The repair of my iPhone 10 screen was awesome. The aftermarket screen was less than $100 compared to an original iPhone screen at $280. Works perfectly. Thanks Tim!

I went in to get an IPhone 8 screen repaired. I was told about 20 minutes. Went to have some dinner at the food court and it was done upon is finishing. Great job! The cost for repair was $65. The text link was slow to update, so we physically went back in to check on the status and it was finished.Would use this service again.

Ng 3+ months for a motherboard fix I was quoted a week for. Ever since the 2nd month ive been hearing “tomorrow it should be ready” then now I cant even get ahold of these people. Please dont go here. I left my phone unattended for a month hoping they would sort everything out since they didn’t fix it in time for my trip. Horrible people.

I order a screen for my s23 ultra on Nov 4th, they told me it would take max 10 days, 10 days went by and nothing they said another week and another week till it was already a month and half later, I went to cancel the order and get my refund which I never got, they lie and stole money from me, when I would call from across the food court they would send my calls to voice mail, very bad experience

Stepped on my iPad by accident…. Don’t ask. It worked but glass shattered to pieces. Took it to the guy around 11:40 on 4/14/23 and he said it would take an hour so I went home since I live down the street. About 12:10 or so he calls to say it’s ready!!! Perfect condition; looked brand new!!! Great service. This time I bought a case as well…. 👍👍👍👍👍

Id give them a -5 if possible. Called and asked if they have a replacement screen for a newer model phone. They told us the boss can get it and it would arrive in 2 weeks. we paid. 3 weeks in we called and asked if the screen arrived and was told it was delayed due to a snow storm on the East Coast. On our week 4 attempt we were informed that the wrong screen arrived. They LOOKED at the phone when we placed the order yet they got the wrong one. When asked why they didnt call us to let us know they responded eluding the question and telling us the one we needed, the one they priced for us, was more expensive but the boss was willing to eat the difference and they will order the new one. Must have been a telepathic response because he didnt call the boss while we were there. Week 5 excuse was a new one, FEDEX was delaying delivery. I asked for a tracking number and she promised she would text it to us......Week 6 no text and no screen and now no answer......yet we paid for the part. I dont think these people should be in business let alone fix communication devices......

Only reason I didn’t rate 5star due to the fact that they “lacked communication” by that I mean they weren’t certain of the time frame of the repair, but aside from that their work is IMPECCABLE… 2nd device to be repaired left as if brand new out the box. Thanks

Went in to change my Apple Watch screen took a month then when I received my watch it was dead so I could not see the quality of work they had done and my screen was not cleaned off from the excess glue and finger prints .I feel like they put a defective battery and replaced it without my acknowledgment in my watch because It will not last more then 9 hrs since I got it backAnd before my watch would last me 2 days max charged, worst place to get your devices fixed I should have just payed double and gone to Apple so to say you get what you pay for wish I never went there 😡 went to the one in the mall and they send it to Lancaster store to get fixed fyi don’t waste your money here !

Quick fixes for my broken screen, even black screen and pressure damage. I Paid under $100 to get my iPhone 8 fixed. Saved money instead of buying a whole new phone.The repair took less then a hour, was done in about 35 mins. Would be quicker depending on how busy they are. Overall I’m satisfied.

Said they would fix my husbands screen for 180. We paid 100 that day and would pay the rest once we picked up the phone. The guy told us it would take a week to get the screen part in and the fix only took 2-3 hours. So I came back a week later just to check if they got the part. They did not, so I went back home and waited another week. Came in for the 3rd time and the man said the part wasnt in so hed give us 15 dollars off the rest of the payment. I got a call 4 days later telling me the part came in and I could pick my phone up in about 2 hours. I come in 2 hours later and phone wasnt ready and the guy was insinuating that I wanted more money off and kept telling me they cant take anymore money off. And I was like I dont care I just want the phone to be fixed. And 2 days later it was finally fixed. Took about 3 weeks for the screen to be fixed when at the begining they said it would take a week. Wont be coming back.

Drove 30 min out of the way to get my phone fixed with a certain screen at a certain price. Get there and told me the screen has a crack an they have to give me the more expensive one but wouldnt honor the price cause theyd loose too much... I lost going out of my way also. Thankfully their neighbors fast fix got me in and out in 10 min and even gave me the original price I was quoted from this place. Dont go here! Go to fast fix!

This shop is nothing more than YouTube hacks. Theyre no more than what you can order on Amazon and watch a YouTube video for yourself to fix. FYI!! Never bring your phone here. Trust me you spend more money And youll be without a phone for a while. While the technicians do nothing. The owner will do nothing. Technicians will brake your phone and you will not be compensated at all. Read the real reviews on here and just walk away.

I went back 2 different times and my issue was never solved. The first time I went, they didn’t have the iPhone X screen that I needed so they said they would order one. Second time, they replaced my screen but there was bubble that would not go away that they tried to blame on the screen protector. To prove it was NOT the screen protector, I bought a new one. The bubble was STILL there so they said they would replace it again. After they “fixed” that issue, my screen showed a reddish hue every time I watched something on my phone. I paid $150 for a defective screen, then ended up paying an additional $305 to Apple to PROPERLY replace my screen since I REFUSED to go back to Nex Gen for a third time. Please save your money and spend it elsewhere where they can actually repair your phone.

Came here years ago to help fix my phone screen. Had some black ink coming from the bottom of my phone where the major cracks were coming from. Ive left it there and they were able to help me easily. I was satisfied with what I received. My phone when wrong almost unusable go being able to show the entire screen unobscured

Took an ipad to them to repair. I was told my glass protective screen could not be saved and I understand that. Three days later I get a call saying its ready. I picked it up, paid the $103 plus $40 for a new protective screen and took it home only to find it wasnt working and unusable. Took it back for them to say we got a bad batch of screens and we are waiting to get new ones and well fix it. After three and a half weeks later and several calls and the same answer, itll be ready tomorrow, they told me its not repairable. He refunded my $103. I took it to Techno shop at 25th and Palmdale Blvd and 3 days later it works perfect and get this, $50. My complaint is more that he wouldnt refund a $40 protective screen that I never got to use. Much better service at half the price from their competition. Place really lacks customer service too, was really dismissive and unconcerned about my situation.

He also added that hell just take down this post. So to those who see it before he does, please make the decision best for yourself and your phone.First Ill point out the good:I brought my IPhone 8 plus here to fix the cracked screen. Alice (the person who fixed the screen) was at first professional and the fix was very quick.Now for the bad: She told me that while fixing the screen she broke the home button and replaced it, but now the touchID no longer works and will not work unless I get it fixed at apple (which would cost around $170 or I would have to buy a new phone). I asked for a discount and she gave me 15% off. When I went home I learned that the home button doesnt work now without difficulty and it opens siri and will not exit from apps. My phone is now broken. I asked to speak to her manager and she keeps telling me different times and then finally claims she doesnt know when they will be in. If you are willing to pay $80-$100 dollars for someone to break your phone further then I would recommend Alice at NexGen Tech.I will never be using them again and will continue to try and contact the manager to get this issue resolved.

Took my LGG6 for repairing a cracked screen. They had to order the screen. It took about 3 days for it to arrive. Too the phone in and they had it fixed within 45 minutes! Looks great! I highly recommend this business!

Got my screen replaced with one of their so called higher quality screens. I imediately put a tempered glass screen protector on and a drop-tested protective case around the phone to prevent future damage. It didnt matter. The weakness of these screens cant handle even the most protected 2 and half foot drop. No cracks on the tempered glass protector, nor is there damage on the case. The screen that came from Nextgen actually broke underneath all that was protecting it. I called the store and they told me that they dont have a warranty for the durability of their screens. I dont know the name of the store representative I spoke with on the phone but he was very careless and rude as well. Very cheap stuff and poor service...Dont waste your time and money coming here!

The battery on my phone was bulging and lifting the screen off the phone. Interesting that the screen was still working. But I decided to take my phone to Nextgen Tech for repair based upon reviews and a phone consultation.Unfortunately my phones screen was damaged while replacing the battery. However they did replace screen at no cost. But the new screen didnt remain stuck down and it broke again. They again replaced the screen at no cost.I feel bad for Nextgen Tech in that my phone is another piece of Chinese junk (a Motorola Z Play) but Nextgen Tech stood by their warranty, twice! I strongly recommend Nextgen Tech for phone repairs.

Pretty sure a lot of these 5 star reviews are fake, had my tablet forever, wouldn’t return my calls, finally after a month they returned it to me broken and pretty much told me to F off after I argued with them the screen wasn’t broken when I brought it in. Go elsewhere.

Nothing is good about the phone repair service. After I got my phone back it cracked in my pocket 3 days after and the microphone/GPS doesnt work anymore. I brought my phone back in and they basically told me Im gonna have to pay more to get it all fixed. After passing $180 for a screen I think everything should work and it should last more than 3 days.
