I have enjoyed working with Nick and Mike for over 25 years. For me, they are family. Not only are they genuinely nice guys, but they are also highly professional and have a clear pulse on the market. This is very important because it sets realistic expectations and avoids surprises. They always did an outstanding job of following through and keeping me posted on the progress of each transaction. With my most recent transaction, they provided me with excellent contractors to prepare the property for sale. This saved me a lot of time, helped me quickly get the property on the market, and took all my stress away. I also received far more money for the property than I expected. Being first time home buyers is a huge and nerve-racking step, but Nick and the entire team helped us achieve our goal, answering our daily questions whether it was at night or on weekends, making sure our offer was the one that was accepted, and always went out of their way to put our needs first. We unfortunately dealt with an extremely difficult seller, dragging out our escrow much longer than anticipated, but Nick brought his experience and team to the table ensuring we ended up with the best loan rates, and making sure the sellers compensated us for the long wait. Nike and Mike, “two hardworking nice dads”. In the early 1990s, we were looking to buy our first home and a friend raved about Nick’s real estate prowess. Nick found us our perfect first home. Nick and Mike exceeded our expectations from start to finish! We were initially unsure of how the process would go since we had been in our home for over 30 years. To our surprise, the process moved very quickly and seamlessly, and Mike and Nick were available every step of the way to answer questions and make sure we were comfortable. I did quite a bit of research before I selected Nick and Mike to sell my beloved home. I discovered they had a lot of experience, were experts in the Glendale market, had great sales figures, and sold houses quickly. I also noted that they had been business partners for over 20 years, which told me they understood the value of teamwork, communication, loyalty, fairness, and respect, otherwise their work relationship would not have survived so long. My online search flagged Mikes attention and he immediately reached out to see how he could be of service. At that point, I decided to set up a consultation. They both worked around my schedule to meet up on a weekend evening. They arrived on time and came fully prepared. After that meeting, I knew I found my agents because they were able to put me at ease as we discussed the stressful topic of selling my home. They used language I could understand when explaining the paperwork and their confidence in the real estate transaction process inspired my confidence in them.Once I signed them as my agents, it was seamless and easy. They outlined a schedule for my approval and it all went according to their plan. They generated tremendous anticipation and buzz surrounding the listing of my house. The strategy they used resulted in 70 tours in 3 days and 25 offers by day 4. I only had to show my house one weekend! That many offers could have be overwhelming, but I didnt have to worry. They sorted them and highlighted the details of the top few. They also advised me on which one to accept, based on all relevant factors, not only price. Their vast experience has taught them what to look for in selecting an offer that will ultimately close. In addition, they successfully negotiated a counteroffer well above the initial offer and above asking price.Throughout my escrow, they took care of everything and touched base with me daily. They answered every call and text and seemed to work around the clock, 7 days a week. They were always available to answer my questions or attend an appointment.Due to a 90 year old record keeping error with the county, there were a few bumps along the way. Nick and Mike maneuvered me through all those challenges and Iended up closing the sale. I know, without a doubt, that if I had not chosen Nick and Mike, my house would still be for sale. Their initial recommendation of which buyers would be best to work with, along with their savvy navigation of each obstacle, are definitively the reasons my house sold, that it sold fast, and that I got a top of market price.I would never use any other agent in Los Angeles. We chose Nick and Mike because they have many years of experience in real estate and present themselves with professionalism and confidence in their work.We were concerned that our condo will not sell because of the age of the building and appearance. Also, we were not sure if the condo will sell quickly because of other condos for sale and being that we purchased another house already.Nick and Mike explained how the market trends are and suggested strategies and ways to list our property. They really pulled through for us. We received an offer within a month of listing.Nick and Mike informed us of any update on the sale of our property in a timely manner. When we contacted them for any questions, they responded efficiently with the information we needed from them.We believe because of their experience, our property sold above asking price and closed in a timely manner. We have had the pleasure of working with Nick for many years and would highly recommend working with him! Recently, he helped us sell our very first condo which he had helped us purchase years ago. We could have hired any agent to sell our condo but we went back to Nick because of his years of experience in the industry, his professionalism, and his calm but confident demeanor. Nick and Mike team was my agent for selling my rental property in La Crescenta in 2021. I highly recommend them! When I made a decision to sell my rental property, I did extensive research on agents who sold most properties in the area. Nick and Mikes record definitely stood out. I also interviewed a number of agents referred to me by friends. It was very clear that Nick and Mike had wealth of experience and have pulse on the current market, great communication skills, and network of contractors they work with to help me to present my property in the best possible form. Nick and Mike arranged the contractors so I could interview and get price quote for various repair work before putting the house on the market. They performed quality work with reasonable price and met deadline. This was during the Pandemic where it was extremely difficult to get any contractors to commit to work let along getting a reasonable price. Nick and Mike also made sure that I was happy with their work and they even reviewed the contractors work themselves. We were able to meet our time line with the house in best shape. They also set the asking price at a strategic level and it attracted multiple offers and we were able to secure the best price higher than the asking amount. Nick and Mike patiently guided me through the escrow process until everything is finalized. They work as a team so it almost feels like you are getting two agents for one price. Very professional, friendly, reasonable! If you are considering selling or buying a property in La Crescenta, La Canada, or Glendale area, I strongly recommend that you include them as one of potential agents. My husband and I took time to screen and research the agents, and it really paid off. You need and deserve the professional service because your house is a big portion of your asset portfolio. Dont go with the fly by the night agent. Nick and Mike are truly nice people who are good at what they do.
