New Client here! I spoke with Ryan a day before my service. He was really great and knowledgeable about what they offer. He setup my appointment as early as the next day. Which was perfect because we needed to get our garage treated asap! Thank you Ryan!Jonathan came to my house the next day and did the exterior/interior. He was friendly and professional as it should! He did the service in a timely manner. Overall, I’m glad I switched with Next Level Pest Control! Not only because they are local but because it’s a family owned company!

Just signed up with these guys 2 months ago. Super nice, lots of options, they get after all the details and concerns we had, and seem to have tons of knowledge. I would strongly suggest that people who are shopping for a pest control company, not go with the big national chains. Try these nice local guys out. They’re awesome.

I called Next Level Post Control and I spoke with Curtis and Ryan (two different calls since I was getting info for my Aunt on the 2nd call) and they were both so helpful. They had Jonathan one of their technician’s come out the next morning and he was absolutely fantastic! From the phone calls to Jonathan coming out, everyone was very professional and informative! Jonathan told me if I have any issues prior to the next time he comes out to spray again, to call and he’ll come back out! Not only did I tell my Aunt about Next Level Pest Control but I also told a couple of my friends!

I’m a newbie at pest control.The ratings for this company are threw the roof. I spoke with Curtis when booking my appointment. He was able to schedule me a few day after we spoke. He was through, punctual, friendly and he listened to all my spider fears 😆 lol. He explained everything to me, I saw a picture of everything that was covered, the price is very reasonable. We started off on the wrong foot, I chose Next Level Pest because of their reviews, we scheduled an appointment that I wait for them for 2 hours, with a no show no call, we even called and they said they were 3 minutes out. I know accidents happen but I was upset non the less however, I received a call apologizing for their mistake and they offered to schedule another appointment on the weekend which generally they are closed, we agreed to have them out which I am entirely grateful for them coming out, they not only made up for their mistake with their customer service but with a discount for their mess up. I want to thank Curtis for initially coming out on the weekend and Jonathan for picking up the pieces and both having a great personality and positive attitudes.

My mother lives in an area with hot weather, and has had continuous pest problems the past. She needs a fast but pet safe solution, since she has a dog in the home.I looked up the best, (pet safe) pest control in her area. Next Level Pest Control was one of the highest rated companies. They have 5 stars, and all of the reviews are positive, so I called them.I spoke to Curtis Wiggington, explained the situation and what my mom needed. He was so nice, polite & knowledgeable. He gave me information that I didnt know, about the reason the pests are coming out from underground and invading peoples homes.He offered two plans with different prices, and did not try to upsell me.He suggested the lower cost plan, which would still be effective.They offer continued service.They will come to her house on the same date and treat for two months in a row, then they come back every 3 months. If any pests show up in between appointments, they will come out quickly with no additional charges.He said we could schedule an appointment to come out in two days. It wouldnt take long to treat, and would be safe for her dog, in less than 30 minutes after treatment.Curtis called me on the day of the appointment, and said he would be there within 10-15 minutes.My mother said Curtis and his co-worker Steve were on time, very friendly, professional and courteous to my mother, and she enjoyed speaking with them. They explained what they were doing every step of the way, and what chemicals they were using. They took down all of the cobwebs, cleaned up and treated around the outside of the house. She said she was very happy with the visit and appreciated that they were very thorough and were great at their job.Curtis told her they would see her for the next appointment on the same date next month, then every three months, on the 10th. It is comforting to my mother and I, to know that she wont have to deal with anymore pest problems in her home..We are glad we called Next Level Pest Control, that they offer continued service to give us one less thing to worry about.My mother & I thank you!!

They sprayed both my front and backyards for fleas and sprayed the perimeter of the house for other insects as well. I signed up for services every 2 months. Event though I had the confirmed window, he still made sure to call and confirm 20 minutes before that it was a good time to come. About a month ago I contacted Next Level after hearing noises in my attic - rats no doubt. My cousin was using them to clear a heavy rat infestation at their property and was pleased with their services. I can say both Ryan and Curtis are great to work with - on time, professional and very nice young men, meets my concerns by examining the attic thoroughly each time they come, and finally sealing the openings where they were entering. Its my first time hiring pest control services here in the US and it meets my expectations. We usually hire exterminators back in my home country so I know what they have to do. There are advantages here because The spray that they used is not smelly and you do not need to wear masks. There is also a powder to put on in the cabinet or hinges instead of spray so you dont need to take out some stuff in there and it won’t get wet. Its more convenient and efficient.
