Nick was very professional, knowledgeable regarding real estate transactions and an absolute bulldog when it comes to negotiations. He is a true partner and someone that has your interests front of mind. Recently closed on my first home. Buying a home was something I thought was never possible. The process can be overwhelming along with a bunch of other scary words, but Nick made the process so easy, from beginning to end. He is super knowledgeable, genuine, and dedicated. Buying a home can be a long, drawn out, and expensive process, especially when you are hard set on what you want. To lessen the blow you need a honest and hardworking real estate agent to help you get through it all and still keep your sanity at the end of it. Nick was phenomenal! The process from beginning to end was smooth! He listed our house in less than a week, sold it in less than a week well above asking price and helped us find our next home in less than 30 days after. My husband and I trusted him and felt comfortable with the process which was so important to us. It’s a tough process and he made sure we were okay the entire time.
