When I decided to sell my house, the first Real Estate agent who came to my mind was Nicole Grey. She is very knowledgeable about this area and neighborhood and has a very visible presence here, having sold many of my neighbors homes. I also needed someone who would guide me through the process and give me the best advice. From the very beginning Nicole did just that and much more. She helped to make my house as attractive and presentable as it could be and she worked very hard to show the house to as many interested buyers as possible. Within days there were lots of offers and I was able to sell my house rather quickly and painlessly. Aside from being a top-notch realtor, Nicole is very professional, protective and understanding of her clients needs. I highly recommend Nicole Grey to anyone looking for a great realtor, who will work hard and deliver the best outcome possible.

Nicole Grey was a fantastic real estate agent in helping me sell my Mothers house. Nicole was very responsible in staging my Mothers house and doing open houses as my mothers house sold in less than a month. Nicole also knew all of the comps in my Moms area to insure her house was priced competitively to ensure a quick sale. Nicole also was a fantastic communicator in keeping me updated with any inspections that needed to be done and offers coming in. Nicole is a very competent and determined Real Estate agent for anyone selling property in the San Fernando Valley.

I have known Nicole for many years. She is a very hard working agent who is always there for her clients. A few years ago Nicole sold my daughters house for her. Melody, my daughter had moved to Seattle for her job and Nicole dealt with me during the sale. I came to know her work ethic very well. On the day of the open house there were multiple offers on the house, all over the asking price. I would recommend Nicole Grey for any prospective client regardless of whether you are buying or selling a house. When my daughter buys her next house, she will reach out to Nicole.

HOME SELLERS BEWARE OF REALTOR NICOLE GREY AND PINNACLE ESTATE PROPERTIESOur experience selling our home with this realtor and her company was a complete nightmare. Nicole Grey and her company are dishonest and only out for themselves. If you are a buyer you might be okay with them as ultimately you are the one who will cause their commission to be paid, but if you are a seller (even though their commission comes from your proceeds), they are working for the buyer, who initiates the sale. So, your buyer not only gets representation from their realtor, but they also get representation from Nicole Grey and Pinnacle Estate Properties. You, as the seller, are on your own throughout the sale.We bought into Nicole Grey’s heavy advertising and her good reviews, that mostly occurred during the low interest rate pandemic. During this period homes were selling fast and for unheard of amounts, all that had nothing to do with the realtor, but with the low interest rate driven market. We listed with Nicole in late October of 2022, right as the interest rates were at their highest and the local real estate market was coming to a standstill. Everything we discussed with Nicole about how she would show our property, our finances and moving plan, was completely disregarded by Nicole as soon as we signed her listing agreement. We endured months of her disrespectful and unprofessional conduct in our home while showing the property, her constant withholding of information, misinformation in an attempt to control our decision making, and her complete abandon of our representation in favor of the buyer. We went to her manager Neil Sammons and her broker Kent Palmer but just got more of the same. This is obviously where Nicole learned it from. They were all running scared due to the lack of home sales and were not above misinforming, manipulating, withholding information and abandoning their clients representation to make a sale and get their commission.Nicole and her manager Neil Sammons pressured us to keep dropping the selling price of our home (that was suggested by Nicole) and accept offers that were way below our financial plan for making a move from California to Ohio, even though we told them we were in no hurry and could wait till the real estate market improved. They could care less about our finances, they just wanted their money. When they finally understood that we were not going to abandon our financial plan Nicole brought in an offer at asking price, (which locked us in to paying her commission) but then manipulated a credit during the sale process for the buyers so that they could buy down their interest rate. This meant that we received $10,000.00 less for our home, yet we had to pay the realtors commissions on the full price of the sale.In addition, the structure of our sale (brokered by Nicole and Neil Sammons) was made as difficult for us as possible to sell a home in California and buy a home in Ohio, including time deadlines and investment commitments put in place so that Nicole and Pinnacle Estate Properties could use them along with fear to manipulate during the sale process. Thank goodness for our Ohio realtor who was honest, professional, and helped us to navigate around the misinformation and manipulations in favor of our buyers coming from Nicole Grey and Pinnacle Estate Properties.The entire experience was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE. It didn’t have be that way at all had we had an honest and professional realtor working on our behalf during the sale in California, same as we had in Ohio.

Nicole was a a rockstar. After looking on and off for the last few years, Nicole was a step above every other realtor Id worked with. Her expertise and local knowledge was incredibly helpful throughout each phase of the process. She listened and always provided listings based on my desires, searching through the inventory to provide me with what I wanted while steering me toward cities/towns that not only fit my budget, but my personality. When submitting offers, especially my first, she was diligent with the paper work but patiently walked me through my questions. She sat on the phone with me for an hour+ at 10pm to make sure I felt comfortable with the decision and fully understood everything. Nicole was calm and motherly, never making me feel stupid for asking certain questions and truly wanted to make sure I understood.Her experience and knowledge paid dividends when I had offers accepted or countered while we navigated the negotiation process. Nicole had incredibly assessments of property conditions and what was realistic in terms of what to expect.Nicole was incredibly proactive and on the ball. She identified houses for me on a weekly basis and was available to walk through when it worked for me. She followed up with me with updates and information throughout the entire process, never making me feel like I was on my own.In todays age with so much information available on the internet, she was a trusted source I could rely on and never questioned. I am so lucky to have been put in contact with Nicole and will be going back to her for any future sales/purchases!

Nicole helped out family out by selling a difficult home and obtaining the most value for it. She went above and beyond and fully recommend for your buying or seeking needs. She also helped with the repairs necessary to get the most value with her connections to tradesman.
