I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in December 2023, everything from the sales to the finance manager was pretty smooth transaction. Overall would definitely recommend the dealer. I haven’t been back since the renovation, but driving by from the street. It looks really nice now!

My husband and I had a wonderful recent car buying experience at Niello BMW Elk Grove. Their sales advisor quickly found the particular car we were looking to purchase, and expertly explained all the new features built into todays vehicles. The financing was an easy process, and not as time-consuming as so often is the case during the purchasing process. The showroom has been redesigned for the customers comfort and the staffs efficiency. We have used the Niello Elk Grove service department to work on our cars for several decades, and highly recommend their mechanics for all BMW repairs and servicing.

I see most of the reviews are pretty solid here so I decided to reach out. Through text but rep had asked me about price and I told him my range (which was on the spot estimated) and he told me with no effort wasnt reasonable and to reach back out when have a reasonable price. Funny, went to another BMW dealership not too far and they told me they would work with me on the price (which is what we want to hear and the effort counts) we actually got really close to what I was hoping for. Very happy with my purchase there. I def recommend some sales/customer service training.

Jerome was a great help and support! The financing advisor Po honestly made me want to leave and never look back! His negative attitude and energy frustrated me. Dave Webb made the sale part so easy. We drove down 3 hours and picked up the car. The 7 day/700 mile warranty was needed for a few things which they honored. Id like to share my experience..The satisfaction of acquiring a car extends beyond the vehicle itself; its significantly shaped by the salespersons attitude. I wont be receiving the vehicle for free; instead, Ill be making a substantial investment. Unfortunately, the interaction left me with a negative impression due to what I perceived as arrogance.An illustration of this is the dealerships commitment to a one-price strategy. However, conveying this with arrogance differs greatly from explaining it politely.Moreover, stating that I dont appreciate honesty is inaccurate. I value honesty and politeness.In our conversation, when you printed the quote and placed it on the table, Suddenly you turned the paper upside down while I was reading it. I believe there are more effective and respectful methods to positively influence customers to choose your dealership.X, if you come across this message, my suggestion is to focus on fostering a more respectful attitude.
