time and not been upset had your Customer Service Rep ( witch he had lots of awards in the office,must of been a off day) Anyhow this hasnt compromised my decision to us your service in the further I just wanted to bring it to light.please go over the customers service charges and explain it will save a lot if confusion in the End Thank You

We had shopped for our car at many other places and felt that they were trying to rip us off but that was not so at the Nissan of Yuba City. I first started coming here when Nissan moved into this location once occupied by Yuba City Toyota. They had standard oil changes for only $19.99 and that is what prompted me to start coming here. I have been coming here ever since but nowadays I get synthetic oil. By luck they were running an email promotion for $25 off a synthetic oil change right as I was due for one. Unfortunately I picked the Monday right after Thanksgiving weekend to get it and had to wait almost 2.5 hours, but I really did not have anything to do this day. Plus, Nissan has free coffee, Wi-Fi, comfy sofas and cable TV to keep one busy so the time actually flew by for me. For myself I would rather come here than Wal-Mart or those quick oil change locations, such as Jiffy Lube. Keep up the good work Nissan of Yuba City!

Almost two weeks later someone called to say our breaks & head gasket needed to be replaced. Good info to know after crossing the Tetons with my family. While the breaks did need to be replaced they tried to upsell the head gasket. Hope it was worth it for you.

I literally had made an appointment in advance for an oil change and to get my ac checked because it has been making some noise (just bought the car exactly a year ago brand new)after being on a while so we show up and they tell us that theyll look at it after they looked at from 9:00am-12:20 they decided there is nothing wrong with the ac because they couldnt get the ac to make a noise so they cant do anything about it. Then they make it complicated to give me my keys making me go to the front then back then front again just to get MY KEYS like come on now! I have one more free oil change left but I dont think I would go back there again. Horrible customer service even with appointments. Dont reccomend this place for any type of maintenance for you vehicle.

I sold them my car on the 5th and was told they dont give checks on the spot. They told me my check would be at my house in a week. A week went by with no check. I call and am told it will take another week. Check still doesnt come. Call again and they say it will be any day. I finally call again after 22 days of waiting for the check to tell them I am filing a complaint with the DMV and my check is miraculously there even though they didnt call me to let me know it had arrived. Best part was when I got there to pick up the check they had the words CASH FOR CARS painted on the windows, but I was told they dont pay out people for vehicles on the spot.Would never recommend this place to anyone

We had a wonderful experience with the staff at Nissan Yuba City! We were in the market for a specific vehicle and I found a great deal online in their inventory. The overall process was amazing. Hands down the best experience weve had at a dealership and we have purchased multiple vehicles in the past. They were willing to work with us and our budget, and we were able to find a reasonable/happy medium. I spoke with RJ Sahil over the phone and he was the one who assisted us at the dealership. Sahil did a great job from start to finish. He went to bat for us and took care of us throughout the whole process. He is such a hard-working and great guy. We want to also mention Al from Finance. He assisted us in signing the paperwork. He was very patient and showed much care in explaining anything we had questions on. We really trusted the entire process. Both of them stayed behind after closing to assist us. We very much appreciate them and the additional staff who stayed behind to detail the car and have it ready for us. The entire staff was hard-working and professional. We hope to run this vehicle till the wheels fall off, but if were ever in the market for another one - we would come back here in a heartbeat!

Made an appointment earlier in the week to get a key programmed. Confirmed when scheduling that the part I had already paid for was there. Showed up to my appointment and they can’t find the key. Went to breakfast and came back to to ask about key. They had miraculously found the key but since it was past the scheduling time, I would be put on the walk-in waitlist. They told me it would be at least eight hours. They also don’t ship parts to other dealerships.

I went 3 weeks without a vehicle, never offered a rental or anything KNOWING that was our only vehicle and me and my husband both work out of town. I had to miss days of work as my kids missed school due to no transportation. Ive been happy with this place. My parents and I have almost identical Nissan Sentras that developed identical problems at around the same time. I took my car to Yuba City Nissan and got it fixed correctly the first time around. Meanwhile, my parents took theirs to three different car repair places before they managed to get theirs fixed correctly, and they had to pay more than I did when they finally got it fixed. So its been my experience that the people at Yuba City Nissan seem to know their stuff and fix things correctly the first time.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Earlier this month, they sold me a vehicle that they had reported as stolen in December of 2017! The cops said they lent it to another dealership and forgot about it, then when it was time to do inventory, they reported it as stolen. Then when the car came back, they didnt bother to correct the matter. They apparently didnt even notice until the DMV alerted the police TODAY. They let me drive it for over three weeks, while it was still listed as a stolen vehicle. The police SHOWED UP AT MY WORK. They said had anyone run my plates over the last three weeks that I would have been pulled over at gunpoint, arrested and taken to jail. For driving a car that I bought. I didnt hear from them about it until thirty seconds before the police contacted me today and I havent heard from them since. I called them and there was no one who could talk to me about this. Absolutely terrible. I would never recommend anyone shop at such an incompetent dealership.

When I arrived Pat greeted me and was really awesome i was using my 2nd free oil change and he told me even though my 3rd oil change expires in a few days he will still honor it next time i come in! He saw some liquid corrosion on my battery and said he would put a new battery in my car for free and he also had a full break inspection, car cleaned inside and out, tire rotation, oil change, windshield wiper liquid refilled and even patched a small nail hole on one of my tires all for free! I was so thankful and they make it so easy. Defidently recommend this place if you want excellent customer service or want to buy a car!!! They are great

A week ago, took my car in for a synthetic oil change. Since I purchased the car a year ago, only the airbag light has ever been on. After Nissan completed the oil change, I went to drive away and noticed the oil light on (which has NEVER turned on before). I immediately brought this to the attention of the rep who assissted me and he stated that the techs have tried to determine why the light is on but they were not sure because they kept getting an error. I told them my light had never been on prior and I do not feel safe driving my car if there are issues with pressure or anything at all. He said I drove it in with the oil light on, which is completely not true for I never even knew which light was for my oil for it had never been lit up prior to this. We went back and forth about it and he said its their word against ours which is bs cause obvioulsy if I brought my car in with an oil light on, they would have assessed that prior to changing my oil. My car has not ran the same since this oil change and I would recommend to not take any cars there for any service related issues. Document your lights and issues with the tech because this is not something in their practice, and it should be to avoid discrepancies like this. If they mess something up, they wont follow through to fix it or even accept responsibility. This place is very unprofessional in handling any escalations and if you care about your car or safety, protect yourself from places that do business like this

I stopped by to look at used vehicles. I am a veteran with TBI, bad migraines and poor impulse control. I was with my kids when I purchased the Nissan Versa. The sales representative took advantage of my predicament. The test drive was taken while the music was loud for my kids to enjoy. Also I didn’t get a chance to fully notice how small it is for me to get in and out.I tried to return it the next day but didn’t realize there is no cool off experience. The representatives offered to get me in a used vehicle but it had to be a higher price. At this point I was just frustrated and agreed to keep the vehicle I just will modifications to make it comfortable. I purchased an arm rest and called it a day.I just wished I brought my wife during the initial test drive. Bad service today. Had a 11:00 appointment just for a oil change and tire rotation drop car off at about 10:30 am. Waiting for a Uber back to get my car called 4 times no Uber I walked from my hotel to get my car and it’s 3:00 had to be at work a 2 was told car would be ready by 12:30. Never again

R.J. was an excellent guy. He really strived hard to earn our business, and it was apparent in the way he conducted himself. Honest, forthright, fair, and kept his word. We have bought many cars at Future Nissan over the years, and it was our go to dealership. They failed us at a time of need. When I reached out to R.J. at Yuba City Nissan for help, he did so, and surpassed our expectations. I am a loyal person if treated fairly, and I will be loyal to Yuba City Nissan for the foreseeable future.

The whole experience was just wonderful. It’s because of customer service like this that I’m willing drive 1+ hours to come to this specific Nissan dealership. They’re kind and super helpful!

My daughters transmission went out thankfully under warranty and the dealership had a rental available for her . This was a great help as she had reservations in santa Cruz and they got us taken care of quickly so she could get back on the road.

I was first greeted by RJ who was a very nice gentlemen who I test drove a Nissan Rogue with. He was not pushy at all and wanted to make sure I loved the car. I really appreciated that since we have had terrible car buying experience before at Future Ford in Roseville. I worked with Joel for numbers, and he was also very nice and didnt waist my time. He knew I had a final and got me out with time to spare. I ended up leaving that day but a few days later came in with my mom who was interested in a car. Joel was awesome not only at showing us the cars features but was personalable, knowledgeable, well spoken, and professional. He asked about our lives and made sure my mom actually loved the car before we even talked numbers. The whole time he made sure we were comfortable and didnt feel like we were waisting our time. I would recommend Joel or RJ to anybody who is interested in car buying but doesnt want to be pushed into anything they dont really love. Overall it was a very respectable and honest business and would definitely buy from them again and recomend others to this dealership!

This is the worst service I’ve ever had at Nissan. I was also told I needed hood struts when asked why the tech said the hood fell on his head during the oil change. We opened the hood… it never fell. I will NOT be returning to Nissan of Yuba City.
