As Nicoles introductory page on her website very aptly puts it, home buying is not about sales but about service. This is exactly what was delivered to my wife and I during our home buying experience. As first time home buyers, Nicoles calm demeanor, honest feedback and professionalism helped us close in on a home we loved and not one we were pressured into.Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we missed our closing date by a couple of days but she jumped right in upon my request, eased the situation and because of the rapport she had with the sellers, luckily we closed without any penalties.She has built a great team to compliment her amazing work, so if you are looking for a mutually respectful and organic home buying experience, then you should definitely reach out to her.

Nicole is a consummate expert in the local real estate market. I was a first-time seller, and working with her made a fairly intimidating and mysterious process incredibly smooth and easy. I inherited my childhood home and after a couple years of renting it out, I decided to put it on the market. I live in Southern California and was concerned that Id have to spend a lot of time commuting back and forth to deal with the sale - but with Nicoles help, I was able to complete the whole process remotely, with basically no effort or inconvenience at all. She and her team were responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable, and always made time to answer my questions. Her suggestions were all well grounded in research and her deep knowledge of the local market. Nicole has sold so many local properties that she knew my house and my neighborhood better than I did. I felt confident in taking her recommendations on everything from the updates to the list price - and she was spot-on. The renovations and staging completely transformed the house. Within days of the open house, we received 11 offers, and the final sale price far exceeded my expectations. I cant recommend Nicole highly enough.

She is surely the BEST realtor in Newark, CA. Nicole, helped us buy our first home. As first-time home buyers, we did have our share of anxiety until we met Nicole. She is extremely trustworthy and did her homework thoroughly on each and every property we considered. She understood our taste and requirements very well. She was always available whenever we had questions and helped us until the remodeling was complete. One aspect we loved the most is, she never pushed us into placing a bid on houses that we did not like. She always encouraged us to wait for the home that we liked wholeheartedly. Her estimated sales price on the home was spot on. The purchase price was within the appraised amount, plus checked off all our boxes. Our home needed a lot of work as we designed it to be a contemporary smart home and she recommend her friend and contractor Nick who picked up the project and completed the project within the promised timeframe with very reasonable pricing. I strongly recommend Nicole both for her experience, commitment towards customers, as well as her ability to seamlessly service customers evolving interests and needs through the house search.

We were so lucky to have Nicole represent us as our listing agent when we sold our house in Fremont. She gave so much valuable advice about how to attract potential buyers and maximize interest. She offered great tips about remodeling, color selection, flooring, lighting, staging, and even landscaping. She was extremely patient and answered all our questions promptly and thoughtfully. We sold and purchased our most recent homes with Nicole and are 100% satisfied. What makes working with Nicole such a great experience?1. Puts her clients wants and needs first. She really listens and works to clarify what matters.2. Very patient. She does not push to close the deal for the sake of closing the deal. We were in the market for a couple of years looking for the right property to upgrade to. We were in no rush and wanted to make sure that the next home was something we loved. We would call her if a property passed our first screening and then we would all go together to do a collaborative assessment.3. Really good read of the market and people which makes here an excellent negotiator. We came in at the right price to get our dream home two years ago and able to sell and close our old place a few days before everything shutdown due to Co-vid. Nicole was an absolute dream to work with! This is long (and overdue!) but if youre selling your home in the East Bay, please read. :)We worked with her to sell our home in the East Bay in January. Every step of the process was seamless and she truly helped remove a lot of the stress that comes with selling a home. She also got our home sold at the price point we were hoping for very quickly.She coordinated the staging and cleaning of our home prior, and both companies were friendly, reliable and professional. The staging done was reflective of the style of the home and utilized the space so well we wished wed had their ideas when we first moved into the home! She also came over during staging (and before pictures) to make sure everything was in order.She also provided a schedule ahead of time that she stuck to - no random surprises or showings. This was vital as we were living in the home, work from home, plus have a toddler and a dog.In addition to coordinating all of the moving pieces that go into selling a home seamlessly, she was warm, responsive, and very knowledgeable of not only the market but the impact interest rate fluctuations have on the market. My wife and I met 10 realtors when we were looking for our first home 9 years ago, Nicole stood out as the clear choice for being patient, knowledgeable, and practical.Today, two homes later, we couldnt be happier with our decision of working with Nicole.Over the years, we worked with Nicole on buying two houses and selling one. We first came across Nicole by visiting open houses in Fremont/Newark. We went to several of her open houses, and noticed that they were all carefully curated. Later on when she helped me sell my house, I got to know the behind-the-scenes details. Nicole had an A-list cross-functional team: home improvement, roofers, electricians, plumbers, gardeners, cleaners, or even escrow agents. They are all at the top of their respective game, and yet some of them dont even exist on Google/Yelp, despite doing better work than the highly rated ones I found myself.Nicole knows the Tri-city market really really well. She is a walking library. In real estate, people pay a lot of attention to comparables. When I find interesting comparables on Zillow/Redfin, I go to Nicole for insights. As soon as I mention the street name, she would already know about the property, and bring up things I have not researched about.After Nicole helped us buy the first house in 2014, we stayed in touch. She had always been very generous and responsive in answering my questions every year, from market insight to refinance, from remodeling contacts to earthquake insurance policies. At one point, I was looking for a house in Los Angeles, Nicole put in good effort in helping me make connections in that market, despite she would not profit from that work.Nicole is very practical and efficient. When buying or selling a house, inevitably we would have to come across some financial or legal questions. Most licensed realtors might say you need to consult with a tax advisor for X, financial planner for Y, or lawyer for Z. Nicole might not be a financial planner or a lawyer, but I know she has tons of relevant experiences with over 19 years of experience. At my request, she could still share insight on these topics, which makes the process so much more efficient and productive.My friends also worked with Nicole in selling their house.
