2024-05-28 22:42:50We had such a positive experience here. We went in not knowing much about Nissan and what they had to offer but ended up leaving with a brand new 2024 platinum pathfinder.Alex was our salesman and was absolutely amazing to work with. He guided us toward a vehicle that met all of our desires. Even when the first price came back at something that didn’t quite fit the budget and another salesman was trying to sell us on a lower model of the same vehicle, Alex stepped in and reminded us that it’s better to spend a little more for a vehicle we will be 100% happy with long term. Especially with all of the features that the platinum comes with. Thanks to him we were able to finally find a vehicle we love! He was very kind and worked diligently to make the process go as smoothly as possible. I would definitely recommend everyone to go to him for their car buying needs!

I was taken care of by Michelle and her amazing team.Upon arrival to Nissan of Gilroy, I was greeted and welcomed by Maria. Maria is a sales associate at Nissan. After a few questions and laps around the lot, Maria and I were able to narrow down the perfect Nissan for me.I decided on a Nissan Sentra 2024. Maria walked me through all the different trim models that Nissan of Gilroy had to offer. I test drove them all after Maria insisted to find the one I felt most comfortable in.I finally came to a decision on which model and trim was best for me, all thanks to Maria’s dedication to go above and beyond when helping her clients. I chose a Nissan Sentra 2024 in the SV trim in the Gun Metallic color.After a few moments Maria introduced me to her lovely general manager Michelle who informed me that Nissan of Gilroy did not have the color I wanted in their lot. But Michelle told me not to worry she would make a few calls and have the car in her lot. I trusted in Michelle, and Michelle and her team got back to me in less than 12 hours.Michelle went above and beyond to find me the Nissan Sentra SV 2024 in Gun Metallic. I was impressed with commitment and promise to do her best and get me the car that I wanted. After getting the car to Nissan of Gilroy. 2023-09-19 04:27:34To Mario, Emilio and I believe his name was Christian who was so nice to show me and educate me on my new car! I know it’s been just a few days, but I’m so happy and absolutely in love with my new car. As a second time Nissan Sentra owner I’m pretty impressed with this vehicle and all the upgrades in comparison to my previous car, but after 15 years this one is just a magnificent car all around and with so many upgrades I’m just blown away! I had a okay experience with my first Nissan Sentra back in 08 at another dealership near my house, but taking a hour drive to Gilroy was nothing compared to the service I got. I truly appreciate all these three men who helped me this past Sunday. Thank you so much for taking care of my needs and the warm welcoming feeling my family and I were given, but over all the upmost professionalism you all had. I’m super appreciative for the service and I’m so happy that my second car continues to be a Nissan Sentra! Many thanks to you all. I’ll be referring family and friends because you all took such good care of me.

2024-05-28 15:36:43It took a very long time to get the battery for my vehicle. Everyone was kind and respectful! If there is a known problem with batteries for a certain car, they should keep a few in stock to replace them as needed. I found out after the fact from a few friends that the battery problem I had with my Leaf was a known problem with no current fix beside replacement. I certainly hope they are working on this problem. I have no problem with the staff or the service. I just have a problem with the length of time it takes to get the part to fix the problem .

2024-03-25 23:10:30When a person pays the dealership price for an oil change that can be obtained at any shop for much less, it is nice to get a car wash out of it. In my experience, other dealerships offer this perk. I’ve had oil changed there twice and did not get this perk. When asked, the representative said the car washing person wasn’t in that day. This happened twice so I’m assuming this happens more times than not. I will be taking my car elsewhere for my next oil change. Three stars for a job well done. Lost two stars for missing the car wash.

2024-03-11 14:06:30I brought in my vehicle which is fairly new for a repair but initially I was very disappointed because I was told the warranty on that particular repair expired at 36,000 miles and my odometer was reading 36,800. I was told the repair would cost $750. I was definitely not happy about that but eventually it was fixed and to my biggest surprise, they canceled the payment and covered it under the warranty. I was extremely delighted and grateful for that. Jose at the reception was very courteous and kind through the process.Ill definitely bring my car to Nissan Gilroy for all maintenance. I trust their work ethic.
