I was looking for a place where I felt comfortable and not anxious. Ive had bad experiences at the dentist as a child and adult but!! I totally recommend NEXT Dentistry they are so kind and greet you amazing. Candy made me feel so comfortable with my first real deep cleaning, shes amazing. I had a crown come off the night before I was leaving on a trip. I called the office and left a message. They returned my call the next morning and were able to get me to see Dr. Vasquez that afternoon. She took care of the problem and I went on a scheduled trip the next day. To begin, when walking through the doors of next dentistry, the ambience is high class. Soon after, greeted by the very friendly front staff, (Daisy) super nice!! The service is excellent! I was greeted by a really nice and professional assistant who was by the way very thorough (Bri). Bri answered any questions and was super sweet. She made me feel comfortable. I was very nervous, as going to the dentist already is. When meeting with Dr. Vazquez, she assured me I was In good hands and she assured me she was going to fix my problem. Dr. V indeed fixed me up and also made sure I was not in any pain. My hygenist Candy is one amazing professional caring team player. She paid extra attention to my needs and was able to get worked on pain free. Literally! I was impressed with the overall feeling and Dr. V takes good care for her patients. 10/10 in all categories. Big props to Next dentistry team good work.

Appointment was for scheduled cleaning. Was called back by appointment time. Candy is thorough and explains each step. Dr. Vazquez came by for a check-in and to see if i had any concerns or questions, very good customer service. My treatment while in the dentist chair is like a mini spa day; a blanket if needed, head phones for music or watchTV, massage chair and finish with a nice warm sented wash cloth. I have been going to NEXT for about two years and I have enjoyed every visit. Every single staff member I have interacted with here, has been very professional and welcoming. Since my first visit, Wendy has been extremely helpful. She has thoroughly explained my treatment plan and has presented me options for my specific situation. Dr. Hemingway has been great in each of the couple visits I’ve had with him. Jessica was really helpful scheduling my most recent appointment and telling me what to expect with the COVID safety precautions in place. The majority of my visits have been to see Petra for my cleanings. She does a great job every single time. She makes the experience painless and time go by quick. Petra is definitely the best hygienist I’ve dealt with.UPDATE: Almost a year later and I am still extremely happy with the amazing staff and service provided at NEXT. Jessica has been really professional and helpful at the front desk and Petra continues to do great work with my cleanings.

The Dentist Dr Vasquez did an awesome job on my tooth extraction and her assistant Nancy was very nice and professional. They did an awesome job with keeping me comfortable and explained what they were doing as they did it. The dentist office is very nice and clean and I really enjoyed being there, not scared at all like I thought it would be. I love this dentist office. All of the employees are very sweet and have your best interest in mind. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed with their massage chairs, tv, and neck pillows. Petra Martinez was my hygienist and she was amazing. I told her my jaw was hurting and she gave me a warm towel and light massage to make it feel better.

After two years of not seeing a dentist it was time to pick a facility that made me feel comfortable after an extensive amount of research I finally was able to pick Next dentistry. I couldn’t be more happy I picked somewhere that was very friendly knowledgeable, and explained the whole process prior hand. I was able to get my work done by Petra, she was very friendly and made the experience be one of the best I have ever had at a dentist. I really wish I could rave about this place. The people are great. The atmosphere is nice and they offer plenty of ways to make the experience comfortable. My one gripe is this: Ive had several fillings done here but more often than not, they have broken. I feel like Im back for repairs more often than Ive ever been in all my adult years of going to the dentist. I think the repairs have happened within their guaranteed time, which means I dont get charged for it, and I really appreciate that. However, why does my dental work fail so frequently? Is it part of the long game to get me to opt for the more expensive material? Last time I was there to repair a slightly cracked partial crown, it took 5 hours of failed attempts that culminated in a temporary crown, meaning I still have to go back again. They really go above and beyond to provide good service, but why does your porcelain suck?

As new patients, we were being amazed of how the staff handled us. They were very professional and organize. We met Sandy, she was the one who assessed us on what we need and what were our goals for our dental health. Then together with the Dr., they had a thorough assessment with our teeth and gave us the details on what kind of treatment plan should we have for our teeth base on priority. Thanks to Sandy who was being so nice and explained to us everything. For my cleaning session, best experience ever. Petra, she is the right person for the job. Best dental experience I have ever had. I have never had a dentist take time to sit with me to learn my dental history and my needs. All the staff were amazing and friendly. At every step each staff member explained every step. Ive have been a patient for over 20 years, my teeth have never felt so good, I enjoy and look forward to getting quarterly cleanings done by the dental hygienist team.I had a lot of dental work as child and had horrible experiences with treatments and shots. I stay away for a few years and then came across NEXT Dentistry. They removed all of my amalgam metal fillings that were breaking down and leaking, they also used a rubber dam to make sure nothing goes down my throat.I cannot imagine going anywhere else I would highly recommend this place.

My husband and I have been patients here for at least 11yrs. Office staff is friendly and efficient. Petra, our dental hygienist, is personable and professional. This office offers every comfort possible for relaxation: your chair is a soothing sage green which MASSAGES, wall hook for purse/ jacket, individual ceiling TV with a noise proof Bluetooth headset set at YOUR choice of channel, calming water features in your space or you can see the outside water fountain from a window. Petra cleans my teeth, sets up my next appointment from HER computer, presents me a goody bag (regular size toothbrush, small tube of toothpaste, floss, and tube of lip moisturizer ).

My visit to Next Dentistry was for my regular periodontal maintenance visit. The 1st person I met was Jessica at the front desk. She greeted me with her usual big smile; then took my temperature to be sure that I was COVID free. Then expertly handled the check-in paperwork. Petra Martinez escorted me back to the exam area where she proceeded to perform my dental hygiene procedure. Petra is one of the best in her trade. She treated me with care, concern and confidence. In my last visit I had a Deep cleaning of my right upper and lower jaw. This meant LOTS of Novocain. Whereas this would have otherwise been quite a miserable experience, Petra, my oral care specialist, treated me like family. Seriously! I’ve been to this dentistry practice for many years. Dr. Hemingway recently sold the practice who was the original founding dentist. I recently got 2 crowns done, I paid my copay of $1900 after they apparently got it approved by the insurance. A month goes by and they send me a bill for over $500 that supposedly the insurance didn’t pay. So instead of going after the insurance they send you the bill. Then they threaten late fees. This is a greedy shady business with no ethics. I’m not going here anymore. I used to drive 40 mins each way to come get my dental work done but not if they are a greedy business. My crowns don’t even fit right. I’m actually a doctor and my dad is a dentist and this place is insulting. Sorry to be vulgar but this is the truth. I hope everyone to be happy and healthy which would be best served by finding a different place to get your dental work. The dental work I have had done at this office has been superior. They are a tad pricey but I’m okay with that because I’m confident in the care I am getting (and I have cycled through multiple dentists unfortunately). On one occasion they weren’t able to verify my dental insurance due to clerical errors from my employer and things felt a little tense as the front office seemed VERY intent on being paid, and perhaps concerned that I wouldn’t be able to pay? After everything was straightened out they were lovely but it still left an impression about their bottom line. Overall these are things I can overlook because they really do provide great care. I decided to go to this dentistry because of the great reviews. But on my second appointment while getting fillings by Dr Hemingway I felt like he was going to break my teeth. He was too rough and left my gums bleeding. I had pain while eating therefore I went back so that they could check what was the problem. They informed me that I had a fracture on my tooth. So now they want me to pay for something that was not broke before because I had no pain before I went. I keep getting asked to leave a review so here it goes. I went to NEXT Dentistry for TMJ after struggling for three years to figure out why I was in pain. I had a creepy feeling about this place from the beginning but I was desperate for pain relief. I faithfully followed Dr. Hemingways method for nine months and was not significantly relieved. Then I started to just go ahead and wean off the device anyway and was feeling better. However, I was not back to the same pain-free life I had almost four years prior. I started seeing a physical therapist for TMJ and he suggested just trying an over the counter mouth guard and it saved my life. For about three weeks now, Ive even been wearing this DenTek guard during the day, thanks to covid and working from home. I finally feel like myself again!I went in for a final follow up with Dr. Hemingway and when I told him what Ive been doing I got well of course the squishy, flexible guard is going to feel better.Im sad $15,000 went to Dr. Hemingway instead of taking care of my family. Furthermore, Dr. Hemingway was never up front about how much this would cost. After each phase, hed tell me the price of the next step and, not having any other answers for my pain, it felt like I had to finish what I started.I feel very manipulated by this place.One piece of advice, if anyone from the office reads this: the surveys that a patient fills out at each visit should have them assess how they have felt in the past week or so. Having a survey ask how they feel in that moment is not very accurate because sometimes I had better days than other days.

I received excellent care from Dr. Roos today. He was so thorough, knowledgeable personable and honest. I was scheduled to have a filling done today in a suspected cavity found by another provider. Upon a thorough assessment of both the X-rays and the suspected tooth, Dr. Roos said there wasn’t a cavity. I really appreciated his honesty! My family was referred to NextDentistry by a friend. My husband became a client before me. He knew I had some anxiety issues regarding dentists, but he assured me I would love Dr. Hemingway and his staff. Due to a broken molar, and other issues, I made my appointment. I was very nervous, and the staff tried to reassure me upon my arrival to complete my paperwork. When I got into my room, my medical history was reviewed, and my blood pressure was taken. My pressure was very high. I was told about all the risks of high blood pressure (remember, this is a dental practice), and was told that no work could be performed until my pressure was down. The doctor and staff were very concerned about me. I went straight to my doctor that afternoon, and was given an EKG, which thankfully was normal, and I left with a prescription to bring my pressure down. I have since had all of my dental work completed, which included crowns, and deep root cleaning. The state of the art equipment made all procedures pretty easy to handle. I believe had I not gone to NextDentistry, I would have ignored some very serious health symptoms, and could have ended up very sick. I am thankful that my health meant more to them than me on my first meeting with the NextDentistry team. I highly recommend NextDentistry, and can attest that no other dental office will care about your dental health, and your overall well being more than Dr. Hemingway and his team. Excellent experience from the moment you walk into the inviting waiting area to when you check out to leave.
