I was referred by the computer repair shop on Benicia. He started off by giving me some part ideas based on my budget. After I had all of the new parts in my possession, I took everything to him. He kept me in the loop during the process, and two days later I had a fully configured and ready to use gaming computer. His prices are very reasonable and he is punctual and professional. Would use again.
Started a build and ran into a problem that could have been a multitude of reasons. Next Level PCs narrowed it down to a faulty motherboard. (dead on arrival) while I was upset at the defect, Next Level PCs was very helpful and calming during a stressful moment. I am very grateful for this service and for a very clean organized build. I was notified as soon as it booted into bios. I am very happy with the results and for the patient answers that followed anxious inquiry. This is the first place I will recommend to anyone.

It became clear to me that any PC Mike touches is an instant masterpiece and I wanted him to bless mine.He took note of the look I wanted and went above and beyond. Knowledgeable, punctual, and great communication. Mike truly is a master of his trade in custom PC building! 2022-02-14 18:35:51I had recently built a gaming pc for the first time and something was wrong with it and I was not sure what. I called mike and dropped off the pc the next day and he had great recommendations on components I needed to add to make it more functional. It ended up turning out great and the process didn’t take long at all. Would definitely recommend giving him a call if you need help with your pc. Friendliest pc tech I have met, all around good guy.

Not to mention the extremely reasonable prices up to half off of what I would have been paying at geek squad or anywhere else! He even saved me almost $200 by recommending an alternative windows key for only $35 and it worked! He cable managed my pc and cleans (removes dust) from my pc everytime I go there for routine check ups, case swap, basically anything I bring in my pc for without asking. I wouldnt dare take my pc anywhere else because I know Mike will take care of it and at a good price!

One part (the processor) was damaged and they were able to fix it, build the pc, and even setup the Operating System all within a day!Managed to work around my cases somewhat awkward build in order to help keep the wires managed and easy to find should I need to do anything to it in the future.Also sent periodic updates with pictures to show progress being made.Would recommend to anyone in or near Vallejo that needs a rig built.

2020-04-25 01:25:36After going through the long process of researching and acquiring the parts i wanted for my pc, I found myself at a sort of impasse in that I was nervous handling pc components I had never worked with before.I was referred to Next Level PCs by a local computer store owner, and needless to say, my newly built PC is working perfectly, and the assembly job was done with a high level of quality.The combined hardware and software installation took a little over 24 hours, which was a surprisingly fast and very convenient turnaround time - my computer was completely ready to go when I brought it home.The owner even went so far as to suggest parts for future upgrades based on the hardware i was already working with, and that level of help cannot be undersold.In short, the service provided to me was quick, done very well, at an affordable price, and with the utmost attention to my build in particular - even offering to install an additional fan i did not know I needed.For anyone who wants to make a custom PC but cannot build their own due to time constraints or otherwise, or anyone who needs help with their computer troubles, I cannot recommend this enough.
