These guys are amazing! Had a blackout screen took it in they replaced it, I was on my way to dinner when I picked it up and didn’t really examine my phone. Noticed a black spot on the screen when I went to read before bed. Took it back the next morning and explained what the problem was. Came back to pick my phone up and they discovered that my battery had warped inside and it was not caused by my phone case like I thought.From what I have read cell phone manufacturers seem to make it totally necessary to have to upgrade your phones on a regular basis. Needless to say they replaced my battery and gave me a new case at no charge! I can’t say enough how happy I am with the professional manner in which they run this business and how they go above and beyond to make their customers happy! Thanks Again!

When my daughter dropped her S8 Note, I did not have much hope for it. The front and back of the phone were both damaged, and the screen had turned completely green and was flickering.I called Niles Phone Repair and spoke with Obed, who assured me he could fix it and offered a quote right away.His service was exceptional from the start, and he went out of his way to communicate with me throughout the process from ordering the parts to dropping the phone off, picking it up, and following up to make sure it was working.I had been skeptical because of the phones condition, but he said the repair would only take half an hour. When I picked up the phone, I could hardly believe my eyes. It looks like new and is even faster than it was before! This is wonderful for something I didnt even know could be fixed.I will be calling Niles Phone Repair any time I need work done on a cell phone.Thank you!

First time trusting a place besides Apple to fix my phone. Glad I did! Kinda mad I didn’t do it sooner. I’ve had a cracked/crushed screen for so long, causing it to snag my pocket each time I took it out and prevent me from truly using my front camera because it distorted the light and was all blurry. In under an hour and for $99 Niles fixed the whole screen and it’s shiny and newer looking again. Functions flawlessly. He really saved me a ton of money that Apple would have charged and it was so fast. I have an iPhone 8 so usually it’s a hassle because of how much older of a model it is so I was relieved when he said it was no problem at all. Definitely recommend.

Dude charged me 150$ to fix my screen. Order the wrong one and took two weeks to complete. I got a half a block away and my stylus fell out and the back looks like it was opened and glued back together. It now jumps from app to app and glitches all day long. Never had a problem til then. Id never go back there.

These guys know their stuff. I cracked the glass on the back of my phone and Nile was quick to provide a reasonable quote and accept the job. He and his employee had me back up and running within a few hours. These guys provide premium service and knowledge. I highly recommend this establishment.Update: 12/23/21I cracked the back glass on my phone, again! My second time using Nile’s service was as positive as the last. I left my phone with him for the day and was pleased with the quality of the replacement and the price. Shortly after, I returned with an an issue with the responsiveness of the volume buttons on the phone. Nile fixed the issue quickly and at no additional cost. These guys definitely go above and beyond for their customers. Exceptional customer service. Will undoubtedly return the next time I break my phone.

My ps5 was overheating because of dust so I cleaned it and broke the fan cable where it attaches at motherboard (a bad break and a big deal that includes micro soldering to repair) I brought it to Niles phone repair and in 3 days my ps5 was cleaned and repaired perfectly and I was back in action for a fraction of the price of sending it in or buying a new ps5. Well worth it and couldn’t be happier

Texted owner and he quoted me 59 dollars and go in for the repair and than is quoted 235. Still have text. Dont recommend it. Get it done by an authorized facility. Its alot more economical to buy another device than have it repaired.

I had ran over my Samsung s8+ it was toast, front and back. looked around and found Niles phone repair. before i called i looked up the cost for a refurbished phone. $250.00. Nile quoted me somewhere around $299.00. I would have got the new phone had I been able to unlock my phone and get my data transferred but i was unable to. i was basically paying an extra $50 dollars for my information, and $50.00 for labor as I know parts to fix would be around $200.00. Im all about small business if they have good customer relations. Nile and his brother were very nice and didnt disappoint. I always question until all of my thoughts have been answered and that, sometimes can be annoying Im sure. But they were more then happy to listen then address my thoughts with sound advice/information. I had them throw a new battery in while they we re e at it at a cost of $69 i think. all in all i paid less then $400 and very happy with the service. i will go back without a doubt is i need this service in the future.

Fast, easy battery replacement. When I say fast, I mean 10 minutes or less. Very polite! I would not hesitate to recommend Niles to anyone. Price was right.If I had used staples, they would have sent it out and charged twice as much and no telling how long it would have taken.Be aware that on Sundays they don’t open till 10 am though internet says 9 am

Cracked IP10 screen. Called Spectrum Mobile. Referred me to Niles Phone Repair. Called Niles. $149 and it would take 15 minutes. Got there. Met Rod, Niles brother. Both were friendly, efficient, competent, and professional. They take cash only. Worked for me. HIGHLY recommended!!! And he did not ask me to Yelp their business. I like that.

I love Niles Phone Repair! I used Niles years ago for a screen replacement and was happy with the results.Recently, I needed a new battery for my iPhone. After making an appointment at Best Buy for this to be done, I showed up to find that it would be a 2-3 hour wait. I’m not sure what the appointment did for me? I didn’t have the time for this, so I left.It was then that I remembered Niles. Found that he had a storefront now, so I called about my battery replacement. They assured me it could be done. I asked how long it would take. They said about 10 minutes, unless it was busy, in which case it would take 20. Did I need to make an appointment? Not necessary, they said, just drop on by.Came in the next day. Super friendly and courteous, as I remembered, and they seemed a little busy, but I was assured it wouldn’t take more than 20 minutes. They also coached me on some battery tips, and let me know to come right back if I encountered any problems.The cost was $9 more than Best Buy, but for the convenience, it was an easy decision. Was in and out in the promised 20 minutes.One thing: they are cash only. I never carry cash, so I had to run to an ATM

Cant say enough good things about Niles phone repair. I had him make two separate repairs on my husbands phone, a cracked screen repair and a battery repair. Its been maybe a month and his phone is working great. Nile is also a cheery, friendly person and has fair prices! Would definitely recommend his services!

I had dropped my samsung 8 note several years ago, but needed to recover photos and info in my phone. However I couldnt access the top functions on my screen, only the bottom half of my phone would function. I dropped it off to these guys around 4:00pm and it was ready around 5:00pm same day. Good job my phone was repaired and all functions were accessable. Very nice and professionial business. If I need any quick fixes in the future Im going here. For reference a Samsung 8 plus front and back glass screen repair will cost about $250.00 reasonably and quick

The best place to repair your phone and get some really good accessories. These guys are very friendly, professional, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help you. They got some used phones for sale too. They have extremely reasonable prices and Id say probably the best around. They fixed my iPhone very fast and charged much much less than other places and repair shops. They are honest and excellent at customer service. It was close to 100 degrees outside and thirsty and just took it on themselves to bring me a cold water bottle.They have definitely earned my business. Thank you Nile!Kudos!

Nile is the best electronics repair guy I used by far. I wish that one day he leaves that town and comes here to PA. Down to earth, honest, and loves to save you money. I first had him replace my iphone X cracked screens for pennies (in comparison to other options) while I was standing in front of him!!! I almost cried when I dropped that phone. then, while I was visiting there in CA, I brought him a samsung tablet that was pretty expensive and no one else could repair. and he did a great job after explaining the options and procedures. The first time you meet him, youll be impressed and save a lot.

Only good thing I can say is that he fixed my screen same day. Phone had a cracked screen but all other functions intact. Brought it in and on replacement the new screen does not line up, clearly not fit and sealed correctly. Also the speaker when talking on the phone no longer worked upon picking up phone. Was working fine when I called him on my phone to make the appointment. Claims speaker was damaged when the screen was cracked. Cmon man you know thats not true. Like most I was in a hurry to get my phone fixed but do yourself a favor and wait if necessary bc if you take your phone here it will be an inferior repair.

Im not sure why this place has such high reviews. While the speed is nice, the quality of the service is anything but. Weve had 4 phone screens replaced as a family, all of which have either resulted in yet another broken screen, or faulty hardware (ex. buttons, finger print sensor, camera). I took my s10+ in for a replacement, and two days later I notice a fracture in the corner of my screen; another day passes by and the small fracture has now splintered across the entirety of my phone. A little funny considering I hadnt left my house during the entire incident and managed to only charge my phone once, an indication as to how little it was being used. I never once dropped it, sat on it, placed it upside down, etc. All 4 of our screens are now cracked once again, and our warranty with Samsung (which we were told by the owner of the store was nonexistent), has expired. If you have a Samsung phone, make sure its not already covered by warranty before getting anything replaced on it, dont just try and find the next best option because youre in a rush. If its not covered, take the extra time to find a trained and verified samsung dealer that does repairs, youll be glad.

I had my screen replaced for $140. When I picked up the phone i noticed the screen had a brown tinge and black spots. the screen looked as if it was not even meant for the phone. A few days later the screen started coming apart from the device, I took it back and he said he had fixed the problem but the screen still had issues and the next day went completely black. i called and asked him to fix it again but said id have to pay for a new screen. Do not waste your time.

This place has such high reviews, and I’ll grant them the fact that they are quick. But I have a Samsung Galaxy S7. The screen was destroyed. They charged me $200 to fix it. And the next day it doesn’t work at all. The screen is blacked out completely. I don’t know what’s they did to it, but do not go here. They will rip you off. And you can only pay in cash without getting a receipt.

The last time I went there I came in to fix my iPad the had a cracked screen with the button still working and the next day I came the guy tell my I fixed but one problem is that the button doesn’t work and he just gives it back to me without giving me a discount or anything. And his excuse on the button not working was “oh probly when you dropped it the button stoped working” even though when I was showing him the iPad I was pressing the button and he was pressing the button when I was showing him when it was cracked.

Was very disappointed with the quality of my phone repair. The back is spotted two different colors because of the high amount of glue they put in the phone. Also, they had to redo the back because the first time it was splitting before I left the store.

Had the speaker “cleaned” because when on the phone it sounded far alway. Picked up the phone and now you can hear but there is a visible hole in the speaker. It also scratches your ear while on the phone. If it was to dirty to clean should have just said so
