Im an employee of a company that uses NINJIO and i love the videos. I do wish there was a way to watch them more than once and have the ability to see past videos. Each episode is engaging, entertaining and extremely informative. I would love to be able to watch them in my down time as well and show my children so that they can learn to be aware as well.

Ive been a loyal user of Ninjio for quite some time, but the recent software update/migration has left me extremely frustrated. The lack of support during this transition, coupled with issues in the phishing reporter, has been a major disappointment.The software update itself introduced several issues, and trying to get assistance from the support team has been a nightmare. The responses are not only delayed but also seem to only half-answer the initial questions. Its incredibly frustrating to feel like my concerns, especially regarding post-update challenges, are not being taken seriously.Moreover, the phishing reporter, a critical component for user security, has been unreliable since the update. Ive encountered difficulties in reporting and addressing phishing incidents effectively. This is a serious concern as security should be a top priority for any software dealing with sensitive information.As a user, I expect a certain level of support, especially when dealing with software updates that can significantly impact my workflow. The lack of communication, effective solutions, and the ongoing issues with the phishing reporter have seriously tarnished my experience with Ninjio.I sincerely hope the company addresses these support and security issues promptly, as its crucial for users to feel supported, valued, and secure, especially during times of change like software updates. Until then, I cannot recommend Ninjio with the current state of support and security concerns they provide.

The Ninjio cybersecurity training provided by my employer is excellent. Occasional 5 minute (or less) episodes that are entertaining and provide simple, useful information.

I receive Ninjio trainings and alerts thru my work place. The lessons have been awesome for all areas of tech and internet for work and beyond.
