It gives me great confidence in my day to day life that if i ever need help with my coverage of something ever happened to me she’d be literally a lifeline. 2023-03-23 16:29:13I had a great conversation with Lindsey who was very kind and helpful to get me information about coverage for my local area. However, when I had problems with my coverage, I called back and asked for help, to which Lindsey promised to follow up and return my call. I never received a call back or follow up. After leaving three messages for a return call, I gave up and pursued the problem through the insurance claims department and things were not resolved in my favor. In the end I was very disappointed and not likely to call back, because the service is not consistent.

2023-03-23 00:18:46Lindsey goes above and beyond to help with insurance. I’m definitely not the easiest customer and she always has patience and does her absolute best to get me going with insurance. I can’t recommend this company enough. Insurance these days is a serious headache, and Lindsey literally takes on the headache for us. Sorry and thanks!
