I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I worked directly with Carlos to buy my rouge and he was extremely helpful and so great with the purchase process. He answered all my questions and gave me the best deal I could get. Cristian was also so nice and helpful and helped make this process so easy! Highly recommend anyone to go in and ask for Carlos!!

Awesome staff! Highly recommend Carlos for sales. Didn’t end up buying a car yet but the staff is amazing. They don’t push you or pressure you into buying a car right away and they don’t run your credit unless you’re 100% sure you want to buy a car. Came here after going to Oxnard location and was treated with more respect.

I drove the truck through the drive-thru and was promptly greeted by the staff. They proceeded to perform the maintenance service immediately, and the service was done with the expected quality. Great experience! I brought my Rouge in for a recall. All staff was friendly, they offered water, soda and even fresh baked cookies! When the recall was completed they even washed my suv. A great wash too!

She has great listening and people skills!You wont regret it! She clearly takes the stress out of the process. She determines what your wants and needs are through a consultative question and and answer process and then presents to you all of your options! You get to be the salesperson from there! No high pressure sales! I believe she is truly a diamond in the ruff at this business! What a great listener and communicator! She is the best of the best! Next, a note about the Finance Manager-Fidel Palacios. One of the most uncomfortable positions in a dealership for the public! We, the consumer always resent having to go through the quibbling about rates and having to doc sign pages and pages of papers. Fidel takes his job very seriously and spends the time to find the best banking route for you to take. He doesnt stop at one or two options, his offering will always be the best! What I loved was his sense of humor! He had me laughing by the time a decision was made to move forward. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in his field. I was tremendously comfortable in having to rely on him for the bottom line on interest rates. Lastly, Drew Toczynski- On duty Sales Manager- He has an extensive background in the business and can answer all of your questions! What I enjoyed about Drew, he was not shy or hiding in his office. He came to me and asked how it was going! He too has a great sense of humor which is the common thing missing within a sales organization! All in all if I could give more than 5 stars I would! My 39 month lease just ended, so I went to Nissan/Infiniti of Thousand Oaks to lease a new Infiniti. The salesman who helped me was Edwin. He couldnt have been a nicer guy. He found the perfect car for me and I signed a new 36 months lease. Edwin and the whole team at Nissan of Thousand Oaks do a great job. They make the whole experience of leasing a new car a pleasure. I am not the type to write reviews, good or bad, but my experience at Nissan of Thousand Oaks was so far beyond anything I could have expected. The entire process was smooth and painless. There were no car dealership games played at all. The price was as advertised and the truck I purchased was exactly what I was looking for.Though everyone we came in contact with was extremely helpful and nice, I would be remiss not to call out our sales person, Jaquelyn Shraibati, and the finance manager, Mike Azimi. They both went above and beyond what I would consider to be normal or even good customer service. Jaquelyn was very knowledgeable about the truck and did all she could to keep the process moving along, from the negotiation, to the trade, to the credit report and finally to delivering the truck. And once we sat down with Mike, it was more like hanging out with a friend than having to go finalize the deal in that scary back finance office. We chatted about our families, the upcoming holidays, and before I knew it, we were done and out of his office and on our way to drive home our new truck.Like I said, the entire process from beginning to end was much easier than I could have ever expected and I would not hesitate to send all of my family and friends to work with Jaquelyn and Mike and the entire team at Nissan of Thousand Oaks.

I hate car buying, especially being hassled by car salespersons. Thus, I did my research online, made some calls, then decided to visit 4 dealerships. Going to Nissan in Thousand Oaks was not on my list, however, on my way, I decided to do so, just to see the car that I was interested in, not to buy. From the moment I met Jaquelyn, there was a connection that seemed authentic, thus I stuck with her and in the end, bought a car. Here’s why.Jaquelyns tone of voice was kind and she appeared honest, therefore, I proceeded to tell her my car buying story. She also demonstrated professionalism and a high degree of confidence. Because she listened, she made it easy for me to speak freely and share my concerns. I thought that when she got to know me, she understood me, a stranger and had my interest at heart. Thus, I did not feel pressured and she made my car buying experience a hassle free one. She worked hard back and forth with the manager at the time to get answers to my questions/concerns and a price that worked for my budget. And she offered me coffee, one of the best lattes Ive her had :). Carlos and the dealership promised me 45 days on my first payment. It was not done and when I pointed it out they did nothing to fix the mistake they did. I can only imagine how they would handle any other issues. Emails were not replied to. I would not buy or recommend buying a car from them.

Cristian, in financing, tried to make everything as easy as possible and “went the extra mile” when my insurance company was having an issue with the lien. I love working with Dennis OBrien at Infiniti/Nissan in Thousand Oaks. Buying a car is typically a stressful experience for people but Dennis removes much of the stress by understanding our needs and then aggressively pursuing sensible solutions. He is a long-time professional with great relationships and vast experience. We just purchased a third car with him. Do not trust this Nissan dealership!. Stay away from the deceptive measures lead by their service manager, Julio! Expensive surveillance camera systems were incorrectly disabled, without my authorization, causing damage to the onboard equipment. Julio promised to take care of this serious matter and never followed through as promised. Julio does not return calls and is a very deceptive person that should have never been hired for this position! In addition, the upper management does not return calls and refused to offer any kind of positive customer service. I am now forced to contact Nissan USA and have them take care of this serious matter prior to taking additional legal action! Bottom line: stay away from the dealership as they are extremely unprofessional and very deceptive!

The crew at Nissan of Thousand Oaks are great. After a rough start with some communication falling through the cracks. David, Drew, and Christian worked with me and got me into a new ARIYA. Even with a last minute issue with the bank they let me put in a good faith option contract, drive off in my new car, and I was able to bring in the payment a week later after I got the issues resolved with the bank.

I went to get my oil changed a few months back and said please dont try to sell me on anything else, I cant afford it and Im just here for an oil change. I made an appointment for 8am and was stuck there for 5 hours! After waiting all that time, the rep who was helping me came to me with a packet of things they wanted to fix and it was almost a 5,000 job to get XY&Z done but I said I just need the oil done and thats it! It was then followed up by saying my breaks were on the end of their life and if I continued to drive with them, I would get into an accident. I kept that in mind and have been planning to get them changed when I had the opportunity...Fast track to this week, I went to get my tire changed at a tire shop (not Nissan, thank goodness) and they said my brakes are at their halfway point!!!! I never write reviews but I trust in the word of others and trust my word when I say this Nissan is MONEY HUNGRY and I warn you all to be weary of what they want to fix.

DON’T BUY A NISSAN!! Especially from here. Purchased extended warranty (100k), another service warranty, warranty after warranty to protect myself from situations like these….not only is the model I purchased their most expensive/top of the line model, I’ve only put less than 30k miles, and once again the electrical system is acting up, called the dealer asking for help, not only did they not want to honor the warranties, they gave me so much pushback and excuse after excuse. Knowing it was an emergency, that we were 70 miles away from home, he said bring the car and we can look at it in 3 days! Keep in mind that when you buy a car you also but into the dealer/service department culture and THIS TYPE OF AWFUL service and lack of customer service appreciation is NOT something you want to deal with, especially when I’m an emergency! We own a Volvo CX40 and Audi Q8 as well, and their service department/customer service have never treated us like this, it would be a no question asked approach, “bring the car in and we’ll take care of it and you immediately” type of response… I almost just wanted to leave the car their and never come back for it! Worst experience from a car dealer, ever! DO NOT BUY A NISSAN CAR!

My brother went to the dealership 3-4 different times to get his seatbelt fixed and never got it fixed. They came up with different excuses as well. They messed up first by trying to fix the wrong side. And then they scheduled him and they didn’t have the part ready. Third time they are saying it was delivered to the wrong dealership. My brother is new with cars so he’s gullible and my guess is they are toying with him. They need employees with car knowledge desperately.

Since I made the dreadful mistake of buying a non-starting 2016 Nissan Titan XD Diesel truck I have had looked for help from over 5 local Nissan Dealers in a 100 mile radius from Agoura Hills. The service departments in Simi Valley and North Hollywood and even Nissan corporate support were simply horrible to work with and by far Chris Duran in the parts department of Nissan of Thousand Oaks has completely blown me away with his amazing care, calm patience and dedication in helping me purchase thousands of dollars in parts over the past 6 months from computers to diesel engine components. He has restored my faith in Nissan customer service and I look forward to working with Chris much more in the future. Thank you Chris!!

When you deal with family own dealership compare to a robotic corporation you see and feel the different, I make a call to the dealer then the general sales manger pick up the phone ( no secretary) and give me ton of info over the phone ( feel good ) I arrive shorty after and talk to the Edwin who Shaw me the car and provide all the detail that I need about the car pricing and leasing option - after 10 min I want on a test drive ( nice and clean car ) he inteduce me to Danny who is the pre own manger ( A1 service ) I make the deal and I’m happy bc I shop before in Oxnard and the valley and It’s a big different between family own and corporation in pricing service trade in, also Michelle from the business office was nice and professional - do not waist your time on a big corporation go to Steve Nissan and see the different highly recommended
