Nick was a great realtor through the process of helping me buy my first home. The closing process on the house turned out to be pretty complex and took longer than usual because it was a probate sale, but Nick was patient through it all and scored us a really good deal. Having worked in the real estate market in the Bay Area for a long time, he has a great sense of the pricing in each area and his knowledge in different areas across the home buying process would definitely come in handy especially for a first time home buyer. Would definitely recommend working with Nick.

Nick was there for me as I purchased my first home and again as I sold my first home. With both processes being new to me I was overwhelmed, but Nick took as much stress as possible out of the situation. He explained things clearly, met deadlines, without a doubt organized, great memory and always available for a phone call if questions came up. Being a bay area native he is knowledgeable about the market and history of the area. Nick goes above and beyond and truly cares for his clients, especially first time buyers. I never felt like a transaction, but rather a friend. On top of all that, hes a genuinely good person. Nick will undoubtedly be my top recommendation to all friends and family in the bay area.

Nick did a fantastic job selling my mother-in-law’s home in Oakland. He had an excellent understanding of the local market. Nick put together a strong marketing plan that provided maximum exposure and brought in a very large volume of prospects to view the home. He provided us with extensive advice and help for getting the home ready to be shown. Nick created a condensed timeline for previewing and showing the home creating a sense of urgency for interested buyers. This resulted in an incredible number of qualified offers. My mother-in-law accepted strong offer with a purchase price that was 50% higher than she expected. Nick provided support throughout the process. He was there until the very end when the final box was loaded into the moving van. We could not have done it without him!

Nick is simply a master in what he does. He is always on the top of everything; is very fast at replying to questions, following up with the listing agent, and making sure that everything is as it should be in order to protect and offer the best service possible to his client. My wife and I were first time home buyers; and we couldnt have hopped for a better agent than Nick to team up with us! He helped us getting the perfect house! And in market as competitive as the one in the Bay Area; this is big deal!

Buying a house in the Bay Area is one of the worst experiences Ive ever been through and I dont think Id wish it upon my worst enemy. But Nick was there, through and through to explain in detail and with complete honesty about what things were going to be like, what my expectations should be, and how to get things done.Now, Im in an amazing home that I thought was far out of reach in this crazy market, but the reason why Im in it is because of Nicks incredible drive and passion. He fought so incredibly hard to both find this dream home and to get everything together to win it. He was as dedicated as someone would be for their own house.

Nick is an extremely knowledgeable and resourceful realtor, a true professional that ‘gets it’ and has a keen understanding of the Oakland market. He helped me and my boyfriend navigate the complex and fast-paced Oakland housing market to close on our first home here and made the process feel extremely fluid and easy. He always made himself available as needed to show properties and answer our questions (we had a lot of them) and he always followed through on our requests in a timely and thorough fashion. If we sent him a text or gave him a call he was at the top of his game, responding back within minutes with a promise of more information to come. For each property we walked through he objectively listed pros and cons and had clearly performed a significant amount of research to understand how each met our hierarchy of needs for a functional home and our aspirations for a property with future rental potential. It was very clear from the beginning that he looks out for what is in his client’s best interest and we truly appreciated this approach. Even after closing on the home, we have followed-up with him multiple times with questions and he has always been positive, courteous and wiling to help us get answers however he can. In addition to all of these items, it is clear that he is a well respected individual among his peers in the industry and based on the many recommendations that he has been able to provide us with. Nick is the best! Hes super knowledgeable and experienced, extremely responsive, and always goes above and beyond. At the end of the day, Nick truly cares and wants whats best for his clients, and it shows. I highly, highly recommend him!
