I always told myself that I wanted to purchase a vehicle from Niello someday.From the first day I walked in the week prior when I was shopping make/models Moe Lopez greeted me with enthusiasm and made me feel at home immediately. After he took me on a test drive and I fell in love with Liquid Carbon Charcoal colored SUV that happened to be a pre-owned 2022 Acura MDX A-Spec.I went back yesterday and purchased exactly what I had been looking for. I met with Moe who had been communicating with from Day 1 and he made my purchase very quick and smooth.I was then introduced to Brian Watkins (Sales Manager) who gave me a great experience and a superb deal.You guys were stellar!Niello has a great reputation and I will always recommend them to anyone looking for a quality performance car.I’ll be back soon.

My family and I purchased a vehicle from Niello Acura and it was a great experience. Daniel Johnson our salesman was a very kind and polite person, he doesn’t get pushy or talk down when you don’t want something. We got a chance to meet the GM Jimmy who was a very courteous and professional person. Our finance manager Randy was great and very welcoming, no pressure to purchase additional things. Our sales manager Pedro was also very polite and understanding of our objective. We appreciated how honorable the entire organization was and appreciate all the work they put into helping us.

I had to take my MDX in for a recall, and my experience was great! Scheduling was easy, and they have a nice area to wait with wifi and refreshments. My service didnt take long at all, they printed a thorough report, and I appreciate that any suggested services are sent to you via text. Everyone was also very kind.

Don’t buy this bronco it has electrical problems. I returned it before my 7 days was up. The radio cuts out even after it was looked at by Ford. The staff was unapologetic and unhelpful especially Gary and Yana. Gary stated he will sell it to the next person without a care in the world.

Poor customer service. Maintenance representative used misguiding words to suggest more repairs were needed than actually needed, and paid to diagnose a rattle that they ignored. Told to bring car back the next day for a very fast repair, but was later told I needed to leave the car for the entire day when I called to schedule the repair. However, when I made plans to drop it off, I was told it was only an hour long repair. When I filled out survey, maintenance manager left me a voicemail to resolve this issue but never returned my calls.Took my car for service to diagnose rattling seats and a tire alignment. After first day of service I was told I needed 2 new control arms despite just having 2 control arms installed not even a year earlier, as well as new brake pads which were replaced 5 months earlier. The repair representative immediately walked back these claims when I told him these and said I ACTUALLY only needed a $10 control arm locking pin instead of the $1200 control arms suggested to me, and they were merely suggesting the new brake pads because they arent Acura brand brake pads. In regards to the seats rattling, the representative acknowledged they can also hear the seats rattle at city road speeds but said the seats were tightened to specs and advised I either spray the rails with foam, or suggested the seat rails may be worn. End of conversation. I paid $220 to have that rattle resolved and was merely told well theyre tight but heres some ideas for you to try yourself and was handed back the keys.I seriously considered just trading the car in for a Toyota they had on the lot. My very first car was an Acura RSX and served me well and lasted me 10 years. This MDX I currently have has been in and out of maintenance at least 3 times per year and we cant keep up with the maintenance it requires. We know for a fact we wont get 10 years out of this MDX and with 3 trips to mechanics per year that is inexcusable. Im fortunate that I dont live in Sacramento anymore and deal with a dealership that I trust more.

I would never recommend any Niello dealership to anyone looking for a new car. They will force you to get a tracking device even when you tell them you dont want it. The car I bought has tracking built in... but they cant access that so they want tracking that they can control. I should not have to pay so they can track me. Later they told me they would refund this amount but it was a lie and never happened. If anyone reading this has a car from Niello check your trunk. The device that you see is a tracking device that they say thiefs cant find and its just sitting there in the open next to your spare tire or air compressor.

You didnt fix my sun viser, my car is under warranty, Im filing a formal complaint with the bbb of California. They lied about my warranty. They said I was cover from bumper to bumper on my warranty. The salesman said i only had to stay on the regular maintenance personnelly. Then i was cover from bumper to bumper. Why isnt my sun viser fix then?

2nd new car in the last two years bought here. Purchase went good and had no problems. Had the car for a month now. Still notice my trade in has not been paid off yet. Called Honda to see if they have any records. Was told no payoff yet and no records of my new in there system either. Called dealership to be told because of all the holidays it’s taken a while to get done. They call be back and say I need to pay 2nd payment so Acura and finish my paperwork. Just very irritated with these findings. Nobody ever called on these delays. If I didn’t call would it have been taken care of. Just bad communication with business side of it. Definitely make me think about some else next car purchase next time.

Jonathan was the salesman who helped me last summer.. I was dreaming of trading in my 2022 Lexus NX250 - I just wasnt thrilled with it.When I told him what I liked about my 2010 Rav4 and the Lexus, he showed me the 2023 RDX. 😍Immediately it felt like the one. I needed speed, space, agility, style, luxury (but not too much - I have kids..), and Im a sucker for natural light. 📷The RDX had everything I wanted and more.When I was finally ready to pull the trigger and trade in the Lexus, several months had passed. All the while Jonathan kept his ears to the ground for me and a watchful eye on the inventory. 🙌I looked at Carmax and what they had available - in comparison it was roached and not worth the headache.I ended up back at Niello the same day I visited Carmax, Jonathan just so happened to send me a new arrival - and it was PERFECT. 😍 I spend a lot of time in the car and being comfortable/enjoying the ride is important to me. 😉Ive been to Roseville Toyota and Lexus for service and sales.. neither compare to the smooth transactions Ive experienced at Niello.Chris in finance is a professional and had me financed and in my dream car in a jiffy. 🫶 (Im impatient/lazy and didnt seek financing elsewhere.) 🤷‍♀️ I highly recommend bringing in your own financing, though. The process is proving to be painstakingly slow to fund my trade-in. 🫣In short, my experience with sales and finance was stellar. ✨️My vehicle ended up in for service to have the moon roof popping noise fixed. After 8 yrs in my Acura TL, our son needed a car and we felt safe giving him mine, we did our research and narrowed it down to 4 models, Acura MDX, Lexus GX, Audi Q7 & the Lincoln Aviator. Working with David was “easy like Sunday morning.” He was engaged and professional, and most importantly personable. I did not feel at any point like a transaction. I went into this dealership to get my car repair and I was not happy with my service writer Brian Evens. This person had poor customer service skills and apparently there was a coupon out and he never offered me the coupon. I had to speak to a gentleman named Kerry and he offered me the coupon. I then asked Brian, why didn’t you offer me a coupon for my car repair and his answer was I do not always track the coupons. That’s poor customer service in my book. The dealership completed lost me as their customer and I will not shop niello again because of this terrible experience I had. This is the service industry, a people pleasing industry and not being offered a simple coupon to save money on the auto repair, there is no excuse for that. I will never go back to this or any other Neillo dealership due to this situation. Thank you.

I had an good experience with Niello Volvo in the past with the purchase of my used highlander. so when I was searching for my daughters car and they had the exact model and trim I was looking for I decided to give them a call with the confidence it would be an easy no haggle experience. Because I live out of town and the whole process can be done remotely It sounded really convenient and saves a wasted day sitting in the dealership. Unfortunately after completing all of the paperwork and reaching out to the sales team multiple times to get through the process. At the last minute I was informed that they were adding on a key retrieval and replacement system/Warranty and they had also installed a security and tracking system to locate the vehicle. They said the price for these add ons were 1800 dollars. I immediately told them I did not want these things and would not be paying interest on 1800 dollars of unwanted add ons over the life of my loan. They responded by stating that they could remove the key warranty but they had pre installed the security/tracking system on all of their vehicles and I had no choice but to pay the 900 dollars for the system! Hell no! ! If this add on is part of the vehicle and I have no choice but to pay for it. This should be included as part of the vehicles advertised price if it’ Integral part of the vehicle, this is just false advertising. They don’t want to jack up the price on the web because all of these price tracking web sites would say the vehicle is overpriced so they try and hit you at the last minute with predetermined add on charges to take advantage of the market situation. I walked out on the deal and I will never be back as long as this continues. and I hope no one else will fall for this strong arm tactic and will walk out as well. Don’t encourage this behavior at any dealership or they will keep doing it. On a positive note I was able to locate the same exact vehicle with 50k less miles for the same price niello had before they tried to pull a fast one on me. I say run don’t walk away from this dealer until they clean up their act. Be your own best advocate don’t let these dealers take advantage. Post pandemic they have been raking in record profits!

The customer service representatives are prompt, courteous, communicate clearly, and follow up with any issues or concerns. They are transparent about the car diagnostics and any repairs needed, always contact my warranty to see what is covered, and ask approval before proceeding. They also gave me a fantastic deal on new tires for my car. I price-checked and found their prices to be at or below most other prices online for a top-of-the-line brand. I went in to look at a specific car. The service was pretty good BUT I told these guys that I didn’t want them to run my credit a bunch of times. I wanted to just see what my credit score was and a round about of what my numbers would look like. Then if I wanted to we could move forward. I never told them to move forward. They did the exact opposite. They didn’t do what I had asked them to do and I didn’t even end up buying that car so they did it for no reason and I’m the one who has to live with all of those inquires on my credit report. Very very upsetting. They should do what the customer requests of them rather than doing what they want to do just to make a sale. I will never go back to this location.

I came here to get a recall issue fixed with my car. I scheduled an appointment but when I came in it didnt show I was on the appointment list. So a few things about this place that makes me want to do business with them in the future! First of all my car wasn’t passing smog, after the smog check stations recommendation to take the car to a dealership I was denied help by Stockton Acura and Elk Grove Acura. Niello gladly offered help! Fixed the problem and the car passed smog! Second issue I was having was Stockton Acura blew me off (my car was having some weird spotting issues on the clear coat) Stockton Acura tried telling me brake fluid from a semi truck flew off and hit my door and that it won’t be covered by the paint warranty…. The physics behind that make no sense at all… plus Semis don’t have brake fluid… they run off an air braking system. But Niello took a look at it and had one of their detail guys look at it and he realized he can buff it out and they had my car back to me a day later all without a charge for buffing out the issue! 10/10 recommend Niello for anything you might need help with.

He explained everything and made sure I was kept informed while waiting at the lounge. They even send you a video of multistep inspection to your email, which is a new one for me. I have very mixed feelings about my car leasing experience at Niello Acura. The salespeople were all very good - at various times over the past few weeks we worked with Jonathan, Felix, Artie and Pedro (the sales manager). All were very helpful and patient as we debated whether to buy or lease a new car. And the car we actually chose (to lease) - an RDX A-Spec Advance - is wonderful to drive. It has all the bells and whistles and drives beautifully.However, there was a complete lack of transparency in the final step of the financing/leasing process. We thought we had negotiated a good deal with the sales team - with a monthly payment that was in keeping with our desired budget. But when we sat down with the finance manager (Ron) to do the paperwork, he surprised us (NOT in a good way) with information on the RECOMMENDED/ (ALMOST) REQUIRED maintenance package that ultimately upped our payment by almost $100 per month.We were never informed about this additional cost by the sales team - we walked into the finance managers office with the belief we knew exactly what our monthly payment was going to be. AFTER we had signed all of the paperwork, however, we were completely taken aback when Ron informed us that since this is a leased car, the prepaid maintenance plan was STRONGLY URGED. Since I had already signed all the paperwork, this information came out of the blue. There was no chance for my husband and I to thoughtfully discuss options - especially since it was near closing time, and we had been at the dealership for more than 4 hours.This surprise has left a very sour taste for me - at a time when I should be happy about my new car. I strongly dislike the way this played out - turns out a deal wasnt a deal.After doing some research, it sounds like the maintenance plan is a good idea - my objection is manner in which this transaction occurred. If we had known upfront that a maintenance package is recommended for leased cars - and that such a package would increase the monthly payment - we might have made a larger down payment to keep our monthly payment within our desired range.I expected better from a dealer whose reputation is generally pretty good.

We drove an hour to get here. It’s not only did you lose a sale, The salesman also lost the sale. You advertise your hours that you close at 8 PM but on this day you decided to close at 7 PM and go have dinner so you lost the sale and we went and purchased a vehicle from one of your competitors across the street We purchased our MDX here and had a total different experience than this time when we bought our MDX we felt like we are treated like royalty and appreciated. Not this time. When we arrived, there were several other customers walking around on the lot were they gonna buy? I don’t know, but any customer that’s on a lot is a potential customer of buying. Maybe they would have bought if they were felt like they were number one maybe that’s all they needed. But no everybody was kicked off the lot. Sorry we’re closed. I also did start the process earlier in the day by filling out a credit application Talk to somebody through the texting system Nobody ever called me so I don’t know what’s going on but what I buy here again I don’t think so. Continually terrible service. Poor communication and terrible customer service! I have been going to Niello Acura for three years now and I have resisted leaving a bad review but for 3 consecutive years I have never had a great experience, not all are 100% bad but far from good. The constant theme is they never prioritize the customers. All service technicians take their lunch at the same time which creates a gap in efficiency for over an hour. They open up communication by texting you service updates and ask questions but they never respond to texts timely. Something can be resolved in 5 minutes takes over 2 hours to coordinate as evidenced by my most recent interaction. They change their practices and do not consider the impact on the customer. The individuals answering the service line calls always seem to be confused with those job and are not helpful. The entire team appears to be completely uninvested on ensuring a quality customer service.

I came in to have some extensive work done on my Acura. I asked if a courtesy car was available, the service adviser said yes and handed me over to I believe her name was Emily. This very young girl was very rude, inconsiderate and didnt have a single customer service bone in her body. Emily started out by making a convicting remark (with a rude tone) about how Acura will charge me $10.00 a gallon for gas if I dont remember to refill the courtesy car, then Emily proceeded to ignore me and just go through her routine of checking the boxes. All of this bad attitude happened after I had to wait a half hour for Emily to help one other person ( she looked completely lost). I would say chalk it up to a bad day, except I have been to this dealership in the Roseville Auto Mall for years and the courtesy car representatives have been great, the young man before this girl was excellent.I came back with the courtesy car and walked up to the window where the courtesy car person is now located across from the parts counter and as I walked up to the window - the 4 girls in that small office space were all eating chicken wings and pizza, they looked at me with disgust like I was an inconvenience. I told the girl Emily ( This girl was wearing no name tag, Im just trying to remember her name, so if it isnt Emily, the young courtesy car girl, Im sure theres only one) I was there to return the car, I said the key is in it, this girl ignored me the whole time and then just drove the courtesy car away ⁉️The morale and atmosphere the courtesy car girl and the service department is creating is very minimal custom service friendly with a huge touch of disdain.This next line is for the Service Manager, Terry Caudle. You need to retrain your service advisors and definitely get another courtesy car representative. You, sir, should be out on that floor for at least 2 weeks straight readjusting, evaluating and training your staff. I can easily read all of the above mentioned peoples mannerisms, body language and disdain for customers, most of them are done with dealing with customers, but need the job so we the customer have to continue to deal with bad customer service like Emily.I gave this Location 5 stars because I have been coming here for years and this location was 5 stars, now this location is a subpar 3 stars at best, time to expect far better customer service from your staff Terry, there are many other negative situations with your staff - Im just tired of writing and disappointed.

My service manager (Mike) was super nice and knowledgeable. I was in for a software update on the stop/start system for my Acura. I was able to get in quickly for my appointment. There was a slight glitch with their notification system regarding approval or declining of the suggested replacement of my air intake filters. It didn’t notify them that I had declined, but that was OK as I checked at the desk on my service update and Mike was able to quickly get things closed out. Other than that, I liked the text updates on the status of my vehicle. They included pics of the filters, but I just opted to change those on my own. Long story short you should be careful to deal with that delearship specially one of a saler’s name Mohammad. He tried to sell a tracker device first for $645 while we were purchasing a new RDX. We didnt accept it. We asked him to remove that he said he can not its already pre-installed by Acura. Mohammad told my wife if you buy a car he will leave it on the car. We had that deal but when he brought us a car that tracker was removed. He said they didnt accept to give that for free. My wife gave him 5 stars and he called to argue why didnt get 5 out of 10. While after, he keeps calling me and my wife over than 10 times to sell a tracker for $230. We agreed. We were waiting in the dealership for more than 3 hours and finally, he said $990.we said no. Last night he text me to give us that tracker for free because is it a used device. He made an appointment, I went there waiting for another 3 hours and he said he will let me know when is going to be ready. When I asked him about his manager and why is too complicated, he said you now what I give you that tracker for $990. Do you want it? He waste my time because my wife reviewed him and he keeps telling us their manager always removes the bad reviews to keep them on top. I left the dealership for nothing.

I live in Reno and Purchased an Acura TLX Type S PMC Edition from Niello Acura in Roseville.Angela Ivey, who I originally worked with, was very helpful throughout the process. She responded quickly and was very helpful. When she went on vacation, she made sure someone was available to assist me further.Chris Knutson took over the process and helped make sure I was taken care of the whole way. Prior to picking up my car, there had been a lot of weather and so I didn’t want to pick it up until the weather was clear. Chris made me feel comfortable and held the vehicle for me until I was ready to pick it up. During that time, I kept going back and forth about when I was going to pick it up but Chris was patient with me.When arriving to the dealership, Chris was kind and welcoming. He let me take the car for a drive and got it ready for me during the signing process. He took pictures of me and my new vehicle, making it a fun and exciting experience! Ive been meaning to post this review for a long time. I bought my 2017 Acura RDX in Reno because they were so great. When I moved to Roseville, I took my car here out of convenience and I had the WORST EXPERIENCE!If there was something under warranty that needed to be fixed they would not fix it correctly, due to cost. For instance, I had to bring my car in one time a week for several months to get one simple thing fixed. They would say they fixed it but it was never done. Also, they put bad parts on my car which I finally found out about.Two and a half inch of service records later I started taking my car to Reno which they took care of the issues. Amazing!This is an absolutely horrible dealership and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.THINGS TO WATCH OUT FOR:If your car is under warranty - make sure you know what parts theyre using for your car.Make sure that they fix it the first time and dont leave until you test whatever needed to be fixed.I would never take my car here ever again.

Our service was great here! Nobody likes the process of buying a car, but at Niello Acura they make it as quick and painless as possible. My husband and I were looking ay a lightly used RAM 1500 that had some slight damage on the bed liner and a stain on the headliner. We were looking at another similar truck in the area, so they told us to take their truck to the other dealership and compare them side by side. When we came back they offered to fix all of the minor issues for free, as well as knock the price down a bit to match the price of the other vehicle we saw. Once we decided to start the buying process the whole thing only took about 2 hours! Everyone we worked with was so accommodating and knowledgeable. The sales reps were extremely helpful and provided us with no pressure to purchase a vehicle. The second vehicle we purchased was earlier this year (used vehicle) that had a chip on the windshield at time of purchase- we were told that we would get a call to get the chip filled in. A few weeks went by and after taking our other car in for service we tried to schedule our service for the windshield. We were asked who our sales rep was and when we said his name we were told he was on vacation. We were told we would get a call back. Life keeps going and of course our windshiled cracked. We called Acura multiple times and kept being told we would get a call back. Finally someone called back and was extremely rude blaming us for not taking the vehicle in sooner. Yea, we could have followed up more but as a paying customer for two vehicles I expected better customer service.i even called our sales rep that helped us and he clearly remembered us and mentioned the chip was included in our due bill and even he could not convince his management to be accommodating. We paid the repair privately but we will not be going back to Acura for our service and any future car purchase. I was hoping to upgrade my 2017 RDX soon but the way we were dismissed and talked to is not acceptable. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I will continue to share our experience to anyone who asks. Definitely do not recommend.

Great service as usual for my car maintenance. Very impressed with the text/video link I was sent of my car inspection and the breakdown of recommended services with photos in the text. When I dropped my car off the service was quick and easy which is important as I had a fussy baby with me. I was even offered a bottled water before I even got out of my car which I really appreciate because I was dying of thirst! Thank you!

I received great service the whole time I was with Acura. Robert outlined the services I was going to receive, cost and time line. During the initial inspection it was found that I needed additional services. Robert text me promptly with pictures, videos, and cost. Once I approved a service, Robert informed me of the additional time it would take to complete. Once everything was done, Robert, notified me that my vehicle was ready, guided me to the cashier and to the my car and away I went. The service was great and I give top marks.

I received excellent service at Acura Niello in Roseville. My Service Advisor was Eric and he was very helpful and very courteous. I was able to receive an appointment the next day after requesting one, my car would have been fixed that same day of taking it in but the part didn’t match my car color. It was ordered and my car was fixed the next day. Overall excellent service!!

I am always impressed with the customer service at Niello. Every advisor is urgent and quick to take care of your needs. I had a situation today, and my MDX broke down in the middle of the afternoon. They were able to get me in, and get my repairs done within a couple of hours. Impressive when we are dealing with all the COVID and short staffing issues!!!! Appreciate the promptness and courteous with every visit.

My experience with Niello Acura was great. Internet sales associate Angela Ivey was responsive and helpful in the whole process. Brian from finance was informative with no pressure about warranty. My family was impressed with the efficiency and ease of the process. We knew what we wanted and started the process prior to getting to the dealership to cut out the processing time. We were in and out within 2.5 hours. Not bad! Would do business with Niello Acura in the future!

I was on a trip from Los Angeles to Eugene Oregon. While I was on my return trip back (about half way through a 12 hour drive) I hit a object on the the road which quickly deflated the drivers rear tire.I was able to get to the shoulder safely I inspected the damage it appeared to be a piece of pipe so I went went to the trunk and pulled out my pump that hat the fix-a-flat and laughed I was sure happy I purchased the spare tire kit.after a quick tire change I had my wife find the closest Acura dealer and give them a call at confirm they had a tire and they did the we’re about 30 miles out of the way so we headed that direction upon arrival we were met with a very courteous and professional gentleman who install seat covers and floor mats he also offers us bottled water he informs me a service writer will be with us shortly.Gary Smedstad was the service writer who helped us he was probably the most patient person I had dealt with in a long time I sure after the tire delay I was taking I was a bit short and probably rude. Gary never missed a beat he stayed professional and handled all the paper work including dealing with the tire warranty company. The dealership got us back on the road in about 45min total. For that I can’t thank them enough they did their best to make our situation better. Thank you again to Gary and the Niello Acura team

As always Niello Acura service center took care of me. Chandra was excellent and was in constant communication with me regarding the progress of my service ticket. I always appreciate how everyone at Niello treats their customers like family. I never feel like I’m an inconvenience or I am a bother. I have purchased many cars from here and will continue to do so. I have also purchased cars from several other lots at the Roseville Auto mall and never receive the same type of customer service I receive from Acura. The experience was great. It was nice that I received text updates. Gary did a great job of explaining what was going to be done with this service and broke down the cost. When I mentioned that my brakes are squeaking, he asked about the condition the brakes are making the noise because theres certain reason why it would but also assured me that the brake inspection is part of the service.

Went in to look at a used vehicle. Made an appointment, showed up early, and was promptly welcomed and greeted. I told them that I wasnt even sure that I wanted to buy a vehicle, as I was perfectly happy with what I was driving (which was 100% true). They applied zero pressure and ran numbers with me without pulling my credit (I showed them my scores on my phone). Once we crunched numbers and determined a deal could be made, the process was quick and painless. From the time of my test drive to the signing of final papers, I was out in just over three hours - and they were very busy that day.
