I am a small business owner and semi-pro Mac guy in my own right, but when a repair is over my head or I just dont have the time or focus New World Mac is the only place Ill go. Andy talks the talk, walks the walk, and is easy to work with. I rarely write reviews but wanted people to know hes the real deal.

Andy was amazing! He saved me so much money. My MacBook Pro wasn’t charging, and I thought I had to buy a new battery. However, he discovered that the charger cable wasn’t working. He didn’t charge me anything for the service. In contrast, another place tried to charge me $65 just for running the diagnostic, even though I had told them it was just the battery issue. Eventually, I will need to get a new battery, but I’ll definitely be going back to New World Mac for their exceptional service.

So happy with the service I received at New World Mac! My computer had been running slow for ages for unknown reasons and Andy helped me identify the problem, replace the battery and get up and running with the most current OS all for a very reasonable price! He even gave my laptop back to me sparkling clean and like new!

Amazing service! Andy is so nice and brilliant. He worked very quickly. I dumped a massive cup of water onto my laptop and it wouldnt turn back on or charge. I took it to Andy over 2 days later (which is way longer than I shouldve waited). I gave it to him around 1pm, and he had it back to me before 7pm, all fixed! The Apple store Genius desk just told me there was a ton of corrosion inside my laptop, gave me a card to send the laptop somewhere for data recovery and then advised me to buy a new computer.

I brought Andy my MacBook Pro late 2015 retina around 1 I was distraught. I spilled a decent amount of water in the computer the night before. He told me that he would take a look at it and call me in an hour or so. He recommended taking it apart and cleaning it and if that didn’t work he wouldn’t charge me and we could look at other options. Long story short my MacBook fixed it’s like new. The cleaning worked and he installed a new trackpad and actually showed me why mine needed replacement. Great guy I strongly recommended instead of taking it apart yourself and having to bring it in pieces. I want to add that I got my computer back that same day about 6 hours later. Andy is the man.
