NexGen was awesome! The Field Supervisor Yasmin was extremely helpful with asking me questions and truly helping me place the unit. Jorge was fabulous even when raining pretty much the entire installation. They cleaned up perfectly and really were helpful. I can’t recommend NexGen enough!

I appreciated him being able to explain things in a way that made sense. He was able to diagnose and get our AC working in less than 2 hours. Danny is personable, honest and patient. He had no problem repeating himself when I got my husband on the phone. His attention to detail was great, and getting pictures of the work he did (before and after) also helped us understand the cause of the problem, what wasn’t working and how he fixed it. Had an estimate done to replace my HVAC system. It was a complicated situation but the sales tech was very impressive. He was able to recognize the situation more completely and came up with a remedy. I was very impressed even with them being a couple of thousand dollars more than my other estimate.

Excellent service. My plumber was incredibly respectful of my place (regret not remembering his name). He ensured that he wore protection over his shoes and took extreme precautions to leave the place as neat and clean as before, something I truly appreciated and admire. He was very knowledgeable and made sure to help me gain a better understanding of my situation and best of all ensured that he took care of my problem without overcharging me. Definitely, will recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

RUN, DONT WALK FROM THIS PLACE!!!No written quotes - just verbal (Kevin), so when the actual price (Tommy) didnt match, its a take it or leave it situation. This is on me: Im the one who accepted less than ethical behavior when I could/should have cancelled immediately! The plumbing work itself actually leaked, the follow up was delayed, & the rep (Kevin) never came back to validate the work as he promised to.Tommy told me hed get with the boss to refund some/all of the disconnect. That was ~1 month and MULTIPLE phone calls ago - not one of which has even been returned!DO NOT believe that cute message from Ismael indicating hes ...seen so much bad done in contracting...knew I could make a difference...dont have to cheat each other or overcharge customers... (sic).This was a 5-figure job, with a 4-figure disconnect! Again, I will take responsibility for accepting unprofessional behavior...it will not happen again! Dont let it happen to you!

Unfortunately, I failed to get the NexGen Technician that came today, but I have nothing but all praises for the service and professionalism He showed today during my service request. First, He came few hours before my scheduled window time for the appoinment. Called ahead to confirm if he can service my unit, had respect for my property, had great knowledge of the technical aspects of my service request. It was a flawless process from appointment to service... and support for future requests. I am extremely happy with the experience I had today with NexGen. What an amazing group of young men.It all started with my sink filling up with water and not draining.I tried to clear the sink but to no avail.I had to get someone in in a hurry and the luck group arrived.To my surprise, it wasnt something I did nor my wife. A full inspection was carried out and found the the plumbing was like a roller coster with water trying to run up hill. Boy was I shocked.We had just bought this home in early January of this year, all inspections had been carried out. No mention about the pipelines in the house.With great speed the drains were completed within 24 hours of me calling.A great job and we are both happy campers once again.All the work was done very professionally. Photos taken in ever stepAnd informed what was needed to complete the project.I would like to thank everyone concernedthat it was a job well done.I would recommend this company to anyone and give them a five star rating.

I highly recommend using this company. Great customer service on the phone and even better once the technician arrived. Jeremiah was quick and efficient and addressed all my concerns. I live in a condominium that has shared plumbing and things can be a bit tricky, he truly went above and beyond the call of duty. I recently had a plumbing issue that had been persisting for about two weeks. After having another plumber come three times but the problem kept coming up again, I decided to call Nexgen. Mike arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment, which was a pleasant surprise.Mikes expertise quickly became evident. He diagnosed the root cause of the problem, which was a loosened valve that kept blocking the flow. Initially, the service was great as the technician arrived after a few delays, but started the job and could not complete it because additional parts were required and the parts store was closed. The following day, the tech returned and completed the job and I was satisfied. However, one day later, I/we noticed a possible issue and after reporting this, the tech called me and said he’d return the following day to check things out. The tech never returned and never returned my calls nor texts. Very disappointing.

Why go with Nexgen?They have just completed their second job at our house, and I have had some time to reflect on this. As has been noted elsewhere, they are not the lowest priced option - I could have gone with someplace cheaper. Yet I feel that both times I have received my moneys worth.Its all about peace of mind.Their installers are top rate. Every one of them has been knowledgeable, diligent, and unfailingly polite. They arrived on time, prepared and ready to go to work. They communicated what they were doing and why, and dealt with the inevitable unexpected issues without fuss.Watching them on this last job (replacing our water heater), I realized I wasnt just getting a water heater. They also replaced the supply lines, the shutoff valves, and earthquake straps. They removed and capped the old propane supply line from the previous unit, and brought everything up to code.When there was an issue with the electrical connection, they brought in another team and quickly solved the problem.I feel that I can rest assured that the job was done well, and done right.As a homeowner, that is worth a lot.

Messaged NexGen on a Sunday to get a quote for one of our toilets being clogged and they responded the next morning on Monday. They were able to break down the pricing and get a tech to look at our situation the next day around our schedule. Jose called 30 minutes prior to arriving and was on time. He got right to work and is a very personable and professional. He did all he could to try to remove the clog but we had to end up replacing the toilet. He went to the store with me to pick out a new toilet and got to removing our old one. He again tried to remove the obstruction but we ended up replacing it. He was great. I would highly recommend NexGen if you have any plumbing or other needs.

Technician Robbie was great. He took the time to explain his diagnosis process thoroughly. Thru pictures he explained what was going on in my home. The pictures and his explanations made it easier for me to understand the concerns of his findings. Only after seeing at least 20 pictures of the central air in the attic and the unit outside was I able to choose the best course of repairs. I scheduled a water heater flush from a mailer I received. Scheduling was friendly and easy and they were able to schedule same-day service which was unexpected. Plumbers were friendly and let me know when they were on the way, they arrived on time. Work was done quickly and they explained what they were doing and showed me what they found. They were able to complete additional work that was needed, including installing a scale blaster I had been putting off installing myself being unsure of where I should install it. I did not feel like they were trying to find things to unnecessarily fix like I have experienced with other plumbing companies. I trusted them. They left everything as clean as they found it and were finished with the water heater flush, inspection of all toilets and sink drains, replaced a ball valve on the water heater, and installed the scale blaster all in about an hour. I will definitely use NexGen again!

Unfortunately the NexGen service the worst everThey are already did service last 9 months to open kitchen drain and they advised to do it by jet truck (high pressure) the cost for the truck $500 in last 9 months and recently I called in Thursday 4/11/24 and I requested the high pressure truck to solve the problem, she was submitted and confirmed the request and one hour later the tech called and asked $1300 if the main city drain and I told him only the sink in the kitchen and his estimate $640 we made the deal after they done and left my wfe called me and informed me the problem is still their and that the guy he proceeded with small machine not by the high pressure truck, and I recalled next day to inform the office the problem is still and I didn’t get the service buy jet truck, she apologized and setup Saturday 4/13/24 appointment 9-11AM the tech called me around 10AM he informed me to charge me $1300 for the truck I refused to pay more which the first tech priced me $640, he said I’m going to call the office and call me but he didn’t and no body show up!

I felt like I was taken advantage of. The last technician that came out in 2023 did more for less money. My A/C unit was cleaned on the inside, but it wasnt done this time. I asked why. The technician said it would be an extra charge. I guess paying $489.00 to clean the dust in my furnace wasnt enough.I have an update regarding my previous comment.I received a call within minutes after posting my displeasure with the Company. The survey manager (David) apologized immensely. I was told this was unacceptable and not how their business is run. He said that the employee would be talked to and be sent for further training.He made it right by sending one of their top technicians to complete the cleaning of the A/C inside. The new technician inspected everything that was done the day prior. I was very satisfied with the service.I scheduled another appointment to have my tankless water heater flushed out.

A few nights ago my A/C went out. I called NEX GEN and they came out next day. My blower went out and I needed other repairs. I have had my unit for 23 years. I decided to get a whole new system and not risk repairing a unit that was long overdue. My senior inspector named Art was super helpful and really ran down possible scenarios that made me feel comfortable in proceeding with a purchase. At first the price to get a whole new system took me back a bit. We spoke to Ryan who is a service director who helped me further understand what I was getting and to answer any additional questions. One of the big reasons to go with NEX GEN is the lifetime unit replacement warranty. Also the manufacturing of their equipment is top notch. I feel rest assured that if I need assistance moving forward they are there to help. Thank you Art and Ryan for the exceptional service.

I had a good experience with NexGen this week. I needed to have my heat pump replaced. The Project Manager, Enrique, spent a lot of time looking into what would work best for my house and walked me through all of my options. He was incredibly nice, friendly, and good at his job. The heat pump installation happened today and Domenic, Juan, and the rest of the team did a great job! They were very polite and thoughtful of my house (and the fact that I was working from home). The installation went well, the unit works great, and I couldn’t be happier!

UPDATEAfter leaving a message with the call center, Ruben (Service Manager) gave me a call about an hour or so later. Ruben explained the issue and addressed it by sending Tanner (Field Manager) out a few hours later to get another set of eyes on the unit. Took Tanner about 5 minutes to determine the system has a delay before the fan motor kicks on that the prior Technician did not know about. Tanner then completed a thorough diagnostic test and went even further by checking the airflow at all the vents and adjusted some of the dampers to get more flow to rooms that weren’t getting enough air. They will be back tomorrow to replace the air filter that was supposed to be done earlier by the first Technician. Thank you Ruben and Tanner for stepping up to the plate and taking care of this. Top notch Customer Service by these two individuals!Just had a “complimentary” service completed on my 18 month old $30k new HVAC system that is supposedly under warranty. Fan motor is burnt out and now NextGen wants to charge me $500 to replace it. The AC worked fine all through the summer last year, no issues. You can’t even call and be connected to a Service Manager….the calls go to some call center and you wait for a call back. I won’t hold my breath!!

Lukas rearranged his schedule to come early and inspect and replace my water heater. The communication was consistent and proactive and he took the time to explain everything in detail with recommendations. Lukas, (joined later by) Ceasar, and Julio were the utmost professional at installing my new water heater and did an amazing job. Everything was replaced and they were extremely thorough even testing the pressure and faucets inside. They also cleaned up everything afterwards. NexGen guys were super friendly and respectful of our home with wearing shoe covers but unfortunately, quoted us for a part that wasn’t broken on our A/C. I was about to pay over $2,000 for a motor. 😕 I get that markups on goods is a thing and I’m paying for a service but charging a customer 4-6x more of the cost is outrageous and wrong. Service wise, great. Honesty, not so great.

I called NexGen, to check out our A/C because it had started blowing only hot air, not a good plan with Summer just around the corner! Art arrived on time, friendly, happy and ready to go! He quickly diagnosed the problem as broken thermostat wires. He repaired the wires and cleaned the radiator, he also did a great job leaving the work area tidy. NexGen manager reached out to me to understand why I was not satisfied with their service. I expained that it did not have anything to do with the service of my system. Today our confidence was renewed with NexGen after Patrick H serviced our A/C & heating unit. Last year, we had a sales oriented tech that probably sold us items we did not need and left us with a very noisy unit that vibrated through the rooms. Today, Patrick called to say he could arrive within thirty minutes and he was here within that time. He quickly assessed the problem, simply fixed it, cleaned out the units and he was done. He showed us photos, cleaned our outside unit (not done by prior techs) and gave us cost effective solutions to help our various temperature zones. The suggestions by prior techs were too costly and probably would not have worked anyway. We will definitely be utilizing NeGen in the future and asking for Patrick H as our home tech. They recharged and added dye/sealant and are going to check it again later to see if they can find the leak. This company touts that they make sure they don’t rip you off. $450 for a shower cartridge that takes less than five minutes to install. Sure you do! I was out of town so I didn’t have a choice. And then there’s the real reason I called them out was to install a water detection system. That part is 350. Maybe $400 tops they wanted $3700 to install it. The last quote I got was a third of that. So again, sure you do. Watch your wallet peopleUpdate:The customer service rep called me to appologize and offered a discount which I accepted. It is important that if you feel its not right to be treated this way, it pays to speak up. If you use them be sure you make sure its fair and they will make it right. It was taking a long time for hot water to reach the back of my house so I called Nexgen out to take a look. Caesar came out and immediately identified that the hot water re-circulation system had seized and gave me an estimate for $2700 to fix it. He also said that my water heater was going to go any day (even though its been working fine and has no leaks), and that he recommended a $6,700 replacement. So, while Caesar was putting a ~$10k quote together, I did a quick check and found a replacement unit for the re-circulation on Amazon for $304 and placed a call to Desert United Plumbing, who told me they could replace the unit the next day for $900 (parts/labor). When I scheduled the service they even confirmed the price with me and that they will honor the special. I love nexgen when our air stopped working on the hottest day so far in a house we bought just over a year ago the great staff was able to get someone out the same day!The technician George was extremely honest and showed me exactly what the issues were, and as a tradesman myself I truly respected the willingness to explain to me what caused the failure. George made it seem like we had known each other for a while, and we have a sone that has to get in the mix of anything and he was very nice to our little guy and even made him feel like he was helping fix the issues and that really made our sons day. Thank you George and nexgen for getting us cool the same day it was 98° in our house when George arrived and less than an hour after he left its was back to 76° and working better than it ever has. Nexgen was able to get me a payment plan so it didnt stress me out being a one income house hold and a family of four. So I highly recommend nexgen to anyone. This company is really professional and offers quick help! I called around 9am to schedule plumbing emergency service and I got an appointment for the same day at 5pm. Dylan actually showed up an hour earlier to fix the problem. Our apartment is in an old building and Dylan had experience with this type. Our sink wasn’t draining so he took a look at it and snaked it. He also installed proper piping and all of that helped with our issue. He also explained why the problem occurred and gave us great advices on how to avoid it in the future and what to look out for. He seemed to know all types of sinks and toilets so he knew what he was dealing with. All of his help was quick and he left the bathroom clean and neat.Dylan did an amazing job and we are very happy with the results! Will use this company again in the future!

There are a ton of plumbing companies offering about the same price for cleaning a drain. I chose NexGen because they had so many good reviews. Im not sure how thats even possible. For starters, i was quoted a price of 88 dollars when i made the appointment. Originally i think it was 44, but when i told her i didnt have a cleanout it would be more. When the workers arrived(2 hours later than the window given) i was told the cost would be 450 dollars. They said the person making the appointments isnt a plumber and doesnt know the costs. After arguing with a supervisor on the phone(Jesse), i was told the best they could do was 250. I asked if i removed my toilet would they honor the quoted price and they agreed. I had three workers using a snake and was told they couldnt get further than 12 inches. They could try hydro-jet for 1300 and if that didnt work, a complete drain replacement would be necessary. I rented a snake two days later and with no experience was able to unclog the drain in minutes myself. Unsure if companies pay for reviews, but beware of this company. Theyre either scam artists, incompetent, or both.

Made an appointment for A/C tune up and Hot water heater cleaning. Was first told that both technicians would show up at the same time window to perform the two different services (8 to 10am) and that the technicians would call and update their time. The next day after scheduling the services, the dispatch called me to ask if they could change my appointment to a later time (noon to 2 pm) and that the technicians would again call to update their arrival times. On the day of the appointment I received a call from the HVAC technician to tell me he would be at my house at 8 am, a surprise because the day before dispatch told me my appointment would be later. Now fast forward to 2 pm and no call no text from the plumbing technician and after 3 calls to the dispatch office to try and get an update online to be told the technician was about another 10 minutes away. Still no call no text from technician. Not what I expected from this company. Ill look for another company for my future services.

The price charged was a big rip off. Total bill for cleaning blower motor and coils was $1500. There were no parts involved. Only a little Simple Green solution. The job took them two hours. Thats $750 per hour. Warning do not use them!

I was looking for experts at Nextgen for maintaining the water filter we had installed by Nextgen. Prior guys that came out were very friendly and tried to help but were not experts. Chris Gonzalez & Alfonso were the experts I was looking for. These two guys know their products well for both our water filter and water heater. Chris walked me through the water filter settings how to check the self-maintaining menu & how to read the schedule & time. The self-maintenance fired off as scheduled and all is well. Chris and Alfonso also checked our water heater for error messages I had told them about, and they troubleshooted the root cause and ordered a circuit board that needed to be replaced (timer issue). I highly recommend these two guys be trainers at Nextgen so all the other maintenance guys will have their level of expertise. I know they will make great trainers because of their knowledge and how best to communicate the technical details. I give Chris and Alfonso the best rating possible (5 stars; 2 thumbs up; etc). Thanks guys!We also had our AC maintenance (separately) by Justin a few days later. Justin also did a great job.

While we were in the midst of a cold snap, my heater broke on the Saturday morning of a holiday weekend. Next GEN was the only company to return my request for service. From the initial customer service contact to the repair man who arrived,, my experience was wonderful! The initial representative was reassuring, discussed estimated costs and scope of work. Romero kept me informed of his projected time of arrival, was patient and kind (especially appreciated by this senior), thorough in his explanations and left with my heater working on a very chilly Saturday evening, at a nominal cost! I’m writing this review while enjoying a plate of hot soup in a cold winter night—you probably know that feeling. I’d surely be eating a cold salad instead if Kevin and his crew from NexGen hadn’t helped me with my gas leak.
