Nicole was a godsend! From the first time we met with her, she skillfully, patiently and expertly guided us through every step of prepping and selling our home. She went above and beyond with everything - getting our house ready for sale, carefully crafting the marketing of our home, making sure every little detail was perfect, helping us understand all of the intricacies of selling our property. She was always 8 steps ahead of us, anticipating things so that we had the smoothest real estate transaction weve ever had (weve had a lot!). She ultimately got us top dollar for our home. Best of all, she did it all with the utmost professionalism, humor, kindness and grace. We cant recommend her strongly enough. She is truly one in a million. Wed hire her again in a heartbeat!

Nicole got us our dream home. We were the 7th offer on our house, and no, we did not make a crazy offer. Nicole was just always one step ahead of everyone. Nicole is the most amazing and talented realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with! She is so reliable and always getting things done. She makes you feel like you are her only client when she has many! Nicole always takes the time to go over things with you if you don’t understand it. She just wants you to have the best experience, and goes above and beyond to ensure you do. She has been the best realtor! HIGHLY Recommend!

Nicole is the best. She asked all the questions we didn’t know to ask. She advocated for us in every way possible. Nicole was very attentive to our needs and never made us feel like we were asking stupid questions. She always picked up the phone when we called and returned emails immediately. I am absolutely baffled by all the good reviews. Nicole did not impress us. Our initial meeting with her wasn’t anything spectacular but we decided to give her a chance. She handed us a map and was not willing to show us around even though we had traveled 2 hours for the appointment. Months and months went by with little no contact. Just checking in would have been nice. I had to be the one to reach out and check in. She claimed she put in lots of work and contacted us many times, but that was simply not true. We were definitely on the back burner for her. When a house came up that we were extremely interested in, she cancelled our appointment to see it. Yes, it had gone pending, but we wanted to make a back up offer on it. She couldn’t be bothered and had no time for us. When we moved on to another agent, she sent us a very strange condescending email about a perfect home that came up, which was her trying to dangle a carrot at us to make us feel bad for moving on. Very unprofessional. So glad we moved on.

We had been planning to put our home on the market in the spring, however as we were down-sizing, we still had a way to go before the house would be ready sell. Nicole and her team were a whirlwind of action and had our house looking beautiful in a matter of weeks and we were able to be one of the first homes on the market in early spring. Nicole’s marketing was outstanding and we had multiple offers within four days. Nicole’s expertise was put to the test when we accepted an offer with a very quick timeline. She was able to keep everything moving and made sure that all aspects of the contract were completed. Nicole had been recommended to us by friends and we could not have been more pleased with her professionalism, expertise in the market and her commitment to making sure that we got the most for our home.

Selling my Aunts house with Nicole Spencer was a beyond extraordinary experience! I live in Austin so had to do everything from over 1,000 miles away. Nicole helped and communicated with me every step of the way. She gave me excellent advice on prepping the home for sale, helped coordinate everything and explained things to me as we went. The end result was 2 offers within a week with a higher than asking price winning bid! Nicole knocked it out of the park...I couldnt have done this without her!

Nicole helped us find and buy our dream house in Roseville. She not only made a complicated process simple for us but she also helped us find tradespeople to make a few updates to the home before we moved in. As issues arose during the escrow period, we were confident that Nicole was spending every effort to represent our interests and not just trying to close the deal. We werent sure of our plans for our smaller house in Auburn but, once we decided to sell, it was a no-brainer to reengage Nicole to represent us as a sellers agent. Nicole advised us on what we should do to prepare the house for sale and was able to secure a full price offer the first weekend the house was on the market. Were hoping we wont move again in a while but, if we do, we wouldnt hesitate to use Nicole as our agent again.

Nicole is SUPERIOR! From beginning to end, Nicole paid attention to every little detail. She guided us with ideas for improvements and then helped us by setting up appointments and met with the contractors since we dont live in the area. Her background in marketing paid off! She created beautiful advertisements and the house sold immediately. We received 3 offers over asking price, even in a slower market. I would never use another agent. Nicole is friendly, easy to communicate with, an advocate for her clients and extremely professional. It is no wonder she receives so many real estate awards each year. She deserves them all!

Nicole Spencer recently represented us for the sale of our home in Auburn. From our first meeting through the closing she did an extraordinary job. She thoroughly researched the market for our home and presented the results of her effort in a highly professional manner. She staged our house beautifully along with her designer, Shannon. The photographs and listing materials were excellent. Nicole also has a network of tradesmen (painter, electrician, handyman, window fixer) who are all excellent. Once our home went into escrow she managed all the details with care. Escrow can be a very stressful process but Nicole kept us informed and on schedule every step of the way to a successful close. Besides being a very hands on agent, Nicole is a pleasure to work with. She is always available for any questions and has a very approachable, friendly manner.

Nicole is an amazing realtor. Most realtors can find homes for you, drive you around, and show you features of the house. Where they lack is negotiating and contracts. Nicole is not only great at finding you a home, but she really shines when it comes to dealing with other realtors, explaining everything you are signing, and getting you the best outcome possible. She is patient and listens to you. I highly recommend her services.

Nicole Spencer is the hardest working realtor I’ve ever known! She goes all out to get a house sold. She spent a couple of days staging our house to present it in the best way. Then she hired a professional photographer to take photos of the inside and outside, during the day and at dusk. Not only did she use these photos in the listing, but also on a professional looking glossy brochure. Nicole is a great communicator and always gets back to you quickly. She is very knowledgeable about what she does and always gives good suggestions and advice! I could go on, but the bottom line is you can’t go wrong hiring Nicole Spencer!
