Nifty Package Co truly one of a kind service - they listened to our idea then set about to make it happen! Willingness to create something not on their list was a blessing! A throw back to a time when people put in the effort to make a customer happy. Pride in ownership and customer satisfaction. A lost art! We will certainly use them often!

Michelle and her staff were amazing. They hand delivered a package for a same day delivery for my daughter and her new husband for their honeymoon. they could not have ben more helpful. I forgot to fill out a gift card, so I emailed Michelle and she got right back to me and said they would take care of it. They even added cookies that said LOVE on them to the order. Nice touch! First Class service all the way!

We’ve worked with Nifty Package Co. on numerous occasions and recently began using their personal, handwritten message service.Whether it’s handwriting personal thank you cards, assisting with the selection of individualized gifts, or sending a gift basket ordered from the website, Michelle and her team make the recipient feel special. The high rating for this company is well-deserved. Small in size they are, but large in presence and quality of product. I explained to Patty a general idea of the basket I imagined for an occasion. She listened and somehow managed to povide a basket that was even better than Id imagined. Also the items that she strageically placed inside were so well accepted and enjoyed at the event. This company is now on my Favorites Google Maps list.

I hate to admit it but I occasionally forget someone’s birthday or special occasion. Too late to mail anything. So, I call Nifty Package and they save me! Their baskets are so special and my family loves them. They are beautiful and you can tell they really care. They have even delivered on a same day call-in to save my daughter’s birthday. Thank you Nifty Package for keeping me in the running for mom-of-the-year! Lol

I have never worked with a professional gift wrapping company before and Nifty Packaging made the experience a dream! My company needed some beautiful gifts delivered (sort of last minute) and working with Nifty took the stress out of what I thought was going to become a stressful task to pull off. I’m so grateful I found them and I will be a customer for life.
