Nidya Juarez is amazing at what she does! She helped me with the purchase of my 2nd home and she did so in a very efficient and timely manner. There are so many great things I can say about Nidya but I will try to keep this short and sweet. The first time we went to see Nidya she was honest about what we had to do to buy our first home. She didn’t leave anything out and told us what we had to hear but also told us it wasn’t impossible. Nidya did all she could to make our process less stressful by putting in 100%. She worked above and beyond for my family and I. She jumped hoops that not any loan officer would. Every time a family member or a friend asks me about who helped me get my home I recommend Nidya. She is the best of the best!

My wife and I can’t thank, bless, and appreciate Nidya so much for helping us refinance this year.With my wife due with our first baby this December, we initially planned to refinance some other time in the road knowing we were planning our 💝baby girl🌸 this year. But as fate had it ✝️, she let us know we were able to refi without putting in a dime.We uploaded our documents and closed all in less than 2 weeks 🙏 . This upcoming month, we’re saving our August income for blankets, soap🧴, towels, a crib, a car seat, and don’t forget the diapers in bulk lol.We financed our first home with Nidya in 2018 and this year our Refi.
