Could not have asked for a better experience! From start to finish the Jonville team walked us through everything we needed to sell our home. They helped us with finding things to improve before listing, staging the house, taking the best pictures possible, timing the listing, and pricing it perfectly. Within a week we were under contract and received more than we could we have hoped for. To say they took the stress out of selling our home is an understatement. We are forever greatful for the help and experience working with this A+ team. We will be sure to work with them again on our next purchase or sale!

Brooke and her team at Jonville are the absolute best. Brooke came highly recommended from our daughter and we couldnt be more grateful. Because we were moving from out of town, the home-buying process felt intimidating. However, as soon as we met Brooke, we felt sure that she was the perfect person for us. We just used Jena Jonville of the Jonville team in San Elijo Hills to buy our first home. As first time home buyers we were super nervous and probably asked way more questions than normal home buyers would have. But Jena was warm and professional and extremely responsive. She went above and beyond to get an even better home than we were originally looking at - everything went extremely smoothly and we loved spending time with her. We felt so well-looked-after and in such capable hands that it really eased our worries and made the whole process enjoyable. When we enlisted Nicolas Nico Jonville to handle the sales of our rental condo, we were expecting the tedious process of preparing the condo after the tenant moved out. To our delight, Nico took over the whole process for us, while keeping us informed every step of the way. Nico coordinated the tenant move-out, new flooring installation, wall paint touch-up, furniture staging and all necessary repairs before and after the buyer inspection. Besides the beautiful marketing production, Nicos vast experience and expertise were evident, when he advised us on various delicate tenant issues and probed potential buyers on how strong their commitments were, after they made their offers. That helped us decide whether to accept an offer or wait for a better one.We are very happy to work with Nico for the last 4 years on multiple properties. Nico is a skilled communicator, who carefully listens to and understands his client concerns. My wife and I chose the Jonville Team to sell our beloved home of almost 15 years even though I have been a real estate broker in San Diego for nearly 30 years, and almost 50 overall, because I believed the old adage that a doctor or lawyer who treats himself has a fool for a client. Weve known Nico, Jena, and Anne for years and were competitors for a long time. Our house is in the upper end of the semi-custom market, where things are softening after years of aggressive gains. Our home went under contract after 3 weeks, and closed exactly on schedule 3 weeks later. I knew the Jonvilles were good, but they exceeded our expectations and even became better friends in the process. The contract timeline was followed exactly and we closed right on time, which was a good thing because we had already headed across country to our new home in North Carolina. We recommended the Jonvilles to our son and his family last year and they had a similar experience. Their communications, vendors, and internal office operations were awesome. Youd be crazy not to give them consideration if you are buying or selling.

Stephanie Cowan is absolutely amazing and simply the BEST. She helped prep the home for sale, worked with the contractors and staging co., and sold the home in 3 days - from listing to offer acceptance with multiple offers and over asking price.
