Okay but RENE! He was so kind, informative, personable and made the process so easy. I highly recommend looking for him, hes one of those salespeople that you can really trust throughout the process. After we bought the car, my son was asking if we can hangout with Rene sometime. His manager Chris was very straightforward and real, which gave me confidence in my purchase. Victor in finance was thorough, personable, and albeit quick when it came to the contract. No weird loopholes, very transparent when it came to each contract.Plus, all in all, the price for my used vehicle was incredibly fair and below market average. Clean title, clean carfax, low mileage.10/10 would shop here again.

The Service Rep Brandon was great, but the women at the payment desk were not friendly and even a bit rude. Made me feel like I was interrupting their “fun” when I tried to pay.I went in for a tire rotation and oil change. I don’t think they check the tires, on my drive home I noticed they still need air. Yes, it’s something I can do, but I would have thought it was included in the service. Disappointed.

I just finished a deal with Alinda and Chris. They were willing to negotiate with me and got me a really good deal! They did an excellent job and there was no pressure at all. I really liked how they were willing to adjust the down payment and the monthly payment that fit my needs. Now I can drive a brand new car for my son all the way to San Francisco! I appreciate their help and love their warm hospitality and service. I will definitely be coming back to look for cars here again.

Happy that I only waited 30 minutes for an oil change and 15 minutes for my car to get washed. All in all, I waited 45 minutes. Was in the neighborhood looking for my first new car purchase, walked onto the lot and was approached by an extremely friendly man named Junior. He introduced himself to my dad and I and spent time listening to what I was looking for. He showed us all of the Kicks they had on the lot and I ended up test driving 2 different models. Junior was so patient, attentive, polite and honest throughout the entire experience. Because of his attitude and demeanor it made my decision to buy from Nissan of Alhambra so much easier. Will visit dealership on Monday to try again.Despite 3 visits to the dealership and multiple calls to Nissan EVConnect my app to control function in my Leaf does not work. Great experience, I don’t like to be pressed or be advised for thinks that are really not needed when visiting a repair shop or dealer. Starting from the front desk, Brandon was very helpful in explaining what the options were and during the waiting time, he came and kept me up to date of what was being done to my car and the estimated waiting time, but, also kept the other customers around the waiting time informed of the status of their vehicles as well, in some other places the customer has to be keep asking for updates, not in others his place, keep the good work, that’s what brings customers back.

This was the most horrible experience Ive ever received in a dealership service center not only is my vehicle damaged. Returned with a cracked windshield the service director Michael Villano was rude and extremely condescendiente. Trying to blame for their lack of care. He refused to speak to me in the lobby where I had my small child entertained. I am beyond angry and disappointed. A simple oil change had turned into a over $400 problem. If I could give a lower review I would.

Expensive but great work and serviceI had an expensive repair but despite the sudden request they were able to acquire a new transmission and so all the work within a day and a half. I am deeply grateful and the person who managed my case was very kind and considerate of my situation. The whole fix (parts labor and all ) was a little pricy but I feel it was a fair price for everything involved including the speed with which the repairs were made.

Tomas was supper friendly and informative and if you choose to wait there they keep you updated. Had a really bad experience with the sales person. At first Jenny was really nice and helpful. We gave them every paper they asked for and we were told we got approved and they gave us the car. We started to receive different calls from Jenny saying that we need more proof of address and that if we didnt give it they would take the car. We gave then multiple papers and they did not want them they kept asking for our bank statements which we declined because we had provided multiple papers. After having the car for almost a month we received a paper saying the bank did not approve us. We went to the dealership to go figure something out and Victor was really rude. He practically told me that I didnt know anything and he gave me attitude. We took my brother since he has more experience buying cars and victor called him papash which my brother told him in a nicely manner that he did not like to be called that which angered Victor and told my brother to stop talking because it was none of his business. I did not like that he disrespected my brother and I told him he did not have to be rude because he told him in a nicely manner. He did not help us whatsoever and told us that its not up to him and that they could take the car away. I never expected to be treated this way by people who say are professional.

My appointment was with Hassan he was very professional and friendly. On June 21 2024 I went in for routine maintenance for my 2019 Altima SL and I came out of that dealership with a 2024 Nissan Frontier and that wouldnt have been possible if it wasnt for Alex and the rest of the sales team there at Nissan of Alhambra they took care of me and got me out of a contract that I have been trying to get out of for the longest time. I’m happy that they were able to fix my manufacture warranty after 2 years dealing with a non 100% radio or Bluetooth that city of Duarte always gave me the run around but My other concerns were not addressed rather keep my updated on my vehicle they never called me once I had to always call myself to ask about my vehicle. If not, they would have never called me. That’s only part that disappointed ☹️

For those who don’t know in the dealership this 2020 Rouge I own is actually used by my mother because I had decided to give the Rouge after refinancing it to my mother for her daily commutes. So I took my car in to get an oil change. I’ve been there before but this time someone has sticky fingers. daughter left her wallet in the glove department and she had a course some money in there and she was excited to go to the mall to spend it so she knows how much she had in there. On our way out she was counting her money because I asked her how much money she brought. She said she bought all her money that she got from Chinese New Year’s and she was counting she noticed she was missing $90 out of her the manager of the store said they have cameras in the bay but they can’t see inside. They just see what he is doing. So I guess we will take it as a loss. For sure, we will not be coming back to the dealership how disappointing. yes, it was a mistake for her to leave her wallet in our glove box, but she never knew so. We actually go through our glove box and steal her money. I guess he needed extra money for lunch or he forgot his lunch money. I could choose zero star I would choose zero star.

My service is always done good. The problem that I have is being pressured to pay a 1000 dollars every time I come to get an oil change. Juan said I needed to get my breaks done that I just got done also there was something with the battery which I also had just got a new one not to long ago. Now I supposedly have a leak which I did not have and my car is also parked in my garage and I have never seen anything leaking. Oh and my filter needs to be changed which I also got done recently. I see Alex is not there anymore and he would have said I needed these things done and he didn’t say that. Two vehicle bought from them in 6 months.Due to a vehicle accident (not my Nissan) in the family we had to go looking again for a new vehicle for my daughter. Months ago this place was rocking it, but for some reason Im seeing a lot of unprofessionalism. Jose there was great, but I heard two other employees cursing in front of customers near the waiting area while they were talking amongst themselves, and I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I purposely marked the tires one two three and four, because I have had this place not rotate my tires before when they said they did. Well it happened again and they did not rotate them. The numbers were in the same place which means they didnt rotate them at all. I dont know if Im going to ask for this service when I come here again. The oil change though seems to be on point and they did wash my car so I can only complain so much. But still I expected the tire rotation and its actually a potential road hazard. This makes me uneasy about trusting this dealership but I know they can do better

Scheduled an oil change and was available to take the car in the very next day. Service was expected to last 2 hours max and it took about 1 hour and a half so not too bad. Price for oil change is reasonable and worth spending the few extra bucks compared to going to a cheap service shop like Walmart. Also they run a basic check list of service and maintenance on your car and will go over it with you as well as let you keep a copy so you can see whats good and what work your car needs to get done. They even price out how much the service cost for whatever issues you need to get fixed with them, if you want to.I like how they dont try to push it on you and try to make you get extra service done on your car if anything they will let you know whats urgent to take care but also will inform you so you know what to take care of. Overally great service center and customer service is good.The waiting room provides coffee and water for free and theres a vending machine if you wish to purchase snacks.

In January I took my 2022 Frontier in for service because I was experiencing a malfunction that gave me an ABS, system warning and disabled my cruise control. Id like to change my review due too the situation this dealer ship has put me through and this review is more of a warning for anyone trying to get a car here, they did lie to me to get me to sign up, first off I only came in for the service the day I got my new car here, I only came in for service and I made the mistake of asking for the value of my car, that led into a salesman showing me all these different offers for cars and I did state at least 5 times That I was not looking for a car today I just wanted to know the value of my car, they wouldn’t tell me the value until the very end and I had a 2018 Nissan Sentra that was still in great condition, I told them I was looking into car to possibly get into the future, and I told them that whatever I would get I didn’t want to go over $500 a month that was my budget, most the cars they brought out were over my budget, I test drove a Altima that I liked but when it came to the price it was still over budget it came out too $509 a month, at this point two salesman are talking to me, I told them that it was over budget and was ready to leave but they said they could lower the price and they asked what could work for me, I told them $450 and they said we had a deal, that was the turning point of the sale because if they were honest with me I would still have my Sentra today, my first bill came out too $509 I contacted the dealership to see why that was, turns out the salesman can’t alter the prices for the cars and they just lied to get me to sign up, I said I wanted to talk to management and they put me to talk to the same salesman’s and he said he said he can only give me a Sentra for $450, for the car I already had, basically I’m now stuck with a car payment when I should’ve just kept my old car and if they were honest about the price the whole situation could have been avoided for me and of course they are taking no accountability about how they just set me up for this and I still haven’t been able to talk to management

Salesman Tony Banuelos was the best. He explained mega facts to me about the Kicks car engine, Propilot feature, pedestrian camera and the details of basic operation, including getting me set up on Nissan App from Google store. He went into some detail about synching my phone with the Bluetooth features inside the car. He was so very easy-going and pleasant to work with. I would recommend him and the dealership in a heartbeat. T Y Tony and Victor too!

He has been courteous, communicative and very helpful as I navigated the recalls and repairs on my new vehicle. The techs do a great job, fixing issues and leaving my car in a clean state. I’ve been to many other dealers in the past where cars are returned with paper and plastic wrap left in the car, so it was a nice surprise to get my car back from software recall washed and clean.If you ever need your Nissan serviced (I have a Nissan Ariya EV), go to Nissan of Alhambra and ask for Alex!

This is my Nissan dealer service place, I service my two cars here, even when I purchased them in a different dealership.There was a CSR named Ken; we was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable; then there was a visit when everyone was rude; then a couple of visits when we had Alex as our service rep; nice guy, helpful; then Laura, she was really nice; although she offered some oil change that wasn’t urgent and I took it; I told them about my breaks and at the beginning she said they were fine, when I picked up the car story was different; they needed replacements asap.This last time, I got Manuel, he’s nice, knowledgeable and friendly; everything seems good so far.01/06/2024- 7 am appointment, went to get my rogue serviced and got Manuel; polite, friendly and good service from him; he quoted a $500+ service; when I asked if service was increased so much since usually oil change was $150; he mentioned that he had that too, and that was nice from him and good enough for me. However, from the 7 people who were there at the same time and my car was taken on 4th place I was left last and took a little above two hours to be handed back, every person on my time slot left and no explanation was offered; even when I pointed the fact via text. It looked like “since you aren’t willing to get overcharged well you need to waist time” also coffee maker was broken so … Nissan Alhambra do better.6/22 Time for the 50k service !! It was surprisingly fast and easy. I did ask for the 50k service, however they did only oil change, filters I want to believe, inspection on brakes, and ac.

Bought a brand new car that was delivered to me. The process went smooth and I got the car after dark. The next morning I saw that my gray car had white paint overspray all over the passenger side door. Called the dealer and was told I had to take my car to them and could not bring to another dealer close to me. They wanted me to drive 50 miles in Los Angeles traffic, wait to get it done or get a rental, spend my day off waiting and then bring the rental back to get my car when done. Totally unacceptable as I am having to take a lot of my time because of their mistake. Terrible experience. DO NOT buy a car at this dealership!

This review has been long overdue. I’ve been to this location a handful of times for service for my Nissan. And every time the Service department is perfectly professional and polite. However, it’s the dept. manager I’d like to highlight. He consistently goes far beyond the call of duty to ensure customers have the best experience possible. I’m always floored by his positive disposition and friendly demeanor. He really has made experience a pleasant one and I always feel like they care about providing the best service and experience. And that that comes from the top, their manager. Who has really just been fantastic. So if you ever need service for your Nissan or whatever other cars they do here, please give them a call.
