Updating post from 3 star to 1Going on 3 months and theyve still not been able to get the paperwork for registration sorted out. Theyre completely reactive and only take action when you call and remind them that you exist.Theyre nice about it, but its lost its appeal. I just want license plates for my car and its at least another month out.I held off lowering the review until today; I again didnt receive a call I was promised. This means they forgot.The car is great except Ive had to buy 3 quarts of oil for it. I also discovered that it makes loud clunking noise during a full turn.I dont regret buying the car as I made sure to buy a warranty on it. I just regret buying it from them.--------------------------------------------------------------Original post below:Overall Okay experience, but with caveats.There was nothing done amazingly right or wrong. The purchase was from out of state, so the communication was A LOT more strenuous than it needed to be. I had to follow up 4 times and call the main line before they realized I was serious. There wasnt any follow-through by the assigned salesperson.I ended up buying the car. It was delivered. The interior and overall condition of the car was great. They did detail it very well. I ended up getting a low oil warning on day two, which they disregarded until it became more serious. That was pretty disappointing. The fix was to add more oil, but I wish all of that was done prior to receiving the car.The Finance Manager VERY communicative and on his A game. Oddly he added the most value to the Niello brand and experience. The sales was the most disappointing. The effort just wasnt there.The overall experience was average. I did get the feeling that onsite customers get priority, so Id urge you to conduct the deal in person if able.

Jackie Westlake of Niello Audi (Auburn Blvd. location) is the reason I was convinced that the Audi Q5 Prestige was the right car for me. She clearly explained the pros and cons of leasing vs. purchasing,ran the numbers for me and she answered all my questions with expertise and utmost professionalism. The rest of the staff: Steve, David and everyone who assisted me were all incredibly helpful and friendly. A Special thank you to Jacob & Steve in sales & Kyle in finance! Did you know a Luxury car CAN be affordable? I was skeptical but they made it happen & UNDER BUDGET! Now this is what you call an upgrade! Dont waste time paying for ordinary when you can get luxury for about the same payment every month!

Great customer service and overall experience.Cesar Reynoso was my sales rep, Peter finance manager, Steve and Andrew the managers and David tech guy.Called and agreed on a price prior to going in. Speedy and courteous processs once I got there (non of the drawn out, slick car sales process were all used to...). They honored what they said, and I was out of there with the new car in under two hours.5 star car buying experience

Niello’s service department is top tier from the quality of service provided all the way to their service team. I exclusively took my 2009 Audi A5 to Niello over the years that I had it and always had it serviced with Erik Carr. I can’t recommend him and his team enough, especially if you’re looking for someone who cares about your Audi.I bought a car that had repairs that were far outside of my means at the time but Erik’s honest service always kept me on the road safely and I never had an issue with my car outside of needing things replaced through wear and tear. They always expressed what was most important and what could wait and I never once felt like my car was in the wrong hands.I no longer have the Audi, and drive a Subaru now but I want to say thank you Erik, for helping me keep a dream car of mine on the road for a lot longer than it was expected to lolSee you next time!

Everyone is so nice and helpful. We recently had our car serviced here and were happy with our experience. Previously we were looking at a car for sale there and the sales lady who helped us was very knowledgeable about the car of interest. We highly recommend this place for sales and service.

I have owned and serviced two Audis here over the course of 5 years and unfortunately the level of service has declined significantly. I think the issue stems from not having enough staff to handle the volume of business. The waiting area is always crowded and unclean My service advisor always seems rushed during the pick up and drop off. There is little to no communication, my most previous service appt I had to call twice over two days to get an update. None of my issues were addressed. Additionally at my most recent service appointment they scratched my car, said they would check their check in photos of the car and just never got back to me.Service loaners are practically non existent.They don’t wash your car any more. They give you a voucher for a car wash nearby which isn’t terribly convenient.There was no problem taking my $50k when I bought the car but the quality of service I have received has been sub par and is leading me to consider a different brand and dealer group when it is time for a new car.

Cain was a great salesman, and I would recommend him to anyone. The dealership made a very low offer for my trade-in, but I was pleasantly surprised when they accepted my counter offer which I felt was a fair deal. They did charge $895 for a tracking device on a car that already comes with tracking, so that seems like a hidden upcharge that I should have argued against. Highly recommend getting an appointment. I showed up without one and couldnt get any help. I left and came back with an appointment and I was treated right.
