The Nikki Kaur Allstate agency is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. A never ending revolving door of young agents. I never talk to the same person twice. It’s very difficult to speak with a manager. They also forbid me from speaking to Nikki Kaur herself.They decided to raise my rate 54% this year because of a mistake from mileage recorded on their end from 2001. When I tried to reason with them, they said there was nothing they could do. My car is five years old and I have a perfect driving record. I have 43,000 miles on it and they tried to insist that I drive 17,000 miles a year!. I simply told them to do the math and use common sense. Their refusal to work with me was so infuriating!!! I just withdrew my auto, renters and umbrella policy from them and transferred to a new agency. They suck on personal service. I would give them zero stars if I could.

They wasted my time. I made appointment for car insurance through the web site, it was confirmed. And when I got there, they told me, that currently they dont do that, so I need to go to another office.

“Not in good hands”I needed commercial insurance for on demand delivery. I was sold a temporary business policy. Allstate Is covering delivery jobs during the Pandemic, but with no guarantee of how long. I need commercial for a full year and continued to search for other available options. I found a better policy for less premium and was exactly what I needed for a full year, then Allstate of Anaheim, Ca informed me when I canceled they would charge me $300 for 5 days insurance, which is 10% of a years premiums, when they can not even cover me for a year with commercial insurance guaranteed. I asked if they could give me a quote before I canceled, and they informed me they no longer do on demand insurance. Then Why did they sell this temporary policy in the first place ??? I feel totaled deceived and stolen from. A total of $300 for 5 days insurance, wow, unbelievable from such a advertised company on TV. Their answer to me was sorry, our policy is on page 6 of your policy, which I got in the mail 2-3 weeks later, today 2/6/2021. Do you read ever line in your policy? Or do you rely on honest agents to inform you of cooling off fees or cancelation fees ?I trusted the nice happy agent I talked to, yet I was taken for $300. Geico is only $20 cancelation fee when I asked them. They need to inform all customers of their over the top penalty for canceling a policy, and why a full year? They can’t even insure me for a year with on demand insurance. I wish I never trusted their greedy hands. Their policy serves their hands ! Not the customers wallet, look out !!!

Nikki Kaurs Allstate company has been great. I have had only one insurance payout in my life. And Allstate stepped up and took care of the issue without any problems

Ive done marketing for a major solar company generating a million a month I know marketing and I know professional and this company is on point theres always going to be somebody thats negative but I only focus on the positives when it comes to value and customer service Allstate is the best

I was with State Farm before I switch the prices are very different here get more coverage for less You don’t understand On the coverage they take the time out explain it to you Why go somewhere else !!!
